Collage.com was easy to navigate and use. I created a blanket and photo cards with the same collage. I would have liked to have been able to replace one photo with another without having the whole collage adjust, but that was a minor complaint. I contacted customer support and the person I spoke to, Meghan LaClair, was very helpful! My grandma loved the blanket! I will definitely use the site again.
I had a book made up which contained old black & white pictures, faded diary pages, all of which could have been less than satisfactory. However, the hard cover book turned out absolutely better than I ever expected. While I was working on the project, I was able to chat online with a real person and get the help I needed to complete some functions. They responded right away and were able to resolve my questions immediately. And, I received the order 4 days early--on a Friday--didn't have to anxiously wait over the weekend, how good is that! Highly recommend this company!

I wasn't all that happy with my collage when I received it! It had a lot of red in the faces. I received a review email and stated my dissatisfaction. I immediately received a response email and a solution to the issue! Although I feel the original collage should have had the same quality as the second one, I will order again in the future.

This is my first time ordering a product from this company but if the item arrives as nice as the customer service people have been I will be very happy. Though I was really impressed with the speed of delivery and the actual quality of the prints themselves knowing that some of the scanned pictures I had were really old, I was really pleased with the sharpness and color quality. What was disappointing was the quality of the blanket itself, the other thing was the fact that while assembling the collage the screen is so small it's hard to see what it will look like for sure.The shuffle functionality is great, but I wish it wouldn't resize other pictures randomly when you move one at a time. In any case after receiving my product I was invited to take a survey and I did share my thoughts and feelings as in my opinion if you don't; you can't really complain to anyone else about it. Give someone a chance to make changes by giving them feedback right? Well Collage.com REALLY hit it out of the park, I totally didn't expect this but they took the time to explain the different options and they let me re-order my blanket to ensure 100% Satisfaction on my part. THANK YOU Collage.com; this type of customer service is so rare anymore - sometimes you can't help but feel like the guy from the Nationwide commercial, you expect companies to treat you bad after they have your money, its like no one counts on repeat business anymore. Well you can be sure I will spread the word and generate business for you!

I ordered 2 photo blankets for my sisters for Christmas. I did not realize that by selecting the edge to edge option that some of the pictures would be cut. I replied to a survey regarding my satisfaction and reported that I did not like the fact that my pictures were not complete photos around the edges. I was immediately asked to select a border so that all the pictures on the blanket would be complete. The blankets were redone and sent to me at no charge. That is what I call excellent customer service. Also, the original blankets were received prior to when they were promised. I will definately order from them again.

I have had two orders from this company and they both have been great experiences, one of the orders only took 3 days from the day I placed the order until we received it, and it looked great with very clear pictures, even when the pictures i uploaded were blavk and white and 2 inches tall. It's rare I'll take the time to review a company but they deserved it. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I was so disappointed, as the USPS lost the item that I purchased. When collage.com contacted me about my order, to see if I was satisfied, I explained to them what happened. They immediately shipped a replacement out at no charge to me! No hassle, no letters, nothing... they just sent me a replacement. What a wonderful company to do business with! I am not computer savvy, and I had a person on live-chat walk me through how to make a calendar for several hours, putting photos in, etc. I am extremely grateful! I do this once a year and they always help. The calendars are beautiful!
