This company/site is awesome! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Collage.com. They have saved me so many times! Whether a collage for blanket or a collage for photo/picture, they are phenomenal. It is so much quicker to use collage.com than any other site/software to make a collage. They auto-fill the pictures for you and then you are free to move and resize how you wish.

Customer service is always always so quick, helpful, and incredibly kind. I have and continue to recommend them to anyone I know! You seriously cannot go wrong with collage.com

I would like to take the time to THANK Mike Caifano for his Wonderful Customer Service in helping me get 2 Projects Submitted and 2 others saved. I suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury. So I need people to slow down their speech and explain things in a slower manner then other Customers. Mike understood immediately what I was trying to do. It took some time for him to help me BUT HE DID IT! He did not make me feel stupid or was taking up to much of his time. He just kept working to get the projects the way I wanted them. I was a Training Manager for a Fortune 200 Company for over33 years before head injury. He would be a person I would have hired right away. Your Company should be VERY PROUD to have him as an Associate. I am very Grateful that I got him on your Customer Service Line. O also spoke to a young man named Tyler who also was a big help to me earlier in the day. Mike even gave me his private number to call him directly if I have any future challenges, what more could I ask for. Thank You for a Wonderful Products to buy for my friends and family! We created a blanket for ourselves last year that we absolutely love. We get tons of compliments. Friends who used another service told us after washing their pictures faded, but we have washed the blanket a few times with no noticeable change. This year we ordered a blanket for our niece and made a mistake in choosing the size - Collage.com is replacing the blanket as a one time courtesy. The customer service rep we dealt with, Alaina, couldn't have been more helpful or courteous. And I love a company that stands by it's products and works with their customers!

Well I ordered a blanket for my husband for Christmas and just got it today. I am in love with it. Got a great deal on it, did not have to pay the retail price and again the product got here in time actually earlier then I was estimated an it is amazing. It is going to be my husbands Deployment blanket. Cant wait to see his face when he gets it from the kids ;)

I'm a first time ordering from this site, and it will be my last. Ordered and more than enough time to get my products delivered to me by the 18th of December in order to send them off to my family members for Christmas. Here we are 4 hours until that deadline and apparently my products are still printing. Upon calling customer service and they reached out to their printer and I was told two things: 1- that they don't give out any specifics on where my product is in production at this time of year, and 2- they will complete my order as soon as possible but are unable to tell me when exactly that will be. I spent $200 on my first order with this company and it is quite a shame because they will no longer be receiving my business. I strongly suggest you order from Shutterfly or other reputable competitors Of this company.

Hi! I used Collage.com and was very happy with the results! But when I received one of the canvases, I noticed I made a huge mistake in posting one of the pictures -- one photo had some marks on it I certainly didn't want in the finished copy! I ordered several canvases for Christmas gifts. I spoke in "chat" with Leah - and she solved everything quite easily, reordered the canvases for me at NO EXPENSE! AND... Leah expedited the shipping, so they will be received in time for Christmas! Wow, I'm telling you, I'm impressed! I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend their services to you!

There are not words to describe the helpfulness of the staff at Collage.com. From the beginning of my project, to the very end, even when I had some changes that needed to be made after I submitted, they were available and had me on my way in no time flat. LOVE the instant chat feature to get help WHILE working on your project.

Jay is so wonderful, saved me so much stress and worked with me to be sure my project was printed on the blanket that would give the best picture definition and quality for the photos I submitted. He reviewed my project for me and each photo and pointed me in the right direction -- this X-mas gift is EPIC people. Literally, there will be tears.

I received the BEST help from customer service rep Kristen today for an order that was stuck in printing. She did her very best to make sure the order printed and would arrive to me on time, before Christmas, as promised. I trust that Kristen did her very best to ensure my satisfaction and I will now be a returning customer as a result. People like Kristen need to be rewarded for their excellence. Thank you so much, this was a lifesaver moment.

OMG, I don't even know where to start. I took advantage of the first time, 60% off deal. We have 5 adult children with families of their own and could not think of anything to send them for Christmas. Saw Collage.com run down through my newsfeed on Facebook and gave it a click to see what it was. Best click i ever clicked on. It took me 8 hours at the computer to put together the 5 blankets. Not because it was difficult, it took me long because i had to decide what photos i wanted. It walks you right through each step. At the end of my project i put in the coupon code and what read almost $650 dropped down to $295 including the shipping. I was elated. Never even had to leave the house to shop. These blankets are going to be a lifetime treasure for my kids. We all look for that unique gift that nobody else can give and boy did i find it. Thank you so much Collage.com for making this an easy, affordable and rememberable Christmas ever.

Just wanted to do an update... one of my daughter's had her blanket stolen off her front porch. I know this is the time of year that evil people are out there following UPS trucks so my advice to anyone reading this, send it early if its a Christmas gift next year and tell your recipient to tuck it away until Christmas. I am heartbroken because i don't have the money to replace it. Bummer!:(

One more update to my experience with Collage.com. I spoke with Leah the day after Christmas about the one blanket that never got to my daughter's home and let me just say that she's an angel. I cannot think of one other company that i have ever dealt with that has the customer service that Collage has. You guys are awesome. I have already spoke with other family members of mine and they have never heard of this company but they are sure going to check it out now. The quality of their products are awesome. Thanks again Collage. I love you guys

I received two different plush blankets since I had created two different ones for gifts vine was perfect and the images looked great the other had great images but the printed had shifted to one side of the blanket leaving no border on that side. I uploaded a picture of the blanket and described the problem. I heard back from customer service within 30 minutes after. They immediately took care of the situation and they are shipping a new blanket directly to the gift recipient to receive by Christmas.

I went online to check the status of my order today to find out that it was delivered to my house yesterday at 1:06pm. Within 1 hour, it was stolen right off my front porch. I never saw a package when leaving my house that afternoon. After hours of time I spent looking for it and reporting my stolen item to UPS, I decided it was worth a shot to contact collage.com and see if they could help me. I got onto a live chat with a gentleman by the name of "Mike". He was so kind, caring, helpful and professional! He offered to re-order my items and apply overnight shipping ALL for no extra cost so that it would arrive by Christmas Eve! I am thrilled and so grateful! Thank you for everything! I can't wait to see it!

I ordered a blanket and received it today. I realized that the front and back were not what I wanted but the pictures were clear and beautiful. I spoke with Annie from Customer Chat. I ordered the front incorrectly and the back was missed on my order. Annie corrected the order and had a new blanket shipped out right away and in time for Christmas! She was very helpful explaining how to order it correctly for my next blankets! Thanks again!
