BEWARE-DON'T BUY FROM COACH!
I bought a coach breifcase a few years ago. Sent it back feeling the handle needed replacment, the metal bar across the top was broken and the fluting (edging) around the case was worn out. Spent $25 to have it sent to coach and they sent it back stating it was good enough for them it should be good enough for me. Six months later sent I it back again but though the store and it came back the same again. This is my third case I have bought from them and it's my LAST. The other times I sent them back they at least provided a ne handle. GOING OUT OF BUSSINESS IS A GO OPTION FOR COACH! :(~ ~~~~~~~~

I had a so called interview as a group the rules are outrageous! The dress code isn't the problem it's everything else, like telling women how they can wear their makeup, nails and hair! I personally feel that is a way of "Discrimination" and I say this because what does any of that have to do with good customer service and sales and just plan doing your job?

Your in control of what I do to my body, the reason I say this is because I'm working to do what I please with my money I can't get the color polish or put a jewel or two on them because my job doesn't allow it or I can't change my hair color because my job doesn't allow it! Wow I love red lipstick but I can't use it at work because my job doesn't allow it...

Coach has the worse online service eve I hold on so long the music cut off and a survey I never agreed to do came on nobody seems to know $#*!
Sadly, Coach is probably going to lose me as a Customer. COVID is not an acceptable excuse.
In March 2020 I ordered a purse online / 30% discount. It shipped within 3 days of order and was enroute - signed up with USPS for tracking - all was fine until it supposedly got to NJ Distribution Center and was suddenly returned due to "address issues".
That SAME day Coach refunds my money. No phone call, no "hey do you still want the purse" NOTHING. I was disappointed but after waiting to speak with a Rep for nearly an hour with no answer & no reply to any email - I figured it wasn't meant to be. There were more important things happening than my agonizing over a purse.
Fast forward to NOVEMBER 2020 - order 2 purses for XMAS gifts. It's been 16 days & it's still processing.
A 45 minute wait (a week ago) to speak with very nice rep who could tell me nothing other than "looks like the Warehouse has them and they'll be shipping soon.
I'll get them before December 18th. Not to worry."

