These contacts are the best price I've found and great quality. They are a bit softer than the other monthly contacts I've had before, so they're more bendy which makes them slightly more finicky to put in but easier to take out. The only thing to note is you have to check the prescription on each contact if you have a different measurement on each eye or an astigmatism as they don't mark the box as left or right eye.
I have been a customer for many years and I have ordered plenty of glasses from Clearly. The selection, price and quality are bar none. You won't be disappointed. Customer service is fantastic and always willing to assist if needed.
They are very good and effective. Would recommend. They also become dry after 2-3 hours, I carry eye drops at work just to make sure I'll be fine. I just wish they would stay moist longer, else everything is perfect.
What can I say but Wow! I ordered contact lenses and received the standard email describing the time frame for delivery. Imagine my delight & surprise when my contacts were at my door within 24 hours. Great service, great product!
In the 1980's I had violet lenses but they were very bright -like laser beams. They were So unnatural that I was embarrassed to wear them. I thought I'd try these "splash of colour" lenses for fun. When I saw them still in the package, they looked pretty bright and I was disappointed.
Tried them on Halloween so if they were too much, it didn't matter.
I LOVE THESE! Its just enough that you don't look googly eyed and sci-fi. Just enough colour to make a difference but not look completely unnatural. I could wear these to work.
They say 97% ship within 10 days, i have now waited over 16 days and its 3 days late for the delivery promise, and they still have not shipped. It took customer service 5 days to respond to me, and they said "we try our best to ship it asap."
I dont recommend this website at all.
This was my first time buying prescription glasses online. Needless to say, I was nervous, but have to confess, the process to choose, try (virtually) and order was surprisingly smooth and easy. I was also slightly anxious about the quality of the frames and lenses, not having "touched" and "felt" them in a store.
When the glasses arrived, very fast, I may add, I was impressed with the quality from Clearly.ca and given the value for money, don't think I will go back to buying glasses the old way!
Clearly had transformed my experience as a glasses and contact lens wearer. I don't feel the pressure or insecurity of shopping at the over-priced optical stores. Ordering was very easy, once you have picked what you want. Hardest part is picking what you want as there are so many great choices! Glasses arrived quickly, fit perfectly and are exactly what I expected from the pictures. The cost was so much cheaper than anywhere else! This will be my go to place for glasses. Thank you!
Easy online service that is fast and easy. I just filled out my prescription, made my payment and my contact lenses arrived within the week in my mailbox. So convenient and affordable for a modest single income. Love it and definitely would recommend this company to anyone.
I have been a long time Clearly customer and never had any issue. The prices are fair and try on mode is pretty cool to see how the selected glass would look on me! Even in the pandemic shipping was fairly fast and on time. Highly recommended.

Was super skeptical about ordering glasses online, especially since smaller frames look silly on my face. I measured my current frames and looked at the measurements offered for each pair of glasses. It was super convenient that Clearly offers this. I was very pleasantly surprised that I paid this little for glasses and received more than I could have asked for!

These glasses are beautiful, well made and sharp looking! Unfortunately they are way too small for my face. I used the 'my fit' option and ordered 2 pairs of the same brand but different styles... please ensure if you do this you pay close attention to the sizing as the my fit does not take this into account. Clearly went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase, I worked with a Customer Service Manger and they were able to help me with my return and replacement. I am extremely satisfied with my replacement pair as well. Great customer service and great product. Thank you!

The past 3 times I have ordered contacts from the site, the delivery was beyond sub par... I am going back to my previous supplier. The very minimal cost difference is so worth the ability to have contact lenses in a week, verses the 3-5 or more that I have experienced with clearly... at first it was great years ago. But I am done
Ordered May 1 and final delivery was received July 27. Customer Service was able to get a rush/interim shipment to me so that I had a few sets of contacts to keep me going until the full order arrived. Received regular updates.
I work in transportation/logistics so I understand all about the 2021 global shipping delays. Great service, given the circumstances. Would order again!

Reordered my contacts, with expedited shipping. When I didn't receive, did a follow up, and was told my left eye was out of stock, and they had to order (left eye is -11) Had to wait again. Was given a shipping credit. Received notification that FedEx would deliver on Tuesday, by end of day. Did not receive, until the following day.ran a day. Have never had to wait before... you should keep stock of high powered lenses, as I'm sure I'm not the only one.
I needed a new pair of glasses and with my insurance not renewing until January there is no way I could afford to replace my glasses for a second time this past year so I figured I would try clearly.ca and I will going this route from now on. The process is easy to use and super affordable. I went with super cheap frames just to hold over for now but I actually love them! With small kids easily replaced glasses is a huge advantage.

The glasses don't last that long. A few months and they end up not really fitting your face anymore, they tend to slip off whereas before they were snug. But they are cheap so I won't complain. They do the job around the house, I just don't wear them outside.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
