Overall the experience was great. The ordering and the white glove delivery was amazing. The only negative I had was the shipping company itself delayed my delivery by three weeks. Which wasn't the fault of coleman furniture. I highly recommend ordering from coleman. They have amazing products and service.
The table base was damaged in transit. The table top was marred by screw inserts torqued too much.
Your customer service was maddening as we tried to reach a supervisor and were repeatly not contacted. The only thing that worked was to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.
From initially placing our order and completion of delivery, every contact made with Coleman was extremely positive. The bed is lovely and exceeded our expectations perfectly matching some existing furniture pieces.

Both items came damaged and the response was that I signed someones phone that I received the items and that I did not note the damages. My window of delivery was 7-10 am - they woke me up at 6 am and arrived at 6:30 am so I was not thinking about inspecting the furniture. I requested to return them and repurchase elsewhere and was told I was not eligible to return items and was offered 125.00 toward a repair and never heard back after that.

Ordering was 10/10. Communication was 10/10. Delivery 2/10. The White Glove company left big boxes in the alley where they parked the delivery truck, and the WORST part, they put a DECENT SIZED HOLE in the brand new couch and tried to cover it up. I found it the next day. The workers were nice and quick with set up, I would still recommend but I am very disappointed to spend this amount and receive the couch with a hole. It is obvious this happened when they were bringing it in or putting it together.
Beautiful desk, solid and well-made. It was extremely well-packed, so no issues with any damage. Instructions were clear. Good price. The only negative was that it took about 5 weeks after ordering for the item to leave the warehouse. Coleman was excellent about notifying me when it was about to ship, and I was able to track the delivery.
My new king bed matches my 15 year old queen bed perfectly. Delivery and assembly was good and professional (no dents on walls or bed). It did take a long time to be shipped (4-5 weeks) but I was told that in advance and I am very pleased overall.

The furniture arrived in perfect condition. The bedside tables were packed insanely well. The FedEx driver dropped the two boxes off in the driveway, and I moved them to the bedroom myself. They are a bit heavy.
Local shipper did something to his wheel and did not deliver on scheduled day and tried to blame me and make me pay more to bring it to my house again. Second time delivery men were great they even came in under very low trees with out a problem. Received a week later then I wanted but they did keep pushing the date up to make me happy. Couch and love seat are great.
I received a table that started to develop some issues within the first three weeks of having it, and I called to see if they could send out a replacement, but they could not. They sent a warranty claim to four hands which they denied… after less than a month!
I sent a messages less than 24 hours for it be returned. I received an auto message stating message received. I called and phone disconnected both times while on hold. Return policy stated must be returned within five days of receiving items. I could not return without your instructions and return receipt. Very disappointed
Ordering online was very easy, We got good prices and quick delivery, everything went smoothly. I will say that the sofa smelled quite a bit like chemicals, It's probably fire $#*!ant or something that's required, but we had to air it out for about 3 weeks before wanting to bring it inside again.
I ordered 2 bar stools, got counter stools instead. Ended up sending them back and having to pay the shipping to get it back to Coleman. I order items all the time on Amazon and the thought never even crossed my mind that I would have to pay to ship the items back to Coleman (it cost me $65.00 to ship it back to Coleman). Customer service reminded me on numerous occasions of their return policy which I totally missed, my fault. I understood from the beginning that this was associated with Ashley Furniture which I thought was reputable and helped me make my decision to purchase from Coleman. I wouldn't ever order from Coleman again.
Had to cancel 2 delivery dates for only 2 times it snowed this year! Third time was charm,delivered as promised by excellent professional delivery men!
Purchase a king size bed it looks great, love the white glove delivery but it took way longer than expected.
Shopping was easy. Information was professional. Sofa arrived sooner than expected. The sofa is not as comfortable as I expected. There are hard spots in it. This has nothing to do with my excellent experience with Coleman Furniture.
I love my dining table. I placed the order by calling them. The communication was great until the delivery time. The team scheduled a day but no time for delivery and the first delivery crew just delivered half of my order and table leaves were chipsed. Even though Colman informed me it couldn't make up for the time and frustration that I experienced, the first delivery crew was also impolite. They sent the rest of the order the day after at my requested time. I couldn't enjoy my purchase.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
