Collage is amazing. Every purchase I have ordered from them I have loved. Recently, I ordered a photobook as a gift, I paid for rush shipping, and it was processed and shipped on time. I had trouble with UPS delivering my package (I had gotten four emails that the package was missorted four times). I contacted Collage, and they replied quickly to my email, offered to send a new photobook, and also reimbursed me the money I paid for rush shipping due to UPS messing up my order. I truly appreciated this without even asking for it - because it was UPS's mistake not theirs. They replied to all my emails quickly. Collage has great products and great service and are extremely fair to customers by offering to resend products they are unhappy with, or products that were not shipped to them. THANK YOU COLLAGE!
I ordered a photo jigsaw puzzle as a Christmas gift. The color photo on the outside of the box was torn and used anyway. The barcode and lot number is stamped on the photo. It definitely does not look good. I had to reprint my own label for the cover of the box. The item is a extremely poor quality. I would never order from this company again.

I put together a card with some assistance from your company, which I appreciate but only to find out that they would not arrive until January 2nd or 3rd! It is Dec 3rd now-I can't believe that you cannot get these out before then. I am GREATLY disappointed after spending at least 2 hours of my time and some of your employees.

Blankets are so soft, quality is extremely high, i'm really impressed and happy (and i used groupon so it was pretty cheap).
Wanted to upgrade one of the blankets I ordered, and I didn't realize they printed same day. I called customer service, and I wish I remembered the woman's name but she was wonderful. Helped me re-order (by refunding) and to my surprise shipped out the smaller blanket that had already printed free of charge. The best part of this story was i called around 9:45, maybe 15 minutes before they closed (I had no idea and felt terrible when I learned that through google). Genuinely a great company with great customer service. I highly recommend.

I ordered custom photo blankets for my nieces and nephew for Christmas. They are SO soft and even though the pictures are "cellphone" photos, came out clear and beautiful. There was a mix up with my delivery (from my mail person NOT the collage company) and collage was so wonderful in helping me. There just aren't businesses like this one anymore. I'll be a loyal customer for life.

Ordered photo mugs for Christmas apparently they were sent on 16th november yet tracking number is an invalid number n company have no record of a parcels with my name or address. Can't get in touch with collage.com as email addy and phone number are invalid and not supported... so in other words I believe a scam and I have been had not impressed

I made the blanket for my mother for Christmas. I put pictures of her and her mother and the only picture we have of her father on this. This was my first experience making a photo blanket. I made the mistake of choosing a photo that looked ok on the proof, but when the blanket arrived, the proportions looked off. This was completely my responsibility. I chose the wrong photo. I contacted them just to educate myself about it, but Leah took it way beyond that. Although I felt like an idiot for making that mistake, she graciously guided me through a new design! This is a particularly meaningful piece to me, so it really touched my heart to have her (and thus, the company) do so much to assist me. They have won a customer in me!
