Easy to re-order, and it took less thank a week to receive my contacts.
Arrived before expected date. Frames were good quality and had nice weight to them.
I eventually received everything I ordered but I actually had no notification that the order was coming on the day it did. I never even received a confirmation email to say my order had shipped so I was not expecting it for at least another week. Luckily I was home, and of course just thankful to receive my order early. Unfortunately I did not receive the contact solution sizes I asked for and called customer service to have this corrected. They emailed me a return label and asked me to send back the smaller, incorrect sized bottles and they would ship me the larger, correct sizes.
It's nice they covered the shipping for the return but because it was their mistake in sending me the wrong size, if they wanted to provide excellent customer service they would have let me keep the sizes they sent me AND send me the correct sizes I ordered.
I have always ordered my contacts from clearly and never been disappointed. Great price and quality.

I chose Canada post for my delivery option and got home to fed ex just leaving my package on the ground by my door. Thankfully it wasnt stolen. I do not want Purolator or fed ex because there service is awful

I got my contacts in 2 days. Crazy fast. I ordered on wednesday so i didnt think i would get them by friday cause i needed them for the weekend. Will be buying from here in the future.
The contacts were cheap and they came quickly which was great, but my first time wearing them, the contact folded while in my eye and then a piece ripped off while I was trying to remove it. My eye was very irritated.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
