I did see a difference using the city lips plumper but I wouldn't say enough to warrant $35 for it. I received a coupon with my last order that said I had to use it within 2 weeks of receipt. To me that's not real customer friendly. For one, your products are NOT cheap, and for another who wants to buy something 2 weeks after you paid for the last item, especially at that price? My first order I began an auto ship but wanted to change the date - NO where on their website could I find a "manage autoship" to edit. I tried to use their 'chat' feature but a window said I had to wait 53 mins for the next rep. Because of that I'm going to cancel. The lip plumper is nice but not worth the money they charge. I'm now hoping I'll be able to reach them and cancel my account. I remember ordering something from them a couple years back and having trouble returning the item for refund as well. I have to warn potential customers that this company, no matter how popular their products are, are not customer friendly.

Of the 2 order numbers quoted in your automated reply I have received 1 - UM*******US. Your tracking number says it is in Auckland however it has been delivered.
The second order number UM*******US I have not received. This order says it is still in the US in the tracker.
I have however received a different order - UM*******.
Each order I received contained 1 lip stick. The original order was for 2 lipsticks and 3 plumpers.

I have sent many emails. I have received only automated responses. I have tried phoning you - phone message says 35 minute wait but you never answer. I have tried on line chat - puts you in queue for up to an hour and disconnects you half way through so you have to start again and never get anywhere. 100% dissatisfied customer. I have received the 2 lipsticks. I just want to know where the 3 lip plumpers that I ORDERED AND PAID FOR are.
If I do not receive a personal response I will post the above on every post you make on instagram and facebook.
I'm still waiting to receive either my product, a tracking link that works, a refund or a response from customer services.

City Beauty processed two different payments for one purchase made over a month ago. The products have still NOT been shipped and I am not getting any response to my pleas for a refund! THey stole my money and did not deliver any products.
I enjoy how the creaminess of the body balm soothes the skin on both my neck and chest area... I have begun to see changes in those areas... it looks fresher, healthier and more elastic... I will keep using it... most importantly it is gentle on sensitive skin like mine!
This company are thieves. They charged me twice and they sent me the wrong products. I sent the product straight back unopened I was so angry and they would not give all my money back. T ordered one product and got three. But I was double charged for three products. I was still never given all my money back. So good luck with this company never would I order anything again
I had to return Dark Spot Corrector after first use. The overwhelmingly strong and noxious perfume scent they add to their products gave me a headache within first hour of use - and that was just using lightly on my arms. I had forgotten I had same issue with City Beauty Crepe Erase product a year past. I do not know how people endure or why they have to add intolerable Fragrance (Parfum) to their otherwise possibly positive serums!
Love them both! I order City lips for friends and family they rave! I will continue to order I love your products.

Normally I'd have to wait weeks for results. I didn't here. Love my lips, they remain plump and glossy all day. The invisi-crepe tightens my skin where I needed it. Love love love the velvet creamy texture of the balm. The hydro firming gel for my face & neck has me feeling youthful enough that my confidence is back. Fabulous products by City Beauty. Oh and the Facial Mask was refreshing
I am 68 years young and have lost 20 pounds. I have been using InvisiCrepe Balm for several weeks now, It is helping decrease the crepey loose skin on my upper arms. I still have some loose skin but hopes it will look better the longer I use this product. I recommend this cream to, everyone.

I ordered from this company back in January, here we are into April and never received a thing. No response to any of my emails, nothing, but they never hesitate to take my money. I feel like such a fool ordering from them and I am always so careful. I have written them several times and no response. I am going to the better business bureau as these people shouldn't be in business. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM CITY BEAUTY. THEY ARE A FRAUD..

Initially purchased it for wrinkled skin to add collegian but has not worked for that however it makes your skin feel soft and not greasy
After reading many complaints from the BBB I decided not to take this venture. This not only saved me the disappointment, money and struggling with there customer service to only get a partial refund. I hope who ever reads this to think twice. God Bless, Merrilyn
I have been using the Multi cream for 2 years. I really didn't notice any changes to my skin. I now bought the serum which I don't like, either, in comparison to cheaper creams and serums that I have previously used, I think that these products are by far more expensive and don't do what they claim they are supposed to do.
I have tried other more expensive products without the results that I have had with this wonderful cream.
