The other day, I received an order which was a 16"x20" canvas for my daughter in law. It was beautiful, fabulous, perfect, FANTASTIC! I originally was going to save it for Christmas but can't wait. She's getting it for her birthday in June. I know she'll flip! Did it with pics of her with my son and pics of their dog. Can't go wrong with the dog in there. It's going to be a 5 star gift and she may even shed a "happy" tear.
Again, "FANTASTIC"!

I got the Fleece 50×60 Blanket and had the pictures I think my daughter and son in law will like on it - the family/wedding pictures. It looks fantastic and I'm sure they're going to love it! The 2 times I've needed to talk to customer service they've been most helpful and very nice.

I have used Collage.com for many things. I love the calendars and the books the most. The site is very easy to use. The production time is always very quick as well as the shipping. The customer service is always on point as well. One time I did not like the size of one of my books and they sent me a brand new one right away without having to send back my other one. I always appreciate good customer service. I highly recommend Collage.com!

A few months ago, I purchased a fleece blanket for about $28.00 + shipping from Collage, and it was... we'll say "decent" for the price. I just purchased another one for $100.00 for Mother's Day, hoping that if I purchased the Sherpa which is supposed to be a quality blanket, I would score big with my Mom. DO NOT BUY THIS BLANKET. CHEAP & SHODDY. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED! It was even delivered in CHEAP, SHODDY & DIRTY PACKAGING. I will now need to start over looking for another gift that won't be an embarrassment! The reason for the #2 Rating? I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. Collage, you have lost a potentially good customer because of poor quality. I was going to surprise family members and friends with your blankets, but that won't be happening now.

Wow. I've used collage.com before and have been so happy with the finished product. But today I had a chance to experience their amazing customer service. I hadn't proofed my book well enough before I ordered it and the customer service at collage.com actually noticed some errors and emailed me to ask if I wanted to fix them before they printed the book. How wonderful is that? They saved me all that wasted time and money! Other companies may have just printed the book as is... but not collage.com. I am so grateful for this awesome customer service. Also, the finished products are beautiful. I've given them as gifts many times and my friends/family LOVE these keepsakes. Thank you collage.com!

I wanted to make a poster for our son's 40th birthday and found this website as most places do not do collages with more than 16pix. I wanted 40 of them in chronological order 24"x36". I started to add the photos but got very frustrated as the pix would not stay in the right order although they looked very nice. I ultimately called customer service, really e, expecting very little but Meghan was brilliant and had to work really hard with a special programme to produce what I wanted. She kept in touch with me the whole time. Our son loved the poster, so did his wife, friends and kids! I had even mistakenly sent in a finished product that I thought was correct but they sent it anyway. Best company around I'd say they should give classes on how to run a business! Definitely will use them again.

EVERY TIME, and I mean every time, I have needed to CHAT with someone at Collage.com, they arrive on-line almost immediately. Not only that, they've helped me with every problem I have had. There are a few kinks with the website that need to be worked out, I will admit, and some might quit and not deal with it. But, I've hung in there each and every time BECAUSE of their amazing customer service. The few things, I believe need to be worked out, they tell me are being worked on! The albums are easy to make too. Today I had "photo rage", but Jay calmed me down and I was happy again:-) I've been on chats with Jay, Alaina, Frank, Noelle, Jennifer, Heather, Derek... and more... they have ALL been superior! I purchased a Groupon a year ago (dare, I say over a year ago?) to make an album but I was just having the hardest time getting to it. I have lost out on so many Groupon's due to my procrastination problem (and, the time restraints with using them). I thought I lost this one too. Not so! They extended it twice for me! I will never use any other photo site but Collage.com! I appreciate their amazing customer service more than I can say. Other photo sites, that I will not name, wont extend any longer than an month. And, the reason why I needed the extension (from one particular site) was because I cant figure out how to make an album! With 100,000 photos on-line, I plan to make a lot more albums. Ive only made one (with Collage) and I love it... they are beautiful. Actually, when I received my finished product, I had a few issues with some texting being too small or too big. They let me redo it FOR FREE and I get to keep the first one (who does that!?). I am really impressed, as you can tell. Haha... and, am so happy to give my review about a company that deserves high kudos! Thank you once more for the AMAZING customer service at Collage.com! I won't go anywhere else... oh wait... I already said that!

UPDATE: Collage.com was wonderful about my issue and went above and beyond to remedy it! In this day in age when you are lucky to get help as a consumer, I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough & service driven they were! I would order from collage.com again!

I ordered a bunch of pillows as we were purchasing a hime and I loved the idea of having everything personalized! I got two for my room, one for each of my little kids, and one for my living room. Well the bad issues started after we had the pillows for 4-5 mos, keep in mind that it has taken me awhile to get around to writing the review. ALL of the pillows have begun "pilling". You know, those little fabric balls that form all over the fabric. I would not recommend these pillows after what I have sen happen to mine. Unless of course, you won't be using them and they sit and ONLY look pretty.

Just wanted to say how happy we are with the fleece blanket we ordered. My aunt and uncle are celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary and my family is presenting them with the blanket of their 50 or so years. I bought it through Groupons. After reading the terrible reviews on other companies and their badly made products, I went to your page, nothing but great comments. I was a little concerned because some of the pictures were old and therefore, they were pictures of pictures. The website told me that some could be blurry but we understood because of the age of the pictures. However, the blanket came last week, it's beautiful. I've shown it to my family, friends and co-workers. Everyone was impressed and said what a unique gift!

My mother informed me that she wanted one of all her children, grandchildren and great grand children. I purchased another Groupon today for her blanket that we will be giving her on Mother's Day. Thanks for such a professional job!

Firstly, my photo pillow was made and shipped within 4 days which I thought was very quick and I was super happy with it! The pillow came and the photo size was too large and not how I had designed it so I talked to customer service about the issue and they quickly got back to me and had me redesign the pillow and shipped me a new one. I am so pleased with how quick they were to solve the issue. I will definitely use this site again!

This company is GREAT. While working on my book I not once had trouble getting through to live chat for help. I worked with another company shortly after and had no help at all - having to send an email with a later day(s) response to your question (which complicates everything because you can't go on working without the problem you are having being unfixed). There were other things as well that made it not nearly as user friendly or helpful. I LOVE working on collage page. It's very user friendly and the books turn out great. The USPO (mail) has some how lost 2 of the books I have tried to send to my son on an Air Force base in Japan. Collage. Com has been enormously helpful. They are now reshipping another copy of this book - again at no charge what so ever! I highly recommend Collage.com. I've also ordered 3 of the photo blankets, which my adult children loved!

I ordered a metal print and it is absolutely incredible-so vivid and lustrous, it is the ideal momento of our safari honeymoon. To be honest I was a little nervous about what the quality of the print would be like, as it was such good value that I thought the quality must be compromised at that price. But I am blown away by it, absolutely stunning and I would recommend 100%. I am also completely flabbergasted that having ordered the print on Friday lunchtime it arrived on Monday afternoon-in London, UK!
