I have been a customer for many years and I have ordered plenty of glasses from Clearly. The selection, price and quality are bar none. You won't be disappointed. Customer service is fantastic and always willing to assist if needed.
We were so happy with with Dr. Emily and her exam for our 4.5 year old. We had had another exam elsewhere that we didn't feel was very accurate but Dr. Emily was great in getting our son to feel comfortable plus her assessment tools and space were geared to kids so that we felt very comfortable with the accuracy of the results.
The first pair of glasses were hugely discounted which helped significantly with finances and the product has been great, fitting our son well and looks attractive on him. Sukhpaul out front helped guide him in his choices to something that worked well and away from selections that were too big for his face.
Excellent experience, we will continue to have all our kids looked after at Clearly's locations.
The glasses don't last that long. A few months and they end up not really fitting your face anymore, they tend to slip off whereas before they were snug. But they are cheap so I won't complain. They do the job around the house, I just don't wear them outside.
Being apprehensive with orderig online i am very much surprised and happy with the perfect fit. Sweet!
I love the look, price, and extra-thin lenses of both pairs I bought. Too bad the screws and nuts on one pair were loose upon receipt, like other customers have reported. The reply from customer service, when I asked them to send me a screwdriver and wrench (wholesale cost maybe $2 plus $1 postage), was to pay an optician to repair them. Not great.
The spoon of sugar offered with this bitter medicine was a small credit toward another pair of glasses, but only good for 90 days! No thank you.

Being upsold at Lenscrafters by 5 40-something women creeped me the heck out.
I loved just being able to provide my prescription, try them on with camera tech, and receive them quickly and at half the cost of brick and mortar.
Overall a 4 star experience, some areas of the app pertaining to the ordering process could use some improvements. I have placed additional orders since my initial one.

My contact lenses were delivered extremely fast, less than 1 week and I have a complex prescription. Package arrived in great condition, the lenses boxes were closed and in perfect shape.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
