As a novice to collaging my experience with collage.com was absolutely wonderful. I made the novice mistake of overlapping a picture or two which did not display well on the fleece blanket I ordered. There was an additional issue where one or two ink spots showed on the outer blanket edge. In a short 18 hour turn around all issues were resolved at no additional cost to me. It's s pleasure to work with a company that's so customer focused and provides quality products as well.

While placing an order online I had difficulty rectifying the number of photos allowed for a pillow and verifying the earlier motion of checking a black backing. My pillow quickly arrived but had a white backing and the pictures appeared crooked on the front. I have previously ordered from this company with 100% positive results so emailed my concerns as Collage.com noted to do if not completely satisfied. I quickly received a response and after they viewed my pillow picture I was informed that they were sending me another pillow. I am blown away that a company still exists that stands behind their product and clients in this manner. I will continue to give my business to this excellent company!

I have ordered numerous blankets from collage.com! They are beautiful and make wonderful, personal gifts! I have a senior in high school this year and for senior soccer night, I have ordered a 24X36 poster to use showing pictures from U8 through senior year! The process very easy to upload pictures and move them around! I have also created books. The vouchers are easy to apply and never expire! This is a great company!

I had a shipping issue (it was held up at the post office/got lost) and they were on top of it to print another for me and ship it out right away (expedited)! Then there was a font issue on my fleece blanket, and only a couple hours after sending an email to the customer service team, they wrote me back and were there to make it right! I would definitely purchase more product from this company. Great products and extraordinary service!

This was my first time using the site. The process was easy enough but the customer care was practically offensive. Days after my 24"x36" poster was supposed to arrive, it was shown to not have even printed yet. In spite of having purchased Next Day Air shipping, my order was not given a tracking number, as Collage.com does not assign tracking numbers to projects under 1lb and with "standard shipping." A call to their customer care line was of no help as "John" seemed uninterested in my complaint and simply offered to reorder it. Instead, we opted for a refund which will be the last of any business we do with collage.com.
