This was very applicable on my last order where they were instrumental in finding some leather no longer in their portfolio and creating an ottoman that wasn't visible to me on their website.

Had an issue with the third party carrier that club furniture customer service resolved right away.

Love my new ottoman!, but I did reach out regarding three seams that were not tight. I wanted to discuss with someone about it to make sure there is not potential for the seams to open. I called and was told to send an email with pictures which I did. I know we're dealing with a pandemic but I was hoping for a call or email back. It's been three weeks.

Great sofa...high quality! Great value, too.

Customer Service and website ordering was excellent. Delivery was fast and courteous. Sofa was better than imagined, my only issue is that I think the legs on the couch are a bit small (even the apt. Size sofa) and a 3rd leg in the center would make the sofa a but sturdier.
