We bought a dining table from Coleman furniture after shopping around for quite a while. We found they had the lowest prices and the best quality for what we wanted.
They delivered through a company that brought the table already built and set it up in our home for us. They even checked it and tightened bolts if needed. The table arrived in perfect condition.
Wall unit was delivered and installed by 2 very excellent representatives. Unit was everything I expected and more. Works great for our room. Installers were very pleasant and effecient. Overall a Great experience

I ordered a large tall man's 300 pound Oscar 3 cliner chair. We are happy with the sectional couch but had one problem that customer service tried to help us with. We didn't realize how oversized the ottoman was, which is our fault for not looking at the dimensions closer. Although, one of the pictures on line made it look smaller than it was. So when we received it and found it was too big for the room we wanted to send it back. Coleman told us the charge to send back the ottoman was $400 and we paid $450.00. So we got stuck with an ottoman we can't use. I'm glad we liked the couch because I can't imagine how much it would have cost to send back the couch and ottoman if we didn't like the whole unit. This experience will make us more cautious next time considering to buy on line without physically seeing the product.

Coleman Furniture delivered the item we ordered on time and when we realized that one of the panels to our entertainment center had a defect, they ordered the new part for us free of charge and had it packed so well, that the shipping company could not hurt it despite multiple tears and holes in the outer box. We appreciated the prompt and polite service!

I purchased a wonderful sectional that was just what I was looking for. I could select the pieces I wanted instead of having to buy a preselected package for my sectional. It was delivered and set up for me and all boxes where taken away. The only thing that I think they could do better is maybe give an update on delivering, instead of a person having to wait three weeks after they order it to hear anything. Even an acknowledgement that everything is still being processed and telling you the latest delivery date.
The entire process from ordering to delivery went smoothly. The bar is of great quality with no defects noted. We had white glove delivery which went smoothly. I would recommend buying products from Coleman furniture

I ordered a modular couch from Coleman on January 8,2025 and my couch was delivered February 6,2025. They communicated with me every step of the way. Very nice entertainment center- the white glove installation was fabulous! The installer overcame a problem and came up with a quick solution. Absolutely get the installation! Everyone who sees it wants to know where I got it. I learned about it from my sister who has one.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
