I ordered a blanket and the pictures printed out beautifully but I didnt like the fabric so I emailed and Annie dealt with the problem wonderfully. She helped me figure it out and provided me with a new one! I will definitely be ordering form here again! WONDERFUL customer service!
We were putting together a 20x30 collage with 72 pictures. When we put it into the cart, it said if we placed our order within the hour or so, it would arrive on a Friday. We were good with that since it was a gift that was needed on Sunday. We decided to add a frame to the order. However, when we went back into the cart, it said it would arrive on Monday even though it had only been 15 minutes or so. Ugh! This was 11pm. So, I called the next morning as soon as they opened and spoke with Annie. I asked if she could put a rush on the order. Although she could not guarantee it would arrive before Sunday, she said she would put a rush request in. I was so happy when I came home from work Thursday to find the collage waiting for me! It is beautiful! Thank you, Annie, for going out of your way to ensure the production crew knew that I needed it as soon as possible! It will be a great day, Sunday!

This is my go to gift! I myself have sherpa blankets, made one for grandma on both sides. Sent pillows to couples, even a couple with a photo from their wedding day on it. Everyone is excited when they get a blanket. I have made canvases for my home, of places I have been, or my animals. Beautiful quality! I had one of them come unglued and when i reached out to customer service, I provided a photo of the defect and they are sending me a new one. Resolved in ten minutes. This Website deserves a Website of the year award. If you cant make up your mind, do it! You will be happily surprised
I want to rave about leah lewis. I received a phone case for christmas that did not print quite right. I emailed the company and received a reply from leah. I am pretty particular and she kept with me, replying to every email - and there were a lot - with enthusiasm and professionalism, until the case was perfect. Thank you leah!
First off I had made 2 picture blankets one for my grandma and one for my kids great grandma, the one I made for mine grandma I did through shutterfly.com since I did it at last moment that was the only place I could go through to get it fast enough and it came out great! Then I made another one but used collage.com this time and I just received it in the mail and I think it looks horrible the pictures are blurry the blanket looks like they dyed it red and was once white. Very disappointed! I used a lot of the same pictures on both blankets and the one from shutterfly looks the best and my pictures are clear and perfect all around.
Hello. I ordered 2 phone cases for a phone I thought I was going to get an upgrade for but ended up not. I wanted to return them and get a refund. On top of getting a refund I got to keep the cases with no charge. Amazing customer service helped me and I couldnt be more pleased with their policy

I ordered the wrong blanket off of groupon. So the price was a lot higher than it should've been. Leah helped me out and applied a discount so I could pay for the groupon price of the blanket i wanted! Give that girl a raiseeeeeee
I got the 50x60 fleece blanket. One of the Collage representatives told me to use no more than 80 pics or the pics will be too small. Mine was about 70. This was more than I every dreamed. The pictures are vivid! It is absolutely amazing. Two thumbs up.

I ordered a serpa blanket for Christmas the end of November. It had not arrived by December 22, due to postal negligence. I called the company and was told they would reorder the blanket and send it overnight. They did just that and I received not only that one but the original one a month after ordering it. I contacted customer service and was told to keep both the blankets and was only charge for one. I will be a customer for life and I tell everyone I know about the service I received.
Do not purchase nothing from this place. I purchased a blanket over a month ago to make sure it was here before Christmas I still has not have not received it every time you call you get a bull$#*! story all my managers in a meeting or this or that this company is bull$#*!
I ordered a woven blanket with family photos for a Christmas gift and when it arrived I wasn't happy how it came out. The blanket wasn't flawed or anything but its just the way it comes out with that style. I called customer service and within minutes I was talking to an actual human being named Leah.
Leah took the time to walk me through the steps on how to work the editing process and showed me examples of what different types of blankets to use. When I was done everything looked amazing. On top of all that they shipped the new blanket at no cost.
I can not be more happier and satisfied with Leah and the customer service I received and the whole company in general.

I have to say that I was astounded by the level of customer service with this company. I ordered four blankets with all kinds of different needs and three were awesome. One was only ok because the images turned out too dark (likely because I picked the wrong pictures to use). I contacted them and they fixed the images and reprinted the blanket.
I wish every company was this excellent!
I have ordered a number of things from Collage.com and I think their customer service is the best! There is always someone to talk to on the phone, which makes a huge difference over some other companies. They are friendly and really seem to care about making sure the customer is happy. One time, my photo on a phone case seemed dark and I called them. Even though it was really my fault for not adjusting it before I uploaded it, they lightened it and resent another at no charge. I have ordered many phone cases for my friends. I love the product and I love the customer service! Well done Collage.com!
This is going to be long. I had ordered 3 woven blankets ( one for my mom, one for my dad, and one for my grandma) over a month ago to be here by Christmas because I always plan ahead so I can make sure all of my gifts will be here on time. The first time they shipped my order, it contained nothing I ordered. There were 5 fleece blankets with another family's pictures on them. I contacted them right away and they apologized for their mistake and reshipped my order. The second time I received my order, they only gave me ONE of my woven blankets (my grandma's). By this time, it was a couple days away from Christmas and I was so disappointed because I knew I wasn't going to have the other two blankets to give to my mom or dad on Christmas. I contacted them again and told them they messed up twice already and of course they apologized again and reshipped my order again. I just received the other two blankets yesterday and yet again, they printed them on the WRONG material! They were printed on the cheap fleece blanket when I paid EXTRA to have them printed on the nice woven blankets. As you can imagine, I was furious at this point. How could they have messed up my order 3 times?! I called them this morning and told them my whole story and they offered to send out the blankets again. I did not want to deal with them anymore because I knew they would probably mess up my order again and it was not worth it. So I asked them for a refund and they did. I will never be shopping here again. They made me really sad to not have anything to give to my mom or dad on Christmas. They really need better organization in their manufacturing warehouse because this is not alright for any customer to experience. This was a nightmare.
I ordered a photo blanket for my mom as a Chritmas gift with her kids and grandkids pictures. She loved it and will cherish it. I have to say that i tried another site but it was difficult to use and the pictures had to be small. I almost gave up and then i saw Collage and gave it a try. So much easier and the final product was so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes.

I created a poster for Christmas that turned out so well and the recipients were thrilled. I also created a photo book on my family's genealogy for my cousin for Christmas. Fed Ex said that they delivered it, but they did not deliver it to me. I chatted with Collage.com and they were able to get it reprinted in time for Christmas. Their customer service is incredible. They were great to work with and produce quality products. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them.
