So I place an order (a puzzle) as a gift for a friend of mine. I see the option to send an email to the person however that would ruin the surprise, so i then wait 24 hours (hasnt shipped yet) and send them an email asking them to place a piece of paper in the box saying "thank you. From Alan N." and was told no they cant. So to confirm, they would NOT put a one sentence letter in the order that hasnt shipped yet? Im not asking for them to change the puzzle itself or fast shipping time. Nothing crazy. Here is the kicker... im in charge of the gift buying for my company... 950 orders are gone because of Brittany (rep who works there). I will cancel my order right away. Something so simple.

We do use third party printers, and we have no way of adding anything to the package. I've used them in the past and were very happy with the overall results (although the blanket quality was a little less than I was expecting but overall it was great). I got an email that if I wanted to receive my items (I was holding in my cart) before Christmas I needed to order by end of the day, so I ordered that afternoon. I received one of the two items promptly (albeit a little grainy on the picture but it was fine). I kept checking the status of the other item (pillow) and kept seeing it set at "printing" so I emailed to find out the status. Thank god I did because they said it wasn't going to be ready until after the new year! When I wanted to know why I was told one thing (order by end of day to get in time for Christmas but now it's delayed) but they're unable to fulfill they said I was advised of the delay in the order summary email. Granted, I didn't read the email line-by-line because I was confident that they would abide by their original statements and if there was a delay they would have put it on the website BEFORE I completed my order like most other sites do to let the customer know. Nope, they did a sneaky switch-a-roo and when I told them I expected my item before Christmas as originally promised and that I checked Shutterfly (and several other providers who do the same thing) are saying they can still delivery before Christmas why can't they and if they can't then cancel and refund ASAP so I can go elsewhere. Instead of even trying to handle the matter they opted to just cancel and refund. What a craptastic way of doing business (or rather, the lack thereof). Very sneaky! I used to recommend these people after my first order was such a hit and even wrote a positive review for them before but after these underhanded practices I will NEVER come back to this company and will make sure I spread just as much word of mouth negative feedback as I had given in positive reviews before.

Ordered Christmas cards... they send out an email apologizing and offered a discount on future orders because mine was going to be late... WHY would I do a future order when the order I NEEDED didnt get to me in time!

Um. Wtf is this company?

I wish I had a photo to show you in response to the "credibility" of this store. I ordered a blanket the begging of December, with the latest date being the 10th. Kept a lookout for my package tracking it everyday, the worst party about this is that it was a secret Santa gift and I wanted it 5 days after the latest date. I thought oh I'll have it in time!' Hahahahahaha. So I get to UPS to see what's up. And they tell me the box was EMPTY! Wtf? Okay how? I've received $#*! in bags that have been tossed through god knows what. Anyways customer service was nice enough to just send me a new one. And now I'll get it Christmas Eve! Joy... because I won't see her until the middle of January you know holidays and time off. Thanks collage.com!

I ordered three blankets from this company... all three blankets were suppose to have a different picture on each one... I got one I was happy with... but the second one was a duplicate of the first one so I contact the company and they redue it and I get it back and the blanket was the wrong kind it was to thin. So I contact them again and they promised me I would have it back by the 18th of December so the my daughter would have her Christmas gift so today being the 14th I still hadn't heard nothing so I email them and they oh I'm sorry but they don't think that it will make it to me before Christmas... I ordered these in November and now they are saying I won't get it till when ever... I'm so upset because they promised me that I would have it in time for Christmas!... this is bad business and I do not recommend ordering from this company especially someone like me that paid about three hundred to this company for three blankets... it is not worth the money or the stress. I recommend going to another company!

Screwed up!

