All though they took my payment immediately it was more than 3 weeks before they were even shipped. They arrived totally squished and damaged as they are virtually made out of paper. The company will not issue a refund because the package was opened :-0

I stupidly purchased a pair of boots that looked amazing on the website. The price was in dollars and I assumed they were US based…until the confirmation stated "international" shipping. I belatedly googled them & discovered they were in China. I also discovered that they had a slew of one star reviews. I emailed the company to cancel the order, which showed as pending shipment. Not surprisingly I got no response. Luckily I was able to claim a refund through paypal. Lesson hopefully learned. (And thanks to all the other reviewers who alerted me to the scam!)

The "sneakers" I purchased from Comfyshoes were of the poorest quality… hard plastic bottoms, thin porous material, and no size printed on them. They were too small and too wide. (Sold as narrow). They will not refund. Off they go to Goodwill. I'm out $50.

I am writing this review based on my experience purchasing a couple of pairs of shoes from this website. Im generally hesitant to purchase from a website that is not a known brand and this experience confirmed that for me. First, the shoes look better online than they do in person. Second, don't expect to get your money back if the shoes don't fit. As we all know, shoes (even if they are the correct size) need to be tried on to ensure a proper fit. At comfyfootgear, once you open the packaging to try on the shoes, they are not returnable because they are no longer in the "original condition". If you request a refund, the most you will get is a partial refund (something like 20 or 30% with the original shipping cost deducted if they shipped free). If you plan to buy from this vendor, I suggest purchasing a single pair to see if they fit; if they don't fit you haven't lost that much, if they do fit you can always buy more. Also there is no phone number to call all communication with "customer service" is via email. I gave 2 stars because they do respond to email and i at least I got some money back. But, I will never buy from this vendor again. The shoes i purchased are going to a thrift store and thankfully I found similarly style shoes for less money on a large online store with a better return policy.

The shoes I bought give such relief at the site of a previously broken bone. With no seams, these are perfect.

Although the shoes did not fit, I received a prompt and courteous response for a satisfactory resolution.

The shoes were NOT the same ones marketed. We paid $50 for shoes for our grandmother and the ones we received were FRAYED, very VERY cheaply, poorly made, poor qualify and PLASTIC bottoms which is NOT safe for an elderly woman, or anyone for that matter. And of course you cannot get a hold of ANY REAL person! And they REFUSE to offer refunds! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY. Should of known this was a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased a pair of shoes that had ordered and paid and when I tried to return them for a refund, there was NO SERVICE available. I sent them three emails and two phone calls with NO RESPONSES. So If you purchase shoes from them, know that you CANNOT RETURN the shoes since there is no response. On the back of one paper that arrived with the shoes, there was a return address listed IN CHINA. Have you ever tried to mail anything package to China? It is extremely expensive and can be 4 or more times as much as your purchase!

They don't answer the 302 number. Its a fake number Its been over 1 month and still have not gotten the shoes. Then I find out this place is shipping from China,, Beware people. Signed,, still waiting

Comfy Foot Gear falsely advertises these poor quality shoes for long distance walking and even claims they are posture correcting. These shoes are made like cheap flip flops with flat soles and zero arch support. My podiatrist states they are awful, especially for anyone with foot issues. Shipping took 6 weeks, and they REFUSE to reimburse in all cases. Instead, they offer more garbage in exchange. SAVE YOUR $$ and thank me later! Notice the chintzy piece of Velcro that is useless if you need to make a size adjustment!

Buyer beware! No place on their website to leave a customer review. This company is fraudulent. Advertises leather shoes. What you receive are the cheapest plastic shoes you can imagine. The shoes have an odor similar to nail polish remover. Shipping took weeks because it comes from China. There is no indication on the website of country of origin. Luckily my credit card company is handling it as a fraudulent charge.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. Not only is the fit and quality poor, they do not issue refunds. Any company with this policy knows their product is overpriced and quality is poor.
Wish I had checked reviews before I purchased. Once you see these shoes, you will know. Stamped out and glued together. I feel bad about even donating them.

This company is a SCAM. They will not take returns for any reason. They ship from the east coast US but will not take returns unless you ship to China which costs almost as much as the shoes. I did it anyway. The shoes were lost in China for 6 months and then returned to me. So then I was out the $200 for the 3 pairs of shoes (none of which fit) and the cost of shipping to China. The company does not reply to my emails and did not refund a penny. Do not buy from these crooks!

The shoes they sent were too small. The package came from a NJ address. They want me to send the shoes back to China and are not paying for S & H. They're extremely difficult to deal with and they only responded after my credit card company took the money back. Beware.

Placed an order in Jan for $64.90, put on my card. Still have not received the shoes at all. I keep emailing & emailing. Now, they said I am not getting the shoes, they were destroyed, so, since they are destroyed I will not get a refund at all. I want my $$$ back.

This Company should be stopped importing to Canada. The banks being complicit should refund the Credit Card money paid. This company sent cheap plastic shoes, that were supposed to be leather, 2 sizes too small, and advertised as an American Company, whereas it took weeks for them to arrive and they came from China. If you want to change them they have to be sent back to China. The expense doesn't merit it. I was overcharged, in the first place, and second I was duped into believing the shoes were of value. They are of no value. My $29 shoes were nearly $44. This company will not give a refund under any circumstances. What a rip-off! Buyer beware. It's only by complaining to your bank will this company be stopped. Demand that your bank refund you the money. Only when the banks will not do business with them via your credit card, will the company stop advertising in Canada. This scam must be stopped.

Trying to exchange the sandals purchased from Comfyfootgear and finding it almost impossible. Call the CS number on website and find it is not an "aythorized" number. No return address provided. Have contact emails twice. No response. Is this company even legit?

Do NOT buy anything from these people! I ordered weeks ago and nothing! I am reporting them to BBB and my Bank. Wish I had read the reviews before I got involved... Live and Learn, remember Karma you thieves!

I never received shoes they way I did with comfy footgear. No box, and I was giving these as a gift and the shoes were shoved in a bag that was way too small for the shoes and the Sandle was all bent and had a huge indent, I Could not remove from the indent, can't get it out. Also everybody one takes returns for items shipped improperly or if they do not fit. BUT NOT COMFY FOOTGEAR - NO RETURNS! So I took 20% of my bill for a return and I donated the shoes, I didn't even want a credit, don't want to shop with them anymore.
