Company is absolutely pathetic how they do business. We had a rep basically come in and beg us for our business. He said it was a month to month basis, and we could cancel anytime. We had 3 months of delivery, each month things were missing, and the billing was inaccurate so we decided to cancel. Cue in the area manager calling all the time to threaten us that we signed a contract (never signed a contract nor were we told about a contract) that the company would be billing us monthly for 5 years. The company operates on false information and threats. Save yourself the headache and hassle and do subscribe and save on Amazon.
We tried to two years to get a date that our contract began so we could make a change (no shows, bad customer service, etc) After all this trying we finally get a letter from Cintas corporate lawyers wanting to charge us $6K to change services we use because they cannot meet our needs. I wish I could give a ZERO star!
Our workers have not had enough uniforms at times. This is with 11 pants and shirts each. They do not always return all the dirty uniforms they picked up the week before.
Now, they are raising their prices $23.83 a week for 5 mechanics. This is an outrageous increase.
I would not recommend this company at all.
One of the biggest mistake was to sign service agreement with Cintas. The whole company policy based on lie and disrespect. They tie you with contract and do not allow to get out. It's easy to get out from prison than cancel contract with Cintas. And the service is horrible
I have 2 small ice cream stores and signed up with Cintas. They quoted prices that I assumed would be fixed for at least a year. The prices were increased the second month and the service was terrible. I called to cancel after 6 months and they told me it was a 5 year contract. Their sales guy explicitly told us it was 1 year and we could cancel anytime. So now they want me to pay $ 14k to cancel the contract! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CINTAS.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with this dishonest company. They charged and sent invoice for services that I have not received. Instead of communicate, they decided to send collection. They are dishonest. They never pick up phone call. Chelsea and Alesa, the supervisor, at invoice related team were very rude and unhelpful. Instead of communicating with me about the invoice, they decided to not pick my phone after all. They are the worst human being I ever deal with. I would have given them negative 5 stars, but one star is the lowest I can get. They are worse than 1 star for sure. AVOID THEM AT All COST!
I was lied to about the term of the service, our rep told us 1 year. I found out it is 5 years and if you don't cancel in writing they automatically renew. They will not let you out of your contract for any reason, only try to change services to keep you locked in your contract. I wish I would have never used their services. Wish I would have read reviews about Cintas first. Avoid this business at ALL cost! Wish I could give the a zero rating.
Prices are going up yes... but I am a small mom and pop restaurant. When I began with Cintas the quote given to me seemed fair. But over the past 2 years they have increased my weekly bill by 28% on the same rental items. And the bar towels they are bring me are mostly rags falling apart. If I increased my food items by 28%, I would no longer be in business. Also, the contract states they have the right to increase prices and the notice may be an invoice and you only have 10 day to respond. As a mom and pop, I only do accounting once a month. Way to be sneaky Cintas!
I ordered scrubs and jacket as per my new workplace requirements. It took two two get scrubs, but over a month past since I paced an order and I have never received my jacket. I contacted the company multiple times on phone and via email and was informed that it was sent. No tracking number was provided to me. I'm extremely disappointed. Will call them again tomorrow.
Then over a month and a 1/2 wait for my uniform, the place is a joke. Carefully that they are not lazy and can't be on top of your stuff where I work. They make a lot of money because there's a lot of people with uniforms
Would give zero stars If I could. Unethical company. Reps lie about service and pricing. I do not recommend using this company.
2 Trash cans at my employer has been broke for 6 weeks. Contacted cintas three times still not fixed.
Shop rags come oily and filthy.
Uniforms come back stained and not the right amount returned. Been in this business for 50 years the worst uniform company I've ever seen.
Avoid doing business with this company! I would give 0 stars if it was possible to choose that. High pressure, overselling tactics, and when you are stuck in a 5-year contract you have to spend too much time to just get them to correct their mistakes.
DO NOT Recommend bad service bad customer service bad management charged you for loss item that is notcreally loss, double the price in one year, do not fall for it! They said it is a rental, but you get charged full price but they will not give you full refill for towels or apron if you have them left. Better count the towels with the driver pick up or you ll be charged for missing towels and aprons. They gave me this shredded rag piece and try to charge me for loss items.
They keep increasing there prices but will not give you new uniforms. They have increased there uniform rental twice this year. I have old worn and faded uniforms. If I have to pay for these uniforms I should be able to get new ones.
I have asked numerous times for white rags and I always get the green ones which are terrible for cleaning they feel dirty most of the times. The rep doesn't want to communicate with me properly.
Would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT use this company, they will rip you off! They consistently overcharged and then took 2000 of our napkins and never replaced or reimbursed us for them after we cancelled our service.
Beware all restaurant and franchise owners! You will regret signing up with them. About 4 years ago I signed an annual lease and cannot get out of it. They keep giving the run around whenever I tried to cancel the contract. The service is beyond horrible. I am now seeking legal advice.
Uniforms are returned wrinkled and very sloppy, terrible service.especially at Boggus Ford Harlingen.
One of the worst customer service and horrific contract. The driver would just drop off things we didn't need and over charge non stop! I complained to them for two years. Now that I'm out of business they are suing me for 15 thousand dollars because of breach of contract. Their lawyer is harassing me for payment Unreal
Answer: TRY ANYONE ELSE! You don't want to work with Cintas unless you want to be locked into 5 year contracts that renew automatically without notice. They increase costs without approval, don't provide services they bill for...
Answer: We have to remember that companies are operated by people and sometimes the people don't have the company's best interest at heart. There are some cities for all companies where there is great service and also, there are cities where bad service is the norm. The difference is the managers and whether they care or not. I suggest you find and uniform and linen managed services company such as, "Uniform Bright", who can help you with any needs you may have. There specialty is helping to prematurely and legally cancel a contract, negotiating a new one, taking you out to bid, historical bill analysis, managed services & an expert witness in the event of court or arbitration. They are not lawyers but they know how the industry works and can help you to navigate the pitfalls that are associated with deceptive practices and one-sided agreements. If dealing with a uniform and linen rental company has been a headache for you and you no longer want to deal with them, you should talk with your lawyer or hire an expert.
Answer: They do not offer an incentive for buying a lot of products. They do give an incentive when you sign on and when you renew.
Answer: Good Luck, they don't care about their customers, let alone non-customers. Avoid them whenever possible. Just consider yourself lucky you aren't stuck in a contract with them.
