I did not receive the correct refund amount. I had booked a round trip journey from Mumbai to Bangalore through Cleartrip.com but unfortunately, the onward journey got cancelled by the airlines. I had booked the entire trip for two passengers at *******/- excluding the cashback and hence the refund amount for a single journey comes to 11,027/-
The refund amount that was initiated to me was 9,798/- in which they deducted 500/- as conveyance fee and additional 2000/- as cash back.

A few month ago I booked a ticket from dubai to Faisalabad on that time i was just made ticket by mistake wrong date then I asked to this unprofessional team they are not responsible they will not give you refund, What the hell how you can do this your customer, I asked many to give my refund back 2000 AED but they always blamed to Airline.

So I called cleartrip customer care support & told them to cancelled my booking. That time staff of cleartrip told me that they will already talked to airlines and will be refund all the money. I received the mail that my booking was cancelled and money will be refund within 6-8 days. But now after 7 months they don't answer any calls or mails. I spoke to Air India customer care support, they ready to refund our money but they told that request from cleartrip has to raised to airlines.
I have all the proofs & mails which was sent by cleartrip, where they said customer will get back money within 6-8 working days. I have booked three trips from cleartrip but no refund has been given till now.
This site is fraud, I request all the other customers not to book any service from this site.
I booked flight for delhi to leh, with trip id *******324, when I checked the price it was showing *******rs but when I started paying they increased the price to ******* rs. After paying, I checked other sites which were charging much cheaper atleast by 7000 rs. I contacted their customer care and they doesn't know anything. They told that rate changes every second&They advised me to send and email to them. I also e ticket direct from air line which is much less than what cleartrip has charged and clear trip has adjusted excess charge as ' other charge' in their invoice.
I have sent them the no. Of complaints email and awaiting their reply.

The worst company ever, I booked 5 refundable air tickets from Abu Dhabi to amman from cleartrip and they bought a non refundable tickets from the airlines without my information and when the COVID pandemic happened I have been forced to deal with the non refundable air tickets and they provided me with a sharp date 14 feb 2021 to travel in order to avoid losing the tickets and due to the current situation I'm not gonna travel and will be forced to lose my tickets. The airlines confirmed that if I bought the tickets from them I'm gonna have open tickets with the same amount valid for 2 years from the trip cancellation date.
I suffered a lot with their bad, unprofessional, and un respectful team in India where all my calls were forwarded to the Indian family in cleartrip and they never attended any of my requests.
My advise to all of you, don't deal with them and pay extra a bit and buy your tickets from the airlines directly.

Any news about my refund money. Since March 21 almost 2 months already. Everytime I will call mr. Rohan the supervisor told me he will call me back within 48 hours. But he did not call me back. And then I called again he told me that he will call me back that day and again I didn't receive any call even to any agent. I dont know if they playing only the customer. They said binayak told me Rohan is there after he hold the call he told me Rohan left already and then he hold me again he said Rohan is busy. All of your agent are lying really they dont know how to handle the customer complain especially the supervisor name Rohan. They can't give me any manager on duty or any supervisor this is the first time that I encounter the company without manager or supervisor on duty. Maybe it's better to post this feedback to the Google or to your Facebook account. Now I believe now to the people that posting bad feedback in your company. Just tell me only If i will received my money or not. You told me me that you will get back to me but you didn't give any answer. Same only the call center. I hope this message you gonna take action. We have booked our ticket from Coimbatore to Toronto via cleartrip and all of a sudden the airline have cancelled our ticket. When we call customer care they are all bunch of fools who have very different answer to each other... they were suppose to get back to us within 2 days but all in vain... we have waited but no calls came back. Asking for refund they say it will come after 07 days. That means after my travel date... This way they are just making fool of us and making people forced to book ticket urgently at a high price.
I would never suggest anyone to use Clear trip neither will i ever use clear trip again. WORST TRAVEL WEBSITE EVER!

When a customer is booking a trip for a certain date and time they chose it to suit their needs. I had my trip changed last minute and the airline blamed clear trip and clear trip blamed the airline. It also felt like I had changed it myself and was trying to get them to change it back. I got the impression to feel sorry for them so I would drop the complaint. Rang up 3 seperate times and on phone for 60 minutes to be lied to each time. I have to go to Hong Kong and I'll probably be in trouble at work because you reschedule the whole thing without my knowledge. Also some customer service could not answer very simple questions. I got promised each time it would get me back on time. The issue began when I requested it in writing, and then all of a sudden they couldn't change it back to what it was or earlier. I have a theory the airline wanted to charge clear trip for their error, and this is why clear trip wouldn't change it. I will not use this agent again and this is the first and last time something like this has/will happen. Avoid unless you want to be told when you fly. I will only take this review down if you reschedule my flight, I did say failure to do so will lead to this negative review.