My gut tells me buy a backup gift
I have bought from Coach many times. Usually, my orders consisted of one or two items. I bought 8 items this time, but to my surprise, they did not include a $195 purse (on sale. Was normally $395) in a box they claimed it was supposed to be in. This box did contain a hat, scarf, perfume mini, and sunglasses. A second box arrived with three pairs of shoes I got. I immediately contacted them to tell them the purse was missing from my box and I was told I had to wait 48 hrs because it was policy. I was then called back and told they would send me the bag but signature upon receipt. I was happy with this except they never did it. I wrote to them asking what the tracking was for my back replacement since I never received it and they promised to send it to me. No response. I waited a few days and followed up again. No response. They then cancelled my bag saying it wasn't in stock and never refunded me. They had charged my PayPal account previously because it was supposed to have been shipped and in a box with other items I already received. I wrote back and decided to open a dispute with PayPal since that is the payment method I used. That ended up being an even worse $#*! show that they then requested me to send everything back, and if the seller says everything was there and that it wasn't damaged they'd give me my money back. At this point I was not trusting paypal or coach to do the right thing. Needless to say, I told paypal I did not trust sending everything back because my fate still lies in their hands when they never sent me my bag in the first place. How do I not know they won't lie and have me out of all of my money with zero product? I honestly never expected this from either coach or paypal. As a long standing costumer of both, I have no intentions of using either ever again. If you choose to buy from coach, my recommendation would be to only buy one item at a time and use a credit card that cares about its customers. Paypal gets paid by coach and clearly makes more money from them than me. I should have known disputing with them would only be a conflict of interest. I'm looking into disputing this with the attorney general. Buyers beware of both companies.
The rose print on my $200 Coach wallet is peeling off! They won't replace it because it's over a year old.
My wife really wanted a large Coach bag. I found it on sale in an email they sent me, I ordered within minutes. They took my money and then emailed me later saying they couldn't deliver due to high demand and it would only be 10 business days or so until my credit card was credited.
I was choked, my wife really wanted the bag and it was the perfect gift, I sent several emails to their customer service department.
While they wouldn't answer my direct question - ARE YOU EVER GOING TO MANUFACTURE THIS BAG AGAIN? WE'LL WAIT.
During this exchange and continuing still, I have received a daily Coach promotion email featuring much higher priced items than the purse we ordered.
When they sent me the cancellation notice of the order, I immediately hit 'unsubscribe' on the latest email only to be told, I will receive the spam for 10 more days.
This historically has been called 'Bait and Switch' and is illegal.
This is www coach dot com they can make more and very likely will make more of the exact same purse.
I wish you had a ZERO STAR rating, the Coach direct website would receive it.
I ordered a product, i have not received it. Coach emailed me that I should get it by today. Not shipped
I placed an order online and forgot to put my 25% off coupon in. I called back and spoke to a rep who stated until the items had been shipped she could not credit my account. I called back 6 days later to ask for the 25% refund where I spent 45MIN speaking to a rep then a manager who both told me they saw the note where I called in but the rep did not give good notes. NOT MY PROBLEM. Long story short I argued for 45 min where the manager INSTEAD OF GIVING ME THE 25% OFF, went ahead and sent me shipping labels to return it. She would rather have let me get my $307 back then the $77 the 25% was. So I told her to cancel and as she started the process A REP WHO IS LOWER THAN HER, VIA EMAIL STATED THEY WOULD HONOR IT. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE LOL. I HAD THE EMAIL, THE CODE AND A REP MADE A NOTE. NOT SURE WHY IT TOOK 45MIN OF ARGUING TO GET MY $ BACK. I FORGOT TO ADD THE CODE WHEN I CHECKED OUT. THE MANAGER EVEN CALLED ME A LIAR AND SAID NO 25% CODES WERE OUT LOL. YEAH OK MY25 IS THE REASON I MADE THE ORDER. DENISE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. YOU WERE GOING TO LET A $307 SALE WALK OVER $77 AND I HAD PROOF LOL. STILL SENDING IT BACK. I CAN'T ARGUE FOR 45MIN FOR MY MONEY BACK LOL
I HAD AN ISSUE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WAS GOING TO RETURN THE HANDBAG EVEN THOUGH I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO RETURN. COACH HONORED MY REQUEST AND FOLLOWED THROUGH IN A TIMELY WAY.
I RECEIVED A COACH BAG AND WALLET AS A GIFT. THE THREADING STARTED TO COME A LOSE SO I CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD I GET A YEAR TO RETURN THE BAG I SAID PERFECT WHEN I WENT TO EXCHANGE THE BAG I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT I COULD ONLY SEND IT OUT FOR REPAIR. I SAID I DID NOT WANT A REPAIR IT IN FEAR IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN I JUST WANTED TO EXCHANGE IT AND THAT'S WHAT I WAS TOLD I COULD DO. SHE THEN WENT ON TO TELL ME THAT WAS NOT TRUE BECAUSE THE ARE WELL TRAINED IN THE POLICY.( CALLING ME A LIAR) THEN THE MANAGER CAME OUT WHO BY THE WAY WAS LARKING AND LISTEN AND PRETENDING TO BE A CUSTOMER CAME OUT AND SAID SHE WAS OFF AND GETTING READY TO GO HOME THEN POND ME OFF ON SOMEONE ELSE AND SAID I COULD RETURN THE BAG BUT NOT THE WALLET. I HAVE NEVER BEING TREATED SO BADLY IN A STORE IN ALL MY DAYS I FELT LIKE I WAS TREATED AS IF I HAD STOLE THE BAG AND WAS ASKING FOR A CASH REFUND. I ALSO JUST WANT TO NOTE I HAD THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND PACKAGING THAT TOTALED TO OVER 900$ WORTH OF MERCHANDISE. THAT I ONLY WANT TO EXCHANGE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TAMPA BAY INTERNATIONAL MALL COACH AGAIN.
I had ordered from Coach before without a problem customer service was great. I wanted a Charlie tote in Oxblood placed order online as i went to finish the online order slip. I was directed to CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Which i did asked whats problem was told the purse was not available in that color and Coach would not be getting anymore. So after much going back in forth with sales person i chose Oxblood Gunmetal same purse just Darker. Placed order i went to check my bank account and Coach charged me for two purses. Even those the first one was out i was charged 299.00 plus tax and then charged again for the purse i actually got. When i contact Coach their take was yes we charged your card because you put it in the cart and yes we are out of it we still charge your card regardless rather it is in stock or not. Then to make matters worse the girl who took my phone order enter my information system had another person same name and state just different city 3 hrs AWAY and that was where my purse was going. If i had not called about the over charge on my card i and Coach would not have known that mailing address was wrong. Coach was ABLE to contact UPS and Stop the delivery and reroute it to me which took another 4 days and it took 7 days for Coach to refund my account. Overall it was not The Service i have had in the past with Coach and i was very disappointed with the poor level of Customer Service and how they just charge people account without regards to the items not even being in stock. You add it to cart its out but we still take YOUR MONEY AND HOLD IT FOR 7 TO 10 DAYS not cool or happy about that. I give Coach 3 Stars and that is for finding my purse.

Answer: Buyer beware, they do not want to refund your money after you have made a return. They are horrible to deal with online, I will never purchase one of their bags again after The experience I have been thru and am still going thru with them. By a LV, they are wonderful Polite and have beautiful bags. One Louis Vuitton is better to have them 20 Coach bags.
