I was short shipped a month ago. On opening package I phoned and ended up in holding hell for more than 30 minutes. Then tried recommended chat room... same story. Have written four times and received one response... we'll be back to you in two-three days.
In addition to losing cost of product I also had to pay duty and handling on the missing product as I live in Canada.

I've used so many different body lotions and creams and butters, and CB's InvisiCrepe is my favorite. It makes my skin look and feel better than any other. It hydrates my skin, and it keeps it hydrated all day and all night (and sometimes all day again...). When I use this body cream, I don't suffer from dry skin or itching. And it absorbs quickly. I don't have to wait an hour to get dressed after moisturizing! And it does what it says: my skin looks less creepy, plumper, more youthful. The only things I would wish to improve is the sustainability of the packaging, and it's more expensive than my other body creams. That said, you often get what you pay forand this is a powerhouse body cream.
I purchased InvisiCrepe Body Balm. Having tried many, many other creams before with no results, I was surprised I am starting to see a softening of those crepey lines on my stomach after two months us use.
The balm goes on grease less, no bad odors to it, and feels nice on skin. I can't tell if it's making a difference yet, but time will tell.
I purchased Line Blurring Wrinkle Filler and have been using it for about a month. There is absolutely NO difference that I can see in the appearance of wrinkles. What a waste of money. Don't fall for this.
I have found that this by far is the nicest body cream I have used by far! I had surgery on my arm and the skin is terribly all wrinkly! This seems to make it look a little better! I like the faint smell just wish it was a little more fragrant! Otherwise I am really liking it!
I am a little sad because some reviews say they are 4 weeks into it and notice wonderful results. I i have to remember I am 68 years old, and lost a lot of weight the last part of 2019, so the wrinkles are no longer hidden by adipose! I also love the coupons, but since they expire at 2 weeks, i had no idea then yet that I wanted more! I have punched more now, as well as the City Lips and sculpting cream since it sounds as though the invisicrepe is the one to use for arms and legs. I am hopeful!

I'm just getting started transforming my crepey skin that had seemed to appear almost overnight. I am using the cream, which smells and feels wonderful, twice a day on my arms as a test. I am very pleased with the difference I am seeing so far. I'm also using it on my face and have experienced no sensitivity as often happens with other creams. I'll be trying it on my legs next. Maybe I need a vat that I could be dipped into daily? Loving it so far!

I am 66 yrs old. I have been taking very good care if my skin for a very long time. This product caught my eye. I just purchased it about one month ago. I am pleased with the slight results so far. Today I ordered more of the InvisiCrepe Body Balm as well as the Lip plumper and moisturizing face masks. I had a very bad experience with the web site today. If that happens again I will move on! They had a time limit on the purchase. I notice there is no time limit on this review.

I wouldn't know how it works I ordered it 3 weeks ago. They gave me a tracking number that just proves they printed a label. I have sent several requests to contact me & they do not reply. I live 3 hours from where it was shipped. Terrible terrible
While I have only been using this product for a short while, I like the product because it is creamy, absorbs into the skin leaving the skin feeling hydrated instead of other products I have tried that were really thick and waxy feeling, but haven't used long enough to see the affects of the product itself, but so far I like it alot

The invisible cream has turn may wrinkles into very fine lines and I believe if I keep using this cream the lines will be gone. I truly love this cream. Peace

I ordered one jar of the invisicrepe body balm. Instead, I was charged full price for two ( Which makes no sense because when you order you can get a discount on the 2nd jar). I was not happy but the return process was not straight forward so I kept both. Four weeks later I am finishing up my second jar with zero improvement. I have wasted $120.! Don't bother. It is useless
