A little over a year ago, I ordered two Photo Books of my wedding; the final product resulted in incredibly, beautiful books. Recently, while showing them to some friends, we had an accidental spill, significantly damaging to the albums. I called the CS number and I was taken care of, by Jason, who was a SUPER STAR! He was professional, kind and friendly. Not only was his customer service amazing, he was able to find my projects and have my books reprinted. Furthermore, he said that in order to have happy customers, he would do it at no charge. I was truly shocked! I only wanted to know if he could help finding the projects to have them reprinted, but he went above and beyond; he took it to a higher level of service! WAY TO GO, Jason, and Collage.com! Got a groupon to tried out this site. I got the 2- 16×20 and they are AMAZING! Fast delivery too got it less than a week. These look like they would cost a few hundred. I can't stop looking at them they are that gorgeous.

Omg! I've never fell in love with something as much as I have with this father's day blanket. Everything about it is AMAZING! I hope my boyfriend loves it just as much as I do. I am bottom line pissed off. I bought something and selected rush shipping so that I would receive it before Mothers day. Well it didnt come in time even though it was guaranteed. Then I came to an agreement with the company and they promised a full refund and they would still ship me my product... well guess what, they lied. All they did was completely cancel my order so now Im getting nothing even though they said I would still receive it. The customer service seems great but all they do is tell you lies they pulled out of there butt. I was reassured several times my product would make it on time. Well it didnt. So thanks for nothing, this is my last mothers day with my mom and I have to explain why she isnt getting anything from me.

I have ordered a few times from this site and my orders have always come out beautiful. My last order, a picture collage, I decided to do in black and white and when the product arrived the images were quite dark (my fault, I should have brightened them). I contacted customer service and within minutes Leah, a (fabulous) customer service rep, was assisting me in placing my new order. She truly went above and beyond to improve my order. She not only improved the quality of the images, she changed the images around, suggested a different background color for my new collage and placed my new order free of charge. I am an avid online shopper and I have never experienced such EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I will buy with confidence next time knowing how exceptional their customer service is. Highly recommend :)

I ordered my throw blanket around April 3rd. Having never used Collage.com, I didn't know what to expect. Well, April 10, I received my package. I am so pleased. So thrilled that the pictures came out so clear and bright. Much better than I expected. It's a gift and I know the receiver will be pleased. Since December 2017, I have ordered seven blankets from collage.com, I had one technical issue with one of the seven blankets and upon receipt, I contacted customer service via chat and it was rectified and a new blanket shipped. I was suprised that the blanket would not have been checked prior to leaving the facility. I would recommend a telephone number to speak with someone from a service excellence perspective. Each blanket I purchased had a special meaning and sense of healing behind them. Each blanket was a plush fleece and each family that received was touched. I am very thankful that I would able to create each memory and share it through collage.com. I would recommend for those that purchase often, a coupon incentive. Thank you.
