I wish I had checked the customer service reviews before getting involved with this company. I ordered a pair of shorts that looked good on the model. However the the back are way too short! They refuse to give me a refund or store credit! I will never order from this company again. Very unhappy.

Very poor customer service. I bought a shirt, with with my order. Never opened it when it came. My fault. Opened it when I found in the bottom of drawer still packaged. Smells very chemical. Asked my stylist what to do. Not helpful. Tried washing it in vinegar, still smells. I put it aside. Few months later we took a trip to Scottsdale went to corporate office the girls their smelled it almost puked. Then said sorry been to long. I've spent a lot from your company. You couldn't give me something off my next order or something. Very disappointed
I purchased an item, went by their sizing guide and their models sizes (she was 5'6 and I am 5'2 so naturally a small would fit me) and was willing to pay to have item replaced and didn't even dispute their shipping policy (which is you pay) as long as they would honor the 10% discount I paid for the item initially. Fair? Their sizing is off... nope. I was so put off with the horrible customer service and their lack of cooperation to help me in anyway. I am stuck with $70.00 loungewear that should most certainly fit me. When I stated they would be losing a customer their response was "So sorry!" I have tried to like this company but their clothes are cheaply made, run extremely small and are ridiculously overpriced. Not to mention if the items don't fit you have to pay to ship it back in which you only get store credit for. There are so many other online boutiques that offer better quality and return processes. Don't waste your money with this one.

I ordered a jacket. Instead of giving measurements they tell you the size of their models and what fits them because you know everyone measure the same even at similar weight and height (read as sarcasm).
I ordered the jacket based on the medium fitting their model at 5'10 and 170 pounds. I am 5'9 and 150-155 pounds. Jacket arrives, it is too short in the arms and too tight in the shoulders. When I request a return they only offer me store credit. When I leave a one star review on their item on the website it magically doesn't appear.

Si customer service dont change items that are on sale even if u call 3min after u put the order in i just wanted to change color not item and they were the same price. So i got stuck with 2 of the same color leggings. So i put on 1 on. Christmas eve and im a size 15. But this said fits all nop it dont it was hard to put and as i was putting it on the seam in my waist broke so easy i was mad. I was thinking o maybe an error en in this pants it happendds but then 2 days later i when to put the other one on and it happened the same thing again but in another part of my waist. It is so sad because the fabric look and feels great. But size and the way they make then suck sorry no pics i got mad and put them in trash
Cute clothes but they use the same suppliers that almost every person I know that has an in-home boutique can order from. It's just marked up that extra 15% than I can buy it (the same exact stuff)from my friend for- that's how affiliates get paid. The other problem I see here is that anytime I think something might look cute they're out of the sizes all the time and probably half of their merchandise is sold out so they'll still show it to you but you can't buy it. It's called growing too fast and it's going to belly up if they can't sell what they don't have. No thanks I'll keep my 50 bucks
Writing this review as I've been a loyal CCB customer for years! DON'T shop here! I was a loyal shopper with them for years ( 200 dollars just this week) I was also a stylist for them with the) MLM the owner launched) Over time I noticed that the quality of clothing was bad! ( ordered a 60.00 dollar lounge set and one of the pockets wasn't even swen shut) When I reached out to them about the issue the response was that all they would do is give me a 15.00 gift card. WOW CCB thanks! LOL. After that o left the stylist program and didn't shop with them for months. Against my better judgment I bought a pair of jeans with them last week. The post office lost my package. I did reach out to CCB as I was out 60.00 dollars in hopes they'd help me out a little bit. NOPE! I was told since I didn't get the priority shipping They would not help me. This company loves to brag about " fast free shipping " but they won't help you when a package is lost. They also LOVE to brag about the donations they make, but won't help the loyal customers they have. I have also been blocked from Instagram after I just spent 200.00 dollars this week alone because they didn't like my review. They are greedy. Shop elsewhere, plenty of companies that will make it right if something fails. This company is awful
The costumer service is horrible. The employees are beyond rude. My roommate purchased a shirt and saw her read the instructions. After getting it out of the wash the neck label came off and the fabric completely changed. Months later she found the same shirt for 1/2 the price on Amazon. Out of curiosity she bought it. It have a completely different label and laundry instructions and have no problems. Seems like they buy clothes from someone and changes labels as there own.
She was willing to send in the shirt to show them what happened after washing the shirt with CCB insertions. They ended up putting her on a "no ship" list and they wonder even respond to her.

I ordered sandals my girl wanted for her birthday on May 12th her birthday was on the 19th it's now June 7th and they never responded back to the several attempts I've made for an update on when the item was going to ship or my money back.
I don't ever really do reviews but this one I had to. I will never shop here again. Worst customer service and they are liars. I purchased an item and needed to return something. I emailed them asking how and they never responded as the site says they would. I called a week later and the gal said she would note my account and extend my return time. Unfortunately had some family issues out of the area and sent it in late asking for forgiveness and store credit. They emailed me back two weeks later saying no and that In order to get the stuff back I need to pay shipping back or it would be donated. Donated back to their stock I'm sure. I explained the situation and said I was never given a time frame to return and I did as soon as I came back. They didn't care and charged me again to get my items. Don't shop here. The clothes are midsized, cheap material and not worth the hype. Hope this saves someone else money!
My roommate has bought a few Items for CC so I figured I'd give it a try. I now know why I only see her wear it a few times. The quality is horrible and the case instructions is wrong. Plus I have seem MANY of the same clothes on Amazon for 1/2 the price
This company has a terrible exchange policy and should be updated to all sales final. I bought a pair of leggings and they were a bit too small when I received them. Per their exchange policy I ordered a new pair and sent back the first pair where they stated I would get a refund.
I returned the original pair in the exact same condition that I received them, with all tags attached. The leggings were only ever taken out of the packaging long enough to try them on.
I recieved an email tonight stating they wokt refund my money because the tag was shredded, the pants smelled of mold and the outside tag appeared to have been wet.
This is dishonest because the item was returned in the exact same condition that I received it. I feel as if they made up excuses to not honor their exchange policy.
Please save your money. This company says they are a family owned business, if that's true is a shady family. Only business this is is scamming money.
They find these clothes online rename them and sell them for more! I learned that from another costumer. She bought her shirt from a store for 1/3 less then they were asking.
