I ordered a blanket with groupon from Collage.com for my daughter's college graduation present. The process to create the blanket was painless and when it arrive I was speechless! The quality of the photos were awesome and everyone I showed it to was impressed. However, there was some color bleeding and when I contacted customer service, Alaina, was very helpful and looked at photos and immediately was sending out a replacement blanket. I would suggest this gift idea to everyone from graduation to anniversaries.

I had 6 photo books printed for the adoption agency we are using. The website was very user friendly for designing the pages with many options of backgrounds and textbox fonts to use. Their customer service is phenomenal. I requested proofs of the pages before I sent it to the printer. There were a few adjustments with the margins that I needed made, and was unable to do it myself. Kristen worked hard to make these corrections, even working on her days off. I don't know many companies whose employees would do that, but she took initiative to tend to my picky needs. This was done via email and once we both agreed on the proofs, I sent it to the printer. They even upgraded my shipping to one day compensating me any delays. I received my books yesterday and I am more than thrilled. The books are quality made and the paper they use is thick. The pictures and text are printed perfectly with no bleeds. I will be using this company in the future, not only for quality, but for customer service. Collage.com is very lucky to have Kristen as an employee.

I haven't actually received my order yet, but I just wanted to make a comment on how easy it was to select my picture, and the quality looked great. I tried various other sites, and spent hours trying to find a way to make the picture less pixilated, as it kept saying the quality of the photo was too low. This saved so much time and frustration!

I received my blanket today and it is wonderful! Without a doubt while i was going thru the process of putting pictures on the blanket I had question. The help is over, above and beyond the normal. I ordered a cell phone case for my wife for Mothers Day. When I received the case it was the wrong one, I received somebody else's case, pictures and all. The very next morning I spoke with Alaina through their chat service online and she was so nice and so helpful. She offered to resend my case with 1 day shipping and also refunded my original shipping cost. What started out as a total disaster was made better by Alaina. She was great! She even cancelled my original order, let me make a change, and then resubmitted it with rush status to their print department. Thanks Alaina, you're the best!

I bought a 32 x 48 canvas of a photo I had taken. I had a problem with the way the picture turned out on the canvas, which they could have easily blamed me for. But no hassle, they offered to re-print it. I made some adjustments in PhotoShop and they reprinted the canvas. The new canvas turned out fantastic. They are totally committed to making me a happy customer. I will definitely do business with them again.

I have never ordered from Collage.com until this week. I was worried since I did not know what the product would be like. I ordered the plush fleece, but when I received the blanket I felt like I had made a mistake because the pictures, because of the plusher fleece, were not as clear as I wanted. I called Collage and talked to Elizabeth. She immediately told me that she would replace the plush fleece blanket with the sherpa blanket for only the difference in price. She also worked with me on several other issues that were my mistake (I had never ordered here so didn't know what to expect) AND then she helped me with my mother's blanket as well. When I ordered my mother's blanket, I realized I had left out a picture after I had ordered. She let me change the blanket and got the order in right away because she knew I was on a deadline. This was all in one day! In this day and age, it is hard to even talk to a real person when ordering a product, much less talk to someone who is willing to take the time to maker sure your gift is special. I don't write many reviews, but when I talk to someone that is so willing to help make my project beautiful, I have to say something. ELIZABETH... you are one in a million girl! Asked if I could replace a canvas because I was not totally satisfied with a white background. They suggested the best way to fix my issue and immediately ordered another canvas for me at NO CHARGE! And the best part is that I don't even have to return the older one! I do not think I will ever buy a canvas from another company again.
