Cleartrip should rename their business as uncleartrip, they will lie, cheat and scam you.
I have cancelled the tickets with them although it is refundable have been fighting till date to get the refund back.

Cleartrip.ae is a scam company. I request a refund for my tkt back in July-20 due to cancelation by BA for the return journey up to this date I did not received the refund and i started calling the BA which confirm to me that refund request were never generated up to this date. It has been 2 month that i follow up and their answer wait for a call after 72H, but no one calls. I stopped buying my tkts from them since they are untrusty travel agent
I booked my flight April 23,2020. Bit bcos of this pandemic ( Corona Virus) all flight are canceled. Until now, i cant refund my ticket. They are saying its computed successful last april 14, which i didnt recieved any notice from my bank about that refund ticket. And aside from that, i still deducted 304aed for airline penalty. Its not my fault if the government canceled all flights... Very bad service...
Not good experience, i had spend 2 months for a refund case, I never received the amount, followed by no contacts and no assistance. I am deleting my cleartrip account.
Don't even think about booking from Cleartrip. After they take your payment money, they will never ever care about your flight rescheduling at all. They will never help. Or they will intentionally ignore for your flight not to get rescheduled since you have paid them the flight ticket anyways. They have nasty traps and they play games with their customers. Customer Service Reps will place you on hold for more than 15 minutes that you will decide to disconnect the call instead since they are worthless creatures who don't care about their customers! WORST COMPANY SERIOUSLY! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT CHECKING THEIR WEBSITE
Im waiting for my refund since 2 months and i still didn't receive any refund in my account with my Trip ID ************** i will attach some document for reference and Its great-full for me to show how cleartrip is sending u fraud mails and showing that they already refund the money. Don't ever trust them…after getting a mail stating that they have refunded my money its been a 17 days im still waiting to get credit in my account all their call agents are promising to give a call back with solutions but they all are eating your money no response at all…its sooo frustrating that u will wait for your own money like a baggers just because of them.
Call agents with name SHIVA, SANIA and last person was ABHIJIT. They keep sayings that they needs to take this case to finance department and its been 5 days im waiting for call back.

It's with utter disgust I am mentioning that clear trip services are not acceptable and there is no sincerity, discipline and customer orientation. Apart from that there is a serious language problem of English speaking due to which the same sentence needs to be repeated in various languages. I was upset on 06 December with one of your representative and I believe a case was raised for which I got a call from another senior personnel who asked if the case can be closed. I said I am not satisfied. Today also I called up clear trip and spoke to Mr. Farooq who is slow in understanding my problem and can't grasp what I am mentioning. I spoke to him in Hindi and English so that he understands the problem deeply. Unfortunately he was not able to handle my complaints. Please do not take him into task and take any action which is my sincere request to you. In a span of one week I have come across identical problem with clear trip personnel.
Apart from the above you promise call back within one hour or two hours which has never happened. This is atrocious service when you don't call back on a time promised from your end. How do you advertise yourself being the best? Your customer service is absolutely on a down grade. I will provide bad feedback on the social network as customers shouldn't suffer like me.

I cancelled my hotel booking due to some medical issues and what I received is a ZERO refund. Reaching customer care is like a hell. There is no clear information about it. I wrote an email to customer support for the full refund but no reply as well. I don't know how to contact them and get a refund back.

This is what happened I have booking through b British airline directly and booking through Cleartrip for British airline with the same destination but different dates but both was on April between two tickets.
The difference between Cleartrip and Booking directly from the airline or other agents is due to Pandemic COVID19 cancelled flights.

Cleartrip doesn't refund your money it is unreliable website very poor customer service as they don't even respond to your emails.
I have been user of this platform for many years and they have done great service not until my latest booking which gave me a lot if stress and anxiety. I had to rebooked my first ticket due to some visa issue and I had no choice but to pay for the rebooking with the assistance of Karim Abdelmagid. Unfortunately, i need to cancel my second ticket due to unforeseen circumstances. I immediately informed cleatrip to cancelled my flight and I dont want to rebook again on the third time as i do not know my schedule for the rest of the year. Cleartrip informed me all the details about the cancellation procedure, checked my booking details and verified to after 2 hours confirming from the airline. Another 2 hours had past, I had received an email informing me that my ticket is non refundable which is the opposite mentioned from my fare condition in my itinerary receipt from the airline which I had a cancellation fee of $150 per route. I have been patiently sending them emails and waiting for the reponse but the only response was I must contact their customer team which is not helpful at all. They are telling me that my ticket is non refundable becase of my first ticket which was already cancelled. After this issue, Cleartrip stated that singapore airlines fare conditions is a fraud even it was mentioned in the tickets issued by the airline. What a nightmare.
I was dissapointed for this cleartrip since march 2020 im asking for my ticket refund. They saying wait for 60days for processing its been 7months till now they didnt refund my money back.and every time i will follow up they keep saying wait for 60days. Its easy to book for then but refunding customer money its too difficult for them.

I book my flight from Pune to SINGAPORE, layover at Delhi via cleartrip.com, then I asked them to change my flight date from Pune to Delhi flight. As it is an Air India Flight I called AI to check the possibility of the same and AI confirmed that only the Pune Delhi flight can be changed and need to pay an extra fare difference and 3000₹ per passenger and GST. But Cleartrip is asking me for *******₹ per passenger for just the fare difference from Pune to Delhi, And other charges.
This website is fraudulent and forces the passenger to pay for a service which the passenger doesn't want.
I request all people to don't use this website.

Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
