I once again had to refresh my scrubs. Jens was having a sale on my favorite Cherokee scrubs, so I was able to not only replace my green scrub bottoms with a hole in the knee, but also pick up some pretty pink scrubs (top, pants AND jacket) too! Quick updates on the orders progress were emailed, and my pretty new uniforms arrived super fast at my home. I only buy from Jens Scrubs. Thanks for having such a nice selection, especially for those of us needing Tall sizes. Will buy again, and recommend to friends and colleagues.

They charged my credit card in FULL days ago and have yet to process my order... they are also unreachable via phone or email. STAY AWAY!

I love buying my scrubs on this website because they have a great scrubs and I always get fast delivery. Prices are good also.

When you place an order it appears you can return it at no cost. This IS NOT the case. You have to pay almost $15 shipping on 1 set of scrubs and then if you return them, another $8 in return shipping. You have to pay $23 and NOTHING to show for it. I HIGHLY recommend Do NOT order here. Most companies will send you a prepaid shipping label for returns. We will not be ordering anymore else.
Jens Scrubs is fantastic. I always get my scrubs in 2-3 days. So pleased and highly recommend. If you crest an account you get extra savings.
Had issues with the website and trying to get the shopping cart and the order is placed. That seem to resolve itself and got everything on the order. Then only one piece of the shipment shipped. I received nothing to indication that the other was on backorder what the situation was. I had to call customer service to be told that they thought they deliver was completed. Once they looked further into it in the issued a refund. Everything worked out just not very convenient.
I got my product in good condition and in good time. Couldn't find what I wanted (white sleeveless lab jacket with pockets) anywhere else. Definitely recommending this site to my friends in healthcare.
Jen's Scrubs has been my go to scrub shop for years! They have an awesome return policy that lets you exchange scrubs for different sizes, etc for free so you can find the perfect fit! This helped me out so much when I recently changed sizes and was having trouble getting a well fitted pant. They also run frequent promotions and specials. I never pay full price for scrubs!
I'm mad at myself that I didn't read the reviews first before I ordered from this site. I did receive my order, however I need to return it and I am having a hard time getting a hold of anyone to get a return slip to return my item. This business is very shady and reading the reviews proves that many others are having trouble with them too. This site needs to be shut down with how many times they've screwed over their customers. Despicable.
Shipping was delayed for days without any communication. Their phone weren't accepting calls and I had to email. They did respond the next day, however, the scrubs still weren't here in time. I've used them for all ofyour scrub ordering and this may make me reconsider that decision.
This is the 2nd time I got scrubs from Jens. They have the best selection and prices plus shipping is super quick.
A pharmacy our size, have been looking for a specific pretty much everything; scrubs brand, embroidery, and of course fast and profissional customer service. Neil showed all of this in few e mails and follow up phone calls. We ordered 18 pairs of scrubs and they are shipped in less than a week. That's efficiency.

First of all it took 6 weeks to get my order. I have always worn the same size in $#*!ies EDS. Had no problems with sizing from another $#*!ies supplier but these are horribly smaller than they should be. The fabric also isn't typical $#*!ies. $150 worth of scrubs down the drain. Not even going to attempt to send them back because I'm scared I'll never see my money because of their horrible customer service. Don't check their social media for reviews because they immediately remove anything negative.
They have fast shipping and great sale prices good quality easy to order Nd great selection of scrubs!
I would not recommend this place. I ordered over $100 worth of scrubs because they emailed me a 30% discount code (buynow30). My order has been marked as shipped for 2 weeks already and I have yet to receive anything. I've sent multiple emails through their website. I've tried calling their phone number. No answers, no replies, no tracking numbers. My experience is similar to many other people's on this page. What a terrible business.
I ordered maternity scrubs for my daughter-in-law. Not only is she pregnant, and needs maternity, she is very tall. Your company offers the longer length in the maternity slacks. She was very happy with the fit. They were also on sale and I received the order really fast. I would suggest that you offer more colors and maybe a couple of different styles of maternity tops.
Purchased 2 items, sent one back. Was refunded $17 of $33. It was explained that 9.99 for shipping and a discount of $6 was deducted from the refund. A credit of 9.99 was offered after I inquired why only half was refunded. The credit was declined. Cannot justify using a retailer that keeps half when the product was returned without defect. Horrible service.

I have used this company to order scrubs a few times within the last year. The first couple of times they were great! I literally received my order within 5 days of ordering and only paid $4 for shipping. I recently placed 2 more orders during their buy one get one 50% off sale and have not received either order. I am so disappointed. After 2 weeks of calling, emailing, and Facebook messaging the company I decided to file a dispute with PayPal. So done with Jen's Scrubs. They have officially lost my business!

I placed an order May 1,2016. My debit card was charged May 3rd. My order status still states "awaiting fulfillment." I have called their customer service every other day for the last 2 weeks and left messages every time. I've also sent 2 emails. I have received no response from this company. I also posted on their Facebook page & they haven't responded to that either! I filed a debit dispute with my credit union on 5/26/16. This company is willingly taking money from customers and not fulfilling orders!

Shipping was quick and the order was accurate. Thanks! I love my new scrubs! Will definitely do business with again.
Ordered several sets of scrubs on 4/3/16. Received notice a few days later saying it was shipped. 2 Weeks later still not received. Tried calling but no one picks up so I left a message and no one called back. Sent an e-mail and still no response. Finally after 2 1/2 weeks, I disputed the charge on my credit card and received a refund. Wouldn't even think about doing business with them again.
SIX pieces of Plus Sized Wink scrubs for $110 DELIVERED in less than a week (and that's not a clearance price). The closest I could come with another company was $25 more and they didn't have the sizes and colors that I needed. I've never heard of Jen's Scrubs, but I'll be passing the word since our employer makes us wear white!
