I was a little skeptical about this product as I had tried things before that promised to do the same. But after only 10 days of use I can really notice a difference in my skin especially on my legs.

Citybeauty put up advertisements implying women can do one simple exercise at home to lose their arm sag or loose jowls & as soon as you click onto the link, they're telling you to buy their creams & lotions.
The lip cream & wrinkle cream just does not work & its false advertising. I feel sad that so many women desperate for help have lost all their money. Citybeauty makes millions off hard working women all around the world by delusion & misinformation & they should be held accountable. Shame on the people who are scamming us & it isn't that Victoria woman shown on the video, its a company in Asia or South America! The whole thing is one big lie.

On May 28th I purchased 2 jars (5 oz. Each) of City Beauty InvisiCrepe Body Balm@$86.00 plus tax or $92.45. I was so happy to have found this product with it's glowing reviews. Oops that purchase was a huge mistake on my party and I know better! I have completely used both jars. I applied this cream twice daily on my thighs using a circular motion in an upward direction as indicated on the instruction card. I kept thinking that it would work soon; maybe when I use the second jar! What was I thinking?
My crepe skinned thighs look just like they did when I purchased this product or possibly worse!
I suggest you don't spend your money on this product, buy some extra groceries.

To all of you out there! I am from Australia and trusted this company by placing 1 order.
Not only was I charged 40% more than the advertised offer, City Beauty continued to withdraw regular amounts from my credit card by creating bogus orders that I had never requested and charging my credit card for unauthorised purchases costing me hundreds of dollars!

City Beauty tricks you when they send you the receipt where they sneaky include 3 jars per month in your receipt when you have never agreed to ordering further THREE JARS PER MONTH... Totally unrequested! Who or why would anyone agree to order such quantities! I never agreed to CityBeauty to any subscription that would enable them to charge my credit card on an ongoing basis without my authority! I just made ONE purchase!

Do not make any online purchases from this company, do not give them your credit card details... if you have already placed an order ensure to check your account and watch out for unauthorised charges. Unauthorised charges equate to fraudulent activity! I am very disappointed and furious as it creates so much distrust! Affecting many other honest online businesses! MAKE THEM STOP! I requested immediate refund... will post if I get refunded! URGGGGGG!

Lip plumper just sticky thick lipgloss. Doesn't work. Sculpting creme rolls off. Return policy SNEAKY.

Really like the muti-action sculpting cream. Skin feel firmer. Even notice having a lot less acne. I haven't been using the invisicrepe body balm as long but am noticing a change for the better. Will continue with both items

I purchased the InvisiCrepe Body Balm after seeing on- line reviews. Like many woman of my age (61) I foolishly exposed my skin to sun damage in my 20's and 30's, not realising how a sun tan would affect my skin. My décolletage has suffered and looks awful. I have noticed a difference since starting to use this product and even after just a couple of weeks the skin feels plumper and looks smoother. Great product!

Miraculous product. I have only been using for a short time and already I can see a improvement on my skin elasticity especially on my upper under arms.

I've been using the Invisacrepe body balm for about a month. I honestly think it's doing what it's hyped up to do. Noticing less crepes/wrinkles on my neck and chest. Also on my arms. I'm feeling positive about it so far!

City Beauty makes it almost impossible to do returns. No one responds to messages. I hit a wrong button and I immediately tried to delete the mistake but couldn't. When I reached out to customer service, I was told I could return the extra products. Sure... I've been using this product for a few years, but with the lousy customer service, I will never order again. I'm going to disguard the extra products and maybe even the ones I normally use. No Stars!

I have been using the above cream for a few months now and am very pleased with it. It is soon absorbed into the skin and feels good straight after application.

I do have problems with Psoriasis but I have had no problems with allergies or any reactions with any of their products.

City Beauty's Customer Service is excellent and they are easy to contact both via phone or email with queries and advice. I also receive regular emails from City Beauty with news of new products and other helpful beauty tips together and surveys to complete with regard to introducing new products to choose from that you may be interested in purchasing, once available from City Beauty

All in all, I can confirm that I am happy to highly recommend their products, in particular, the Invisicrepe Body Balm.

City Beauty Invisicrepe Body Balm is a good product. I have seen good results when using it consistently.
It helps dramatically with the thin and slightly wrinkled areas on my arms and thigh areas. I have tried other products that were just as expensive from QVC that did not work. I won't spend that much money again so I only buy this when it's on sale from City Beauty. The problems I have had is that they don't offer sales that much on the products that I really like and because of Covid, sometimes you don't receive your products for a few weeks. I have been out of this product for over 1 month now so when I receive my order I will have to start over again with repairing my skin :(

I am only giving this 4 of 5 stars because its only been a week since I started using it. I quickly discovered that it works best if I finish the treatment with a body lotion for aging skin. The one I am using has CoQ10 in it. I feel I am already seeing results and am excited about the improvement! I can hardly wait to see how my skin looks in a couple more weeks. I wish the InvisiCrepe Body Balm had been available to me a few years ago (before the aging process began ravaging my skin and my confidence).

I am on my second jar and I try to be diligent in using this morning and night. However, I must confess some days/nights I do forget. Even so, I have found a noticeable smoothing of my arms. However, the most improvement has been the disappearance of the beginnings of the "crepe" look on my neck. Another thing I have found is that you don't have to apply much of the product to gain results -- as with the other City Beauty products I use. I am very pleased with the results. Oh, and by the way, I am 70+ years young!

I have been using City Beauty products since 2018. I have my friends also using their products. Word of mouth is the best advertising. My most recent purchase was InvisiCrepe cream which was recommended by one of my friends. Also the MUSC cream does make my face feel uplifted and tighter feeling skin. I have my daughter also using this as you can never start to early taking care of your skin. I received a free sample of the face wash and I love the smell and how it makes my face feel really clean. I will continue to recommend all the products. Great job!
