I customize a blanket once a year for Christmas for 3 years now and they have always been super reliable. If they made a mistake or something, they'll fix it without no charge! I did my blanket last minute this week and I saw it wasn't going to get here for Christmas, but after Christmas so I was expecting it for the 30th by the end of this month but then today, Friday 22 before Christmas I got a package from the blanket I customize today! So they're reliable and the shipping is super fast (:

I ordered 2 sherpa 50x60 blankets for my teens with 9 pictures of our dog on it. The website was extremely user-friendly! Very easy to use. After reading other reviews I was worried about getting them in time for Christmas so I paid extra for expedited shipping, although I probably didn't have to. I placed the order on 11/29/17 and it was expected to arrive 12/8. I received an email on 12/8 saying that my order had shipped, but I already knew that because I received the order on 12/5! Very happy with the speedy service. The blankets look fantastic! Pictures are very clear and the color I chose for the background it exactly how I thought it would look. The quality of the blanket isn't the top of the line best, but I wasn't looking for the highest quality. The sherpa blanket is thin, but it feels heavy and will be fine as a throw to cuddle up on the couch. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and the product.

I order my mom a personalized puzzle for Christmas. Fed Ex dropped it off soaking wet, I had it delivered to my work so it wouldn't sit outside and get ruined. The driver said "oh I thought it was parts" I quickly got in touch with customer service for both companies. Collage.com quickly printed a new one and Fed ex shipped it overnight. I'm super excited to give this to my mom for Christmas. Great customer service Collage.com, I would def recommend you and order again. My only suggestion is to place the puzzle pieces in some type of bag before you put it in the gift box. This might help if the box gets wet, but would keep the puzzle itself dry.

I recently ordered a custom phone case for an iphone 5se for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary through collage.com. I liked how they were the only website I could find that I could add in as many photos I wanted and shape them how I liked. When the case came in the mail I realized I had made a mistake and the photos did not stretch to the sides of the case too. I emailed collage customer service and they emailed me back promptly, and were very willing to help solve my problem. They showed me what the new template would look like when it was corrected and offered to send it to me again, free of charge. Not only did I receive the new phone case, but they rushed it to my address so I got it even faster. The new case is perfect and just what they promised. They were so willing to make sure I was completely satisfied with my product. You rarely find companies with such good customer service anymore. I would recommend Collage.com to everyone I know. They're not just another company, they care about making sure you order is perfect!

My order was delivered to the wrong address thanks to the recipient for calling into collage.com. When I contacted collage.com they said they didn't know where my pictures were. I was upset bc not only are my personal pictures in a stranger's hands, they didn't make any arrangements to go back & pick up my pictures. When I asked them how this mistake was made, they stated they don't know but I can ask the carrier. Um, isn't that their job? Aren't they supposed to see to it that their customer's privacy isn't invaded and follow through with how to NOT allow this to happen again? A wk later my pictures were still at Printing. CSR ended chat without asking if I had any further questions. I tried to tell her to wait while I finish typing my question but ended anyway. She promised to get back to me about printing status but never did. Finally received pictures days before Christmas, now my cards will be late. I felt like they didn't care about my privacy or concern. Thankfully I received a refund.

I have used Collage.com in the past for beautiful gifts for my mom and sister so I decided to purchase something for my mother for Christmas. I received the gift and realized there was a typo on the cover! I called them to see what I could do. I was given a code for a new book, free overnight shipping and was told I could keep the book with the typo (when I inquired about how do I send it back)! All of this happened on Thursday and I received my new book on MONDAY! Their customer service rep was amazing and very helpful and their products are top notch (I've ordered blankets, canvases and books). I'd definitely recommend them for beautiful, meaningful gifts!

My friend and her family recently suffered a loss. I wanted to give her something that would cover her in love and emotions. I did some research and I came across you guys website during my search. It was easy as ever to upload my designs and pictures. The finish product was astounding. There were a few hiccups down the road with the delivery, but customer service took care of it with no problems. Thank you, you have truly made someone's year.

I was unsure of how these products would actually turn out and when I received them I was impressed! This was so easy to do and saved me so much time. I made a photo book for our family in 1 hour using mobile pics, Facebook pics, emailed pictures and More. The quality was amazing. We have not ever had a photo book for our family and our kids want one. This service helped me create unique gifts that you can not buy at a store. I am in love!

I never thought my project would turn out so well, get shipped so fast and be so easy to make! I had reservations about doing something like this, thought the pictures would turn out all blurry, but my husband and i were blown away at how nice these came out... our moms will be thrilled to get their Christmas gift from us this year! PS-- we got the standard fleece and it is soft and comfy, and we got the size that covers a queen size bed... I honestly can't say enough positives about my experience and will be using collage.com for future projects!
