For some reason the Collage.com website would not work at all for downloading my pictures for a blanket I was trying to make for my husband. Leah had me email them directly to her and she did the work for me! She put the pictures in and even suggested a poem for the back which was beautiful! The blanket turned out beautifully and my husband absolutely loved it! I cannot say enough good things about how patient and wonderful Leah was and how beautifully the blanket turned out because of her! Thank you!

I have ordered over eight photo blankets from this company, and have been extremely pleased with each one. They are beautifully made, and look extremely professional

In the one case that the photos were a bit off-centered, the company immediately sent a replacement blanket, which was perfect, and overnighted it, so the blanket would arrive by Christmas. I was extremely impressed with their guarantee of their products!

I could not be more satisfied with this company and their photo blankets. I will continue to order them as gifts, for our friends and family members.

In this day and age you do not always get the customer service and satisfaction that I just received from Collage.com, Derek Jacques. He took the time to listen to me and my problem and rectified more than what I could have anticipated. I was floored and thank him so much that my gift is going to be repaired better than what it was. I thank you and have already recommended collage.com to several people. They were impressed with my story and I believe they will be using collage.com for their upcoming projects.

We ordered two 50 x 60 fleece blankets for our parents with pictures of our kids as a Christmas gift. Within two days after ordering them they were shipped to Germany and we were excited when we were told that one of them arrived 14 days later as the estimaded arrival was in total expected 30 days after shipping. Awesome. My mom was tearing up when she saw this snuggly, soft blanket. Print quality is perfect. So far so good.
The second blanket didn't arrive at all. 40 days after shipping I called in to asked if they could track the shipping as with international shippings there is no tracking available for me. They couldn't but were very friendly, understanding and without any hesitation they resubmitted the 2nd blanket at no cost for me. Now it is the shipping time again, but this is how it works internationally. I am very thankful for this support and highly recommand collage.com for quality and service reasons!

The photo blanket I ordered for my daughter's 25th birthday was beyond beautiful. I chose 98 photos of her most memorable moments from the time she was born up to her graduating from nursing school to place on the blanket. I was so excited to give it to her I could barely contain myself. When she opened it she was so surprised it brought her to tears. It's the best give I have ever given her.

I loved the finished calendars I ordered. High quality, thick pages with clear, brilliant colors in the photos. All four of the people I gave them to absolutely loved them. I put pictures of my grandsons from 2015 on the corresponding month for 2016 so we can see how much they've grown in a year. I also included pictures of family members on their birth month and notated on the day of the month in the calendar section. Easy to upload and use the program to create.

I ordered a canvas and some mugs as Christmas gifts. The canvas never arrived, so I contacted customer support. My new canvas was upgraded to a gallery wrap and sent next day, no questions asked. One of the six mugs I ordered arrived broken, so I again reached out to customer service. My new mug will be here within 2-3 days, again no questions asked. The products are amazing quality, and our family loved seeing their sweet grandbabies all over their cups. Mistakes happen, but it's the way this company handles their slip ups that matter. I will be a customer for life. Thank you!

First off, I have to say that I am a customer service snob. Over the years I've counseled many companies (both big and small) on how to handle their customers. In my opinion, it's at least as important as the final product when choosing a vendor.

This was my first experience with Collage.com and it was an important one. We lost Mom in early fall, just right before the holidays. So I planned to make Mom Memorial Blankets for everyone as a surprise!

It was a huge project, and I ended up talking to three support people: Noelle, Kristen, and Shell.

Wow. Just wow. All three of them made me feel so special! They spent a long time with me in each phone call, giving me advice and helping me lay out the photos. They gave suggestions. They consoled me about Mom. They added whatever little things they could to help me finish it in time. The bottom line is that they really *cared*.

There were definitely some things about my project that weren't as smooth as could be. I'm not happy with the online software you use to position the pictures. The interface is not user-friendly, and the slightest tweak makes the entire layout jump into new positions and new sizes. That part was horribly frustrating, and it took me much longer than I wanted. I hope they eventually replace it with a new program!

But I'm still awarding five stars. Software can be changed and updated, but it's not easy to find people with the knack of true customer service. I'm hoping that the top brass read this review, so I can tell them: Give these three women raises!

I used Collage.Com to make a fleece blanket with photos from her recent summer trips around the country where she attended concerts of her favorite star. I was skeptical how some of the cell phone shots would turn out being blown up to fit the blanket. THE BLANKET IS AMAZING. The deals they offered made it affordable and it is truly the best gift I think I have ever given her. Can't wait to see her reaction on Christmas Day! Thank you for offering such a quality top notch service.

I never have had such exceptional customer service as I have had from Mike. I have written GroupOn about my experience with Collage and how pleased I was his responsiveness from Customer Service. I had problems with two products and Mike handled them both with promptness and went beyond my expectations in what a company would do during this busy holiday season. Mike is a employee who should be rewarded in some way, hopefully with a bonus. His return e-mails were grammatically correct, succinct, and had no misspelled words. This is so rare to find in Chats and E-mails. He represents Collage.com to be a company who sincerely cares about its customers and their satisfaction. Ann Erickson

I received the blanket/throw in the mail - it came very quickly. The only complaint I have is the quality of the blanket - it is more like a felt material rather than fleece and I wish I had have checked the sizing on the groupon because 30x40 is definitely way to small to call a throw (that was my mistake for not checking the size). The pictures come out extremely well but the cost of that is the quality of the blanket. A little disappointed in outcome. Website is very quick and easy to use as a positive note.
