They do not know what they have in their inventory, poor management, rude staff, the worst customer service.
After two months wanting for a small purchase and three times changing the delivery date, they cancel the order. I am not gonna try Coach online shop even one more time.
Do not order from Coach! I bought a pair of heels.The site lied about the heel height. They were way to high. I sent them back over a month ago.No refund yet. They just keep telling me it's coming different dates. Something tells me Coach is going out of business. Beware!
Its been 17 days since my purchase and they still havent started shipping it, its December 14 so doesn't look like ill be getting my item before Christmas. Blaming it on covid but this only online store thats having shipping issues
My husband bought me my first Coach purse in December 2014. It's great quality. I had to have it repaired a month ago because the stitching had been coming off. When I was processing this transaction in the store, we couldn't locate the receipt. I almost felt like they were treating me like I'd bought it secondhand. I knew I had it, I just didn't know where. So I dropped it off. About a week ago, I found the receipt (It was in another bag I'd just dumped my items into) & immediately took photos, because it had faded. I called & told customer service. I hope they attached it to my account. Fast forward to yesterday, I got my bag. Stitching is good. But one thing I noticed is that they didn't bother with the strap stitching, which is frayed, didn't bother with the fading color of the gun metal color, or much less clean it for me. That tells me that they don't take pride in their products, which is sad, considering what we, as female consumers, pay for these purses.
Bought a purse on sale from their site. When delivered, it was the wrong item. Not wanting to stand in line at a physical store (Covid times), I called their customer support. After an hour of waiting (Black Friday, so not their fault), the woman can exchange it, but asks for my credit card number. Apparently they will charge again for the right purse, and give back the money for the original a couple of weeks after it's returned. And I have to pay for return shipping for the wrong product that they sent me. What? Is there any doubt why customers are shopping on Amazon instead of other e-retailers? Because their customer support and returns are so much easier!
At first I was upset because Coach.com refused a return of an unused bag. Then the company called me and the though I had to travel, and lost my shipping charges, they took back the bag.
I adore many things Coach but my favorite is their shoes, specifically the heels. I actually bought these quite some time ago but the quality is so amazing they look new! I've had no issues with any of their shoes. Ive never had to deal with returns or customer service so I can't speak on that. All I can say is they have a beautiful selection of shoes and they make great sunglasses as well!
I do not understand the previous review, it seems like someone just damaged the bag by the hands, not just because the brand uses bad quality material and fake leather.
In my huge collection of bags, I have already had 2 bags of Coach and these two are Tabby bags in black and ivory colors. I am completely in love with these bags, they are so stylish and despite being small from the first sight size everything fits inside
I visited the Coach store last month for Mothers day with my family. The sales associate that helped me was absolutely amazing. She was super knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful to work with. We ended up buying a few extras just because - I've never had such amazing customer service in all of my life at a retail store. Macy's and Nordstrom's (especially Macy's) has nothing on the Coach customer service.
After my purchase (over $500) I received a thank you card - hand written by my sale associate (I think her name was Natasha... I can't remember her name and don't have my thank you card on hand) as well as a $50 gift card to shop free at my next visit plus a follow up call to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my experience and purchase.
Amazing service and products. Now I know why my Grandmother shopped at their store and not one of the larger retail stores that carries the brand.
If you haven't' been there yet you're missing out.
So unprofessional. Ordered gifts online specifically told them to include gift boxes and they say they don't provide gift boxes. What!? I kept contacting customer service via email & their site & no response whatsoever!
This definitely is not Nordstrom.!
I purchased a purse online that said they had stick and I would be getting it before Christmas. Four business days later I get an email back saying it was back ordered and now over a month away for delivery. Not acceptable. I found another option with a different brand but trying to cancel this order is impossible. The website does not work for returns and getting hold of someone at customer service is impossible. This is a terrible way to run a business and I will never purchase anything from coach again.
