Poor quality, not comfortable at ALL, returns is a bismal to say the least. I tried putting in inserts to help with comfort, 10 minutes wearing them I noticed a rip on the side of the shoe, I'm still waiting on a reply back.

This so called consumer is a scam. PLEASE PLEASE do not make a purchase from this scammer. The fabric/plastic is hard, hurts your feet; and has an awful smell. Don't be naïve like me and waits your money. You won't be able to get your money back.

Don't expect any great deals from this company. My daughter sent me a pair of sandals as a gift. They don't fit. I wanted to return for a refund. They don't give refunds. I need wide width so I ask if they had any, they don't have wide width. They offered a 30% refund of the original price. What a total ripoff. Don't expect anything from this company as the sandals that don't fit are cheap junk.

I ordered a pair of canvas shoes. Did not realize they have no return and money back policy. The quality is poor, so is the fit, and the smell is awful. I cannot believe they are considered shoes. Comfyfootgear is not a reputable company as far as I am concerned. Hope others are smarter than I was.

The shoes come directly from China and are not in box. Very poor quality shoes that are NOT leather as advertised on the website. They are plastic garbage. They are also NOT designed for people with bunions or any other kind of foot problem as they are advertised. This is false advertising.They do NOT stand behind their merchandise. They do NOT offer a refund; exchange only. Why would I exchange a pair of garbage shoes only to receive another pair of garbage shoes? This company should be shut down!

They gave me the address of2093 philadelphia pike claymont de to return the shoes. It cost me $10 to return them. The PO is returning the shoes to me as addressee unknown. This company is a total scam.

DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. DO NOT LET THESE SCAMMERS WIN.

I'm sorry I did not read the Reviews before I purchased three pair of poor quality shoes for $141. Two were squeaky when you walked, the other was super uncomfortable. The Return Policy basically says they won't give you your money back no matter what. BEWARE! I tried to call the phone line that was listed for the company to get in touch. IT WAS DISCONNECTED!

Cheap quality product and ridiculous return policy. Never again, I bought a splint that doesn't fit my toe. Total loss of money and no possible refund. Total scam business!

I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering. As another reviewer stated, the shoes are too big and too tight at the same time. The toe is very flat at the end so it squeezes my already sore toes and yet the rest of the shoe is loose. When they arrived from CHINA they were creased down the middle of the toe which is made of very thin material already. I don't see a place for reviews on their website but they do have some symbols of assurance that say MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and GUARANTEED QUALITY but their return policy disputes this. There is no way they will give you your money back and poor quality is totally dismissed as an invalid reason for a return.

The footwear sold on this site is NOT what you get. They are poorly made with very cheap materials. Buyer beware!

Wait for 64 days for a pair of sneaker. Package without shoe box came from Utah, badly ripped open & re-taped. Extremely low quality, does not fit web descriptions.

This company is a major ripoff. The shoes are overpriced and of poor quality. But worse yet, they refuse to refund your money for any reason. $150 for two pairs of shoes that are virtually unwearable because of how poorly they are made.

If I could give this company zero stars it would still be too many. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The shoes are plastic NOT leather and not even a good knock off leather but literally plastic. I used their size chart and I barely get my toes in them.

These "comfy" shoes are terrible and I asked for a refund. They will only give a store credit or a 30% refund.

Poor quality. Bought 2pairs only received1pair. They dont look anything like the picture. Plus they took a month to get hear. Save your money or be very disappointed.

These shoes are awful. They are made of cheap stiff plastic which cause blisters. Do not buy these shoes if you value you feet. They are a waste of money. And they are NOT RETURNABLE. I got cheated.

I ordered 7 pair of shoes from your company. Maybe I didn't look well enough but they came in European sizes, not US sizes therefore way too big. I have had nothing but trouble trying to return them for the correct size. At one point, the contact person from the company told me to send them back to Hong Kong at the cost of $128.00 US dollars and they would refund part of my money. It was a constant back and forth mess but clearly, they were not going to help me return the shoes. At another time, they asked me to measure my foot in cm, and take a picture of one of 7 pair of shoes with the size #. I did both. Their response? That I must really wear a size 5 US shoe therefore, I must not have known my true shoes size. I said, "I haven't worn a size 5 shoes since I was in Jr. High." I didn't think I ordered 7 pr of shoes but apparently I did. They HAD to prove me wrong sending the invoice which wasn't in the shoes when they came showing I had ordered 7 pr of shoes at the cost of $263.60. Also, the smell of some, not all of shoes was vomit-inducing.

Here I am stuck with 7 pair of shoes. Do NOT deal with this company at all. On THEIR site there are over 1000 fake reviews with every single person giving it 5 starts... that should tell you something!

This company should be investigated and prohibited from doing further business because they are a total scam. I purchased shoes that were advertised as "bunion" shoes. When they arrived, they were too small, and getting it corrected turned into a nightmare. I got nowhere with their "customer service department" and finally had to get PayPal involved to help resolve the dispute. PayPal informed me that I had to return the shoes and provide shipping information for the dispute to go forward. A return address was nowhere to be found. The package I received showed a shipping address in New Jersey, but Comfygear's website clearly states "do not return items to the address shown on the package". Despite this warning, they do not provide an alternate shipping address. PayPal had to give me the address associated with the seller's account, but guess what? That address is in Romania! It cost me $65 US dollars to return items that cost me $115. After almost two months, this case is still pending but I intend to stick with it because at this point it's not just about the money. Despite their claims, the shoes are not high quality and they are not sized accurately. Please do not buy shoes from this company.
