My package unfortunately got lost on the way to my boyfriend who is currently deployed. I was really upset to hear that his blanket got lost because I was pretty proud of the unique gift I created! Alaina assured me that they would send a complimentary replacement right away. I have never had such great customer service and I am very thankful that this company has a just right guarantee. Thank you again!

I got my mother in law a mug for Christmas that had her son's pictures on playing guitar "through the ages" and she LOVED it! I did as well, it was the perfect gift for someone who has everything. I got my husband a mug that has cute pictures of our cat all over it and he loved that as well -this one had the color inside and that was a great touch! I pride myself for giving very special and personal gifts and this site will continue to help me eclipse my past gifts!

I ordered a photo blanket and upgraded it to the "plush" upgrade. The blanket is awesome! Pictures look great on the blanket. They printed very clear and you can see the details in the pics on the blanket. Also ordered two of the hard cover photo books. Even the pics that were flagged as low resolution still came out good. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend anyone who is on the fence about choosing Collage.com... you can't go wrong. All projects were very user friendly and easy to do (even on my iPhone) I did most of it on my cell phone then switched to my laptop at the end to get a better look at what I created. I'm happy to report that I'm definitely a Collage.com customer for life.:-) I can't wait to create my next photo book, cell phone case, photo blanket, and any other items I can make for lasting memories.

I customized a hardback photo book for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. Needless to say. It is absolutely PERFECT! + fast shipping. It is way more than I EVER expected! I emailed them about 2 pictures I didnt see in my book, after all it was my fault! I should've went over every thing before I hit the order button lol, but I spoke with a lady named Kelsey who totally understood the situation and she let me add my two pictures I forgot, free of charge plus letting me keep the other book. I was so happy I could've cried. These people are amazing, and I promise they won't let you down! God bless them. Every thing turned out flawless. I couldn't be happier! I will refer everybody to them.

We absolutely love the 50x60 plush blanket with family photos, it is so bright and beautiful. We got it for my in-laws, both who are in a nursing home and mom has advanced Dementia. When we showed her she smiled and just stared at the different pictures of the her family. Even though she's trapped inside her body she still has her family wrapped around her. It's a great comfort to her. Thank you so very much for helping us through this difficult time.

Thank you guys so much for being so awesome. I called with a few questions and everyone was answered politely and honestly. I was offered my discount after I already ordered my photo blanket and they put the money on my c. C. within 24 hrs. I have never been so satisfied with an y company the way I am with them. I will be ordering off their website for now on. Very trust worthy and honest. Great products to fit every age. Their products will make anyone happy. I can't wait to order more stuff. I'm very very happy with my whole outcome. I wish I caught the ladies name more clear, I think she may have said Lisa when I called. The woman was so very nice and helpful. I received a collage throw from my sister and brother-in-law for Christmas and loved it! So I decided to make one for my niece for her high school graduation. In the process I did something wrong and the throw did not turn out like I had imagined. I contacted the company and they said they would right my wrong and send me one like I wanted. They also told me to keep the one I had and not return it. This is one of the best and nicest companies I have ever dealt with!

I placed my first order with Collage.com before Christmas for a blanket for my daughter of pictures of she and her father, who was killed a year ago. When it arrived, I could not believe the quality of the blanket and the clarity of the pictures. She absolutely was over the moon when she saw it!. I loved it so much, I just ordered one for myself of mostly my husband and I, but also included our daughter and all of our pets. I received it today. Again, another stunner. I can't wait to wrap myself in it but at the same time, I want to hang it up on display! I never fill out customer surveys or reviews but this company's customer service far exceeded my expectations and they deserve the utmost praise. My Nana has been sick for the past year with lung cancer; but a few weeks ago right after christmas time she took a turn for the worst. She was ALWAYS cold, as she was up north in Connecticut visiting us for the holidays from Florida. So, I decided to make her a fleece blanket to keep her warm with family pictures on it. After a quick google search I came to the collage.com website and found it very easy to navigate and I ordered the blanket that same day. To my dismay It was going to take over a week to arrive, and I knew my Nana did not have that time. I emailed customer service explaining my situation and pleaded to them an earlier delivery date. Derek Jacques from customer service responded to my email within minutes and told me he would do everything he could but that he couldn't make any promises. I was discouraged but had accepted the fact that if my Nana wasn't able to see the blanket, I knew my Papa would love it and accept it for her. Not even 2 days later and a package arrives at my front door from the other side of the country! It was the blanket and it was more beautiful than I could even have imagined. The picture quality is amazing, and the fleece is warm and soooo soft. The customer service at this company is the best I have ever come across and there are no words to thank you guys enough. The look on my family members faces was priceless and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Honestly, thank you guys so much.

The customer service here is amazing. I had ordered a photo blanket for my grandma with all her grandkids for Christmas, and unfortunately it was stolen off my porch before I got it.
I ended up ordering a new one, knowing it wouldn't arrive on Christmas.
I got an email shortly after asking how the blanket was and if I was satisfied, and I shared my story of what happened. The woman I spoke with wanted to send another blanket to replace the original one, and ended up refunding me for the second order instead. She even mentioned that it may not be delivered by Christmas, which I completely understood.

To my surprise, it totally arrived on Christmas Eve, and I was able to have my grandma opened it in front of all of us. We are all so happy with the blanket, and I am completely happy and appreciate the customer service I received. The company did not need to go above and beyond for me, but they did anyways.

Will definitely recommend and order from again.
