We love taking photos and collage.com makes original photo gifts from our photos. We have had several items made by collage and they are beautiful. The items look great and stand up to plenty of use. The customer service is fabulous. We would recommend this company without reservation.

I had received a blanket that was partially incorrect because of the editor, and had moved the picture to the right of the blanket, making it look very awkward. Customer Service got me in contact with Meghan LaClair, and I have never had a better person to speak to with any sort of customer service. Meghan was amazing, and definitely the best person I could've been in contact with!

I have ordered 8 of the Outdoor Pillows for Christmas presents. The pillows are very well made and the pictures come out beautiful. Can hardly wait to give them to everyone. Very easy to make, just follow the directions on the screen. Had a problem doing it in Internet Explorer so had to chat with them and they told me it works better in Chrome. Very friendly people.

Right when I purchased a collage blanket I realized I needed to make an edit to the order of the photos. I used Live Chat and they immediately canceled my transaction. I made the edit and made the purchase (with now the perfect blanket). They even supported my coupon code by providing another that I could utilize. Totally impressed and happy!

I was having a major technical problem in making my photo book. Every time I worked on the book my photos would fly off the page and disappear. I asked every time for help, but all the helpers could tell me was to update my browser. I did this. I even installed Chrome. But the photos still disappeared. Enter tech help Leah. She was the one and only helper to stick with me and observe what I was talking about. She realized it was not my problem but an issue on Collage.com's side. She worked out a solution and helped me until I could finish the book. I had spent so many hours on it with no success that I just wanted it over with. I ended up with a strictly "no frills" book - no color pages, etc. This was not the fault of Leah's work around. I just wanted to be done. I am not sure I will use this site again, but I wanted to commend Leah. She really is the definition of Customer Service.

I ordered a photo blanket and received it fairly quick. Unfortunately, the pictures were not centered on the blanket (quite noticeably). I simply replied to the shipment order email and *poof* they ordered another one-no charge. The next err is that they sent me the wrong blanket with someone else's photos (though I receive the blanket in 2 days!). Naturally, I would be frustrated, but it wasn't Customer Satisfaction's fault. I emailed them again, and Meghan replied advising me that my purchase has been refunded per my request and sincerely apologized for the mistakes. Yes, the facility made the mistakes, but the customer service is great! I will give them another shot for that. I wish more people would understand that... to err is human, to forgive divine.

I had a few photo albums made up around Christmas time and forgot about another project I started... and apron. I tried using the promo codes I thought were for the apron and they kept saying I had already used them. I figured I must just not remember what I used and emailed Collage.com to find out if I did have a voucher. I had indeed used my voucher, but they gave me a code for 60% off. WOW! Best thing is that you get a response on the same day. Now THAT is Customer Service. I will continue to use Collage.com and tell others about it.

I placed my order for a fleece blanket on June 9,2016, it shipped on June 10,2016, and was received on June 15,2016. Picture resolution and color is very good, (I ordered the fleece blanket with the lowest pile). Customer Service was helpful also.

I have done many canvases and now working on my first photo book. The step by step is available and although not much to work with for accessories; google can help and after chatting with customer service they have no issue with those items. Can't wait to finish my book and get it in my hands.
I typed in my question immediate response helpful and quick. On my first canvas had a duplicate photo and after starring it at it for days never saw it. They did, called me, made the switch and I never forgot that! And that is why I go back time and time again.

I ordered a plush fleece blanket for my boyfriend's graduation gift and I am so happy with this product. The plush fleece is so soft, the pictures are clear, price was right (I used a voucher) and the blanket even came a full week before it was originally supposed to arrive! I found Collage through Groupon and created a 70 page book with over 250 pictures. They have many features to use that were great. Moving pictures from page to page is awesome. A lot of sites only have the ability to remove the picture from the page then add it to another. Not Collage, you click and drag! You can move pages throughout the book as well. I spent a lot of time on the book and was extremely pleased with how easy it was to create. There were a few times the save page would freeze and knock me back to the project page. I looked passed all that because everything else out weighed it. I was ready to checkout, but discovered that shipping was going to be more time than I first thought. There are many days added to printing the book before it can be shipped out. There are no options to expedite the printing. I used the live chat to see if anything could be done to get the book quicker. I had an exchange with a person named Mike. He was condescending and really no help. I gave up and tried to recreate the book on other sites. I decided to call customer service at Collage as a last ditch effort. I am so happy I did! Elizabeth was so pleasant and HELPFUL! I ordered the book that day and it arrived quicker than expected. Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me. This book was for my oldest niece's collage graduation present. After the entire family looked through the book, everyone loved it. Thank you so much for the help and a wonderful, beautiful product!