I used Cleartrip to book a hotel for my trip to Dubai and while I was booking the transaction got failed and they deducted the money from my card, after a long search on the internet I fount the customer service number as their website doesn't show any contact info and took a very long time to get an available agent to talk to me. However, this agent wasn't helpful at all and he didn't know anything he told me that I will get a refund within 7 days but I didn't cancel the booking it was their fault! And now after spending all the money that I possessed on this scam website I was left with no money and my trip is canceled! NEVER EVER BOOK WITH CLEARTRIP IT IS A FEAUD!

I would rather give 0 rating these frauds. These guys are cheater to be very honest. In my case I booked the tickets in flexi fly option. Later I cancelled my trip due to the Covid surge. When I tried to check the refund amount then the site says that the refund amount will be calculated after checking with the airlines. I tried myself and checked with the airlines and I was shocked to know that this PNR is under regular fly. For regular fly option they deduct 3000 and under flexi fly option they deduct 500 per person per trip. So example for one passenger return journey they deduct 1000 Rs under flexi fly. And under regular its 6000 (3000 each).
Cleartrip does not have a customer care anything. The chat bot is pathetic, it does not answer my question. The only way is to raise a service request online. I got one response from them saying per person per trip they will deduct 3000 Rs as mentioned by the airlines also under regular option. So basically these guys have never passed that option to the airlines itself. They say flexi fly means you can only reschedule, you can't cancel. Such a cheat. My friends who have booked directly through the airlines they only paid 500 per person per trip as cancellation where as I paid 3000 per person per trip cancellation charges.

We booked ticket in air india flight to and from sharjah to trivandrum from march 6th and return from april 8th we tried to book the ticket on february 1st. I was trying to book the ticket by using my wives cleartrip Id. Just before doing tbe payment for booking we got a call from cleartrip and the person in the line asked me not to do the payment as there is some error in my name. So he told me that he will help me to book the ticket. Later he send me two link to do the payment. Then he send me the copy of ticket. So it is clear that the ticket was booked under his id. Now I am suspecting that he had done that for his personal benefit. Because of that now I am unable to reschedule my ticket, the trip id and email id is not matching. And no persons from clear trip is helping us to reschedule it. It is really unfair. The staff from clear trip is intentionally trying to cheat customers for there own benefit.
I had send several email regarding this issue. They all are work at home. For us, we are under this great trouble. Now we are unable to contact the person also.
So I want to reschedule my ticket or I want the details of cancellation and refund, which is possible.

They are running a fraud with the name of EzCancel. My return flight has been rescheduled by the Airline. Travel date is 1st April 2023. As the rescheduled flight is not feasible for us to travel due to less layover time in Mumbai airport, hence I cancelled the ticket. Now Clear trip customer service is misguiding me completely. They are claiming that you will get 0 AED refund as the airline has declined our offer and sometimes, they are also saying that you have already travelled one way, that's why EzCancel is not applicable. They did not justify where the word virtual flight is mentioned on the clear trip portal in the terms and condition section.
In the terms and condition (https://www.cleartrip.com/ezcancel/free-flight-cancellation), it's clearly mentioned, 72 hrs before the departure of the flight, ticket can be cancelled and its fully refundable and also, it's mentioned that it's applicable for return ticket or partial ticket in case of round trip. Nowhere virtual flight is mentioned.
So, it seems that clear trip and Air India looted around 2000 AED hard earned money from my pocket. Never ever book through clear trip site. Also, Air India flight services has become very poor now a days. Don't fly with them. Please boycott both of them. Honestly, I wanted to give them 0 star or negative rating.

Booked an all inclusive night in Fairmont Ajman. On arrival there was no record of my booking. Tried to call the customer service number on my receipt, the number is not an actual number. Emailed the address on the receipt, email returned as not a correct email. Finally got a number that worked, after numerous calls over a 7hr period, they never called me back after promising they would call back in 20 minutes after each call.
6hrs after arrival I received a call that booking was confirmed and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Only as I tried to check in did I discover they changed my booking from all inclusive to half board (fraud). Then when I contacted them again asking for them to correct or full refund they said if I cancel I have to pay cancellation fee! They haven't even made my booking as I paid for and want a cancellation fee!
Anyway, 8hrs after arriving at the hotel I need to travel home without my booking, an apology, a confirmation off refund or any offer of compensation, not even a phone call. They still offer the same deal on their website as well.

Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
