I've ordered 3 photo blankets from collage.com and have been so thrilled. The first two were in 2016 and were perfect.

Last week I ordered the sherpa blanket for a bridal shower and the text was cut off (partially my fault, partially a misprint) and the font was wrong too. I called and they placed a new order right away. Because processing takes 5 days, even with next-day shipping it still would have arrived too late. I expressed my concern and pleaded if there was any way to rush production so that I could have the product on time. IT ARRIVED TODAY! 2 days ahead of my event.

I couldn't be happier with not only the quality of the product but also the incredible customer service I received from Meghan in Michigan.

I ordered a plush Sherpa 50x60 blanket for my nanas 70th birthday and she loved it! I wanted to get her a gift that she would love and was meaningful to her. I thought of making a collage blanket for her but didnt know who to go through. I did some searching and came across collage.com I chose them because of their great reviews. Not only did the photos come out clear and perfect but the blanket is super soft too! I also ordered last minute (I was trying to collect all the photos I wanted to use) and didnt get around to ordering it til Monday the 5th when her party was the 10th! I called collage.com and left a voicemail asking if there was anyway they could expedite the whole process for me so I could receive it in time for the party. They called me right back that day & said they would try their best. I got an email the very next day saying my order was shipped and I received it Thursday the 8th. My nana opened my gift last and was in total awe of the blanket! She cried and laughed while looking at all the photos which included our entire family! Including wedding photos of her and my grandpa who passed away last year. She absolutely loved it! Everyone at the party was very impressed! I would definitely order from collage.com again!

I have ordered several products from Collage.com, and have been more than pleased with the quality of each of them What really stands out is their incredible customer service. A recent order was plagued by some errors... mine and theirs. They fixed it quickly and with a "smile". Fast, friendly, and got it right, without major fuss or muss. Wonderful customer experience. I purchased 3 of the personalized 30 x 40 fleece blankets through Groupon for gifts for my father, husband, and one of my nieces. They all loved them! It was so cool to be able to put a collage together of their fave pics and see their faces light up, when I gave them their blankets. My niece hung hers on her bedroom wall and my other niece was so envious that she asked me to get one for her too. So, I purchased another one, but the 50 x 60 size. I recommend purchasing anything larger than the 30 x 40 size, if you actually plan to use them as blankets.

I am so incredibly impressed with the overall service this site and all the people working it have! First of all my custom case I created came to me in the mail incredibly fast, although unfortunately I hadnt realized I accidentally got an iPhone 6 case made instead of what I have which is an 7 but right when I recived it I got an email asking me how I like my case(which is incredibly thoughtful) so i emailed back telling them about my situation and they offered to send me and new iPhone 7 custom case for free! As a web shopper Ive never had this done for me and I appreciate the way they treat their customers! Definitely 5 stars! Such high quality cases! If you need custom anything this is the place to go!

I ordered a custom picture collage puzzle for my girlfriends birthday and i am blown away with the quality of this company. The puzzle shipped in 2 days and was here faster then anything ive ever ordered online and when i gave it to her she said it was the most thoughtful gift shed ever received, and when we assembled it together it was amazing, high quality and just looked like a dream come true. Will be doing all my custom stuff with this website and will definetely be doing more business! Highly reccomend!

Wow. I have ordered a few products and was thrilled. The site is easy to use, lots of great options for layout and formatting-gives you options to start with but it's so easy to personalize. Quality is excellent.
I recently ordered a 24x30 canvas but didn't like how the lighting when it printed. They were fabtastic-within 24 of contacting them they let me make a new one, processed it, and prepared to ship! Ordered other canvases and cards from them and have been very satisfied. I will only shop photo products with them.

I ordered a fleece blanket with sheep's back for my father for Christmas 2017, with pictures of my mother that passed away Dec 2016. The whole family presented it to him on Christmas day. Needless to say he was speechless, lots of tears from all. The blanket was above and beyond our expectations. So vivid and bright, not to mention how soft and cozy it was. I will be ordering a copy this evening for my grandmother as well as one for myself. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and God Bless you for everything you do. I will recommend to many!

I used a Groupon recently to order a 12" x 36" canvas print of one of my personal photos. When I had questions about the Groupon and a product, their online chat was fast and knowledgeable, quickly and accurately answering my questions. The website is easy to use and once I placed my order notifications were prompt and shipping followed shortly thereafter. The product I received was slightly damaged by UPS en route but otherwise I was in love with my canvas. The print quality was excellent and the appearance true to expectations. A really great product! When they sent a follow up email two days after I received my product I praised the product and noted the disappointment about the damage in shipping and they immediately placed a second order for me and let me know they were sorry to hear about the damage. This company has great service and great products, I will definitely use them again!

We recently went on a trip to Kenya and Tanzania and had some amazing pictures we wanted printed for our house. I decided on metal prints and tried my usual photo creator site, but didn't like how they were turning out. I found collage.com and decided to give it a shot. Their creator was very easy to use, so the whole process through ordering and shipping was easy and quick. When the 5 mental prints arrived, they looked great, but one had a small chip in the corner. Customer service had reached out to me to follow up on the prints before I could reach out, so I told them about the issue and Mike responded so quickly and offered to send a new one right away. I also asked if it could be lightened a little took since it came out slightly darker and he did, no questions asked! Just a great overall experience. Will be back for future photo print item needs!