Owned my purse for less than a week, when the clasp to hold my strap in just fell apart. Then had to wait a total of 9 weeks before my purse was repaired and sent back to me. So I called customer service and they offered me a replacement. When I asked what would happen to the original purse, she replied it will be scraped. Thank you for confirming you sell $#*!ty purses. I will never purchase anything from your company ever again!
Trying to get an order number for a purchase I made years ago. Over the course of 18 emails in which their customer service employees sent me answers in circles, I still do not have this information. In fact I have no information about my bag other than I registered it. To me, Coach is not class or prestige. They are quite the opposite.
Horrible customer service, disrespectful management system. If there is less than a star, I would choose it. My son is 13 years old, he went to their store and bought items valued $ 600. I called customer service over phone that I lost the receipt, but still have the tags, they said you can just go to the store and return them or getting credits for the price. I went to the store, the manager told me he cannot return them. When I asked them how did you sell these items for for $600 to a teen without getting permission from their parents. He said our policy allow this.
I went to the outlet in Somerville ma to return a bag for someone and I didn't have a receipt on hand so I thought they could look me up from my rewards program but I guess they couldn't so I had to purchase something else witch I really didn't want to but anyway needless to say they didn't give me a receipt for my purchase so on the same day I went to return some of my stuff in Merrimack they were rude and they were rushing me. So needless to say I will not be shopping there anymore. I got a email about the issue but no one has called me back
Hang in there! Your bag will arrive... Eventually. I placed my order on 12/17. On 1/11, I received an email from Coach apologizing for the delay and letting me know my bag will be shipped soon. On 1/12, I received a shipment notification email from Coach. It's due to arrive on 1/13 via UPS (update: actually arrived 1/14). I think they over-promised on how soon they were able to deliver. I selected Standard Shipping which was I believe 7-9 days business days. It will actually be 17 business days. Although, it seems like it has taken forever, I supposed 8 business days late isn't bad. (This review is about Coach Outlet.)

QTY: 1 this is the third time receiving my order the second my glasses was not properly delivered right was not wrapped up properly the sunglasses case was broken had to go to the another location to replace it then now the items was not properly wrapped up right again I called customer service her answer was because I had ordered from outlet store that's why the package was not properly wrapped right that's is Unacceptable its should not matter were a customer buy the merchandise online it's the same company personally customer are spending their money on a nice items I customer should be treated right. So to me that information I got from the customer service is if you buy online at coach outlet your item will be damaged or send to how every that's not right I'm very disappointed in coach I never again Experience this with gucci or any Brand.
I have shopping coach for 25 years. I recently had the worst experience with a return. I sent two items for return and they claimed there was only one item in the envelope. That envelope was super sealed and weighed at the post office. Its bad enough you have to pay return shipping but then you call the customer a liar. Clearly they have dishonest employees who stole my item and no video like they claim. No reason for me to go through all that effort except for the principle. Its sad that a company does not honor their customers and now lost thousands of dollars because of their poor customer service.
I ordered 4 items for Christmas; the site said they were in stock and would be delivered in 3-5 days. On the 6th day I reached out to customer service (as the statues of order had been "in process" for 6 days). They said the items had be released for shipment, but they could not give me tracking info. Six hours later, I get an email saying sorry but all of the items you ordered are out of stock. Very disappointed. I expected much more from such a well known brand.
I ordered a Coach wallet and the tracking number lead to a dead end. I called 4 different days before reaching a "human" on the line! When I finally did speak to customer service on June 13,2020, they assured me a replacement would be shipped "expedited". Well it has been 6 days since I was assured this would be "expedited", there is no tracking available and this has not been processed or shipped out. I do NOT recommend ordering from COACH online. They have 50 excuses, but do not correct the problem!
Answer: Buyer beware, they do not want to refund your money after you have made a return. They are horrible to deal with online, I will never purchase one of their bags again after The experience I have been thru and am still going thru with them. By a LV, they are wonderful Polite and have beautiful bags. One Louis Vuitton is better to have them 20 Coach bags.
