Wow is what I said to customer service. This is my first jar of invisicrepe body balm, it does more than expected. After trying other products with claims of repairing crepe skin I had great hopes but never really expected more. This is the one product I wish I had done a before and after pic. This is a product that REALLY works. I love it!

I love how quickly the balm is absorbed into my skin and there is no greasy residue. I noticed an improvement in the feel, texture and appearance of my skin after the first application. My skin is significantly softer, smoother and more supple. After 10 days of daily use the crepe effect has improved but has not yet disappeared. This is a much better result than the many other products I have tried and I will continue to use it.
This is the first cream I have had that really works. Due to price point I don't know if I will be able to continue to use it, but I would sure like to.
I ordered product on July 6,2020 and it is now July 31st 2020 and no notification from them, no email to say delivery will be late, no tracking information - nothing. When I try to contact them through their web site it keeps taking me to an email address that is not working and then back to the same page again. Is this a genuine company or not.

This is the best cream I have ever used for my creapy arm and chest area skin. It is the most expensive product that I have use, so I do not use it everyday I'm sure it would do a lot better if I did. It helps my arns, but I know that it will take some time to get them the way I want them to look. My chest area was real bad, but now it looks great. I'm 78 years old and my skin needs a lot of pampering and InvisiCrepe Body Balm does the job. I will be ordering this product again very soon. Geneva T.
Never heard of this company but the ads were compelling so I bought the beauty balm. It is thick and goes on smoothly and sinks into my skin. I like it. My skin feels soft and smooth now.