I ordered two pillows for Christmas presents. Was given a confirmation that the pillows would be delivered by 12/11/18. Now I got an email that they are behind in production and have no idea when I will get my products. I have been on hold for 15 minutes (and counting) and no one will answer their phone. Tried their "live support" but surprise surprise, it's offline even though it is during their business hours. I want my money back, but can't reach a human being! Some of us are on a budget and only have a certain amount of funds for presents... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible experience

I ordered 3 pillows from this website. I've never ordered from this website and I thought I'd give it a try. It says that it will be delivered by December 6th. But here it is a week later and still nothing. I have contacted them multiple times and everyone tells me that they don't know if it will be here before Christmas because they are behind and that they will "try" their best to get it to me by Christmas. That sounds like a personal problem. Because if I paid, I should get my stuff on time. No matter what, I ordered my stuff before the holiday deadlines they have posted. My stuff hasn't shipped or anything yet. The employees are very careless and useless. They offered me a shipping refund, that of course I accepted since my stuff isn't here on time. But that's not the point. I ordered those items as gifts for Christmas for my loved ones. But I'm very nervous about them being here by Christmas.

Customer Service... WOW!

I haven't seen the products yet since delivered elsewhere for me to collect since a surprise, HOWEVER; customer service is simply amazing. I created five items, taking a chance at this for the first time. I had some questions via their chat and email several times. WOW! Answered right away even though the company is in Michigan and my alma mater is The Ohio State University (rivals). On a chat, we joked about that! Again, can't wait to see the creations but so far amazing company!

Amazing Service

First of all, I would just like to say that I NEVER write reviews, but I have to make an exception here. I am AMAZED by this company. I have made almost 10 projects on this website and every single item came in 2-3 business days and the quality of the images is unbelievable! I even had to send an email to a rep because i had a coupon code I forgot to use and she refunded me the money and gave me a better code. I am so amazed. Thank you Collage.com!

Incredible

I have made 4 blankets now in the last couple weeks. They have all arrived faster than I imagined. One of the people I gifted a photo blanket to has already opened it and fell in love. She did a video of her opening it for me and the emotion she felt when she saw it was overwhelming! I am excited to see what everyone else thinks about theirs. Very impressed with the ease of use of the website and design functions.

What a poor excuse for a company. Just an FYI to those looking to make purchases with Collage. Comit's a scam! They require you to pay $30+ and are unable to guarantee shipping... EVER. I purchased my product 3 weeks ago and am still waiting. Tracking numbers that my $30 shipping cost provides don't work. Customer service is rude a belittling. AVOID!

Beware of the fine-print. With use of Groupon website charges shipping on each individual item. Wound up paying more in shipping than the cost of the Groupon for five calendars! Also less than impressive website with minimal features. Recommend any other photo site. Will certainly not be re-visiting this website.

AWFUL company!

Horrible customer service and they couldn't care less about their customers. Processing time is slow and shipping time is even slower, yet they charge customers an excessive price for shipping. I would NOT order from this company ever again!

Just in love

Your really never know how important a picture is until that's all you have left and these blankets are a perfect touch to melt anyone's heart I ordered over 10 diff ones to give away as christmas gifts with each one have a very different meaning... the shipping was so crazy fast and the detail is 100 times better then you see when you make it on your phone or your computer... defaintly will order again and again

I dread this every year

Every year I do a photo book of family pics. For whatever reason, the first year I did it I chose Collage.com and have paid the price since. It is an extremely clunky website, app is nonexistent now, you can only upload a handful of pictures at one time. I have books with over 400 pictures and it takes me ages to put this together between the website crashing and the overall slowness. I. am. in. Hell every December and I absolutely dread coming back to this website!

I recently ordered a pillow case for my sister as a Christmas gift, when I set the imagine that I wanted in it told me the image might be too large but I took the chance anyways. I just received the pillow case and it's flawless! The image is so beautifully clear, they extended black coloring to the edges where I left nothing, the seam is perfect, and all in all I am just amazed and in love and will definitely be ordering more and recommending it to as many people as I can! Thank you so much! I really am amazed and in shock with how amazing it came out.

I ordered 2 blankets, one for me, one for my husband for christmas. They came today and when I looked at them, the color of my blanket was not quite what I envisioned and so I immediately called customer service and asked if I could get another blanket in a different color! I was AMAZED at HOW EASY it was! The young man that helped me over the phone was extremely helpful, and just like THAT... my new blanket it on it's way! And I didnt even have to bother with shipping back the one I DIDN'T want! The site is easy to navigate, and the products are beautiful! I totally recommend that ANYONE purchase from Collage.com!
