I ordered a pair that were much too big, but managed to find another pair that turned out to fit pretty well, and that I'm happy with. Not sure I'll be able to order more pairs though, because there don't seem to be many options of smaller frames (I have a very narrow face).

Products were just as expected. The metallic frames are a bit frail but overall I'm extremely pleased with the rapid delivery (received them a week after placing the order) and the quality of the frames and lenses. Will likely order some sunglasses from here as well! I got two pairs for approx. 200 dollars!
I received part of my order but part was forgotten. I called customer service and apparently they will ship the rest soon. First time ever there has been this issue. Look forward to receiving the rest.

For the price, these glasses are great! They came on time, they were packaged nicely and there's no problems with the prescription lenses! Not to mention, the frame is fairly sturdy, too. I definitely recommend these.

Please do not use Clearly. They can't even send a correct receipt to you.
What I need is just a receipt with a correct total amount. But Clearly failed to do so even after a month. I've reached more than five customer support in the previous month and no one can solve it for me. They do not care about what you are encountering. Two of them even guaranteed me the next receipt would be correct, unfortunately it never happen. While all CS claimed that they've submitted a ticket to the billing department requesting a receipt with a correct amount, the billing department continued to send me the incorrect one for more than four times.
Had no issue ordering my contacts got a 6 month supply and haven't had an issue had to wait a few days for shipment but that is to be expected when ordering online came in the day they told me it would 10/10 experience

This is my first time ordering glasses online. I was apprehensive with how they would turn out, especially since I would be measuring the distance between my pupils on my own in the mirror but my two pairs turned out amazingly well! The fit amazingly, sit comfortably and I can see just fine. The arm on one of my pairs is a bit loose but that can be easily fixed. I'd definitely order from here again.
I've ordered from you guys a couple of times, and my last time I ordered, all four glasses we're just too big for my face. Even though that was my mistake I was so thankful that the company has a great return policy. This time I looked at every measurement and the glasses that I got were absolutely perfect. For someone who is self-employed and doesn't have insurance to cover eyewear, clearly contact is saving grace for me.
Quick. Easy. Good price point. Even tried the clearly brand dailies and they were comparable to the Dailies Total for moisture retention. I have extremely dry eyes and was able to wear them for 8 hours without needing eye drops.

I got the clearly basics frames and, while they don't feel as sturdy as more expensive brands, they are super cute and very comfortable. I clean them carefully and they've been great so far. It took my eyes a bit to get used to the new frames (eye strain) but it's levelled out and they are great now. I got the blue light filter and the anti-smudge coating and would buy those lens modifications again in the future.
Product is fine and price is good, but the ordering is a pain. The website doesn't work well and the last few times I've placed orders I've had to do it by phoning in. It's just a hassle and I probably won't bother again if they don't fix it. It has been going on for more than six months. I've tried reporting it to the company but they don't really seem to care. Perhaps when they start losing customers they'll fix it.

I designed glasses using their coupon code. Unfortunately, the coupon code did not work. I asked customer service for assistance. They did not offer any solutions but instead said that my glasses (which fit my face based on my pupil distance) were "oversized" so they wouldn't honour the discount or even be willing to provide any other type of discount. Stay away.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
