The quality of this shoe is poor. The shoes don't even look brand new. It took over 2 weeks to get my order. . I just want a refund!
I hate that I let these people scam me in this poor quality of a product. My slippers from the dollar store are better made than these shoes they send me. PLEASE DONT NOT FALL INTO THIS SCAM...
These are the cheapest piece of garbage sandals I have ever seen. BEWARE: Look at their return policy. You'll be stuck with an awful purchase. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY~~

Very poor quality items that take forever to arrive and then you simply can't return if unsatisfied.
DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS SHOES. This seems to be a very cheap type of shoes, not comfortable. DO NOT BE MISLED by the ads. I am returning this.
II saw these shoes advertised on Facebook or Instagram - cannot recall which. I was excited as they seemed to offer all of the support I need for my feet - Bunion comfort, supportive, flexible, breathable. Unfortunately, they are none of the above! My first clue with the shoes and the service was - I was billed for them, with no indication of when they would arrive. I was told - "Your items were shipped from our international warehouse and therefore the shipping time is a bit longer (10-25 days not including the weekend and the processing time.)" The billing information indicated a 'store' in Lewes, DE! NOPE - not Lewes, DE. They are from China! AND -- UGH - They still had not arrived 10 days later so I went to their website. Bottom - line, you cannot 'change your mind' and refuse or return for refund, your order! You cannot open the package and try them on, if you are going to return them. You can only return if they are damaged or for a different size. BUT... again... ONLY IF THEY ARE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING! So, how are you going to know if they fit - if you don't try them on?!?!? If this were an American company, they would be SHUTDOWN! They finally arrived today - I was concerned as the package was in a 'soft goods' bag - not a box - NOTHING to protect the shoes -- and weighed maybe 8-9 ounces? They are cheap plastic; the sole is inflexible; I had them on maybe 5 - 7 minutes -- wanting to give them a shot -- before they wore a cut AND a blister on my foot! This is the worst excuse for a shoe and customer service I have EVER had the misfortune to take a shot at. The Buyer has absolutely NO RECOURSE WHATSOEVER!
I hate to throw them away, but I will NEVER wear them, and wouldn't want anyone to be inflicted with this excuse for a good shoe! Bottom - line -- DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, unless you want to get scammed too!
