This was my first time shopping at Jen's scrubs and won't be the last. The website is very easy to browse, checkout was simple (I use paypal), my items shipped and arrived quickly. I'm very pleased with my overall experience!
I've worked in the medical field for 11 years and I'm very picky about my scrub pants.
I got to have side pockets with full elastic waistband. I finally found my pants at an unbelievable price. Love my $#*!inson cargo pants

I love these scrubs. I have 6 sets and plan on getting more. They are wrinkle free and wash and wear. The colors are vibrant and it does not fade. They feel like pajamas and you can move very easy in them. The petite size is perfect because I am 5 feet tall.
I shop here because I can always find the Wonderwink scrubs I love in my size, my color. However, the shipping part is lacking. I was sent an invalid tracking link, although my scrubs did arrive on time, and were perfect. However, I cannot find out when the remainder of my order will ship, or why it has not.
Shipping was delayed for days without any communication. Their phone weren't accepting calls and I had to email. They did respond the next day, however, the scrubs still weren't here in time. I've used them for all ofyour scrub ordering and this may make me reconsider that decision.
I ordered on 5/12 and on 5/18 I had to call to check in order because status was still awaiting. I was told they just got the scrubs i ordered back in stock so I should get them by Monday. I should have been notified that they were out of stock when ordering.
Sent the wrong color. Had to go buy a pair to go to work. If I had known they could not pick out the right ones, I would have ordered from someone else.

Ordered wrong color. Called to have return label sent and reorder correct color. I called on friday afternoon and hoped to take box to ups on way to airport. No return label arrived and company not open until Monday. Now out of town for several weeks. Able to have return label resent on Monday. Disappointed that label not received Ftidsy. So all on jold until I return.

This was the first time I've ordered from Jen! The experience was easy, and I receive the products in a timely manner.
The best part was being kept update on delivery! A very good experience!
When you place an order it appears you can return it at no cost. This IS NOT the case. You have to pay almost $15 shipping on 1 set of scrubs and then if you return them, another $8 in return shipping. You have to pay $23 and NOTHING to show for it. I HIGHLY recommend Do NOT order here. Most companies will send you a prepaid shipping label for returns. We will not be ordering anymore else.
First of all it took 6 weeks to get my order. I have always worn the same size in $#*!ies EDS. Had no problems with sizing from another $#*!ies supplier but these are horribly smaller than they should be. The fabric also isn't typical $#*!ies. $150 worth of scrubs down the drain. Not even going to attempt to send them back because I'm scared I'll never see my money because of their horrible customer service. Don't check their social media for reviews because they immediately remove anything negative.
Horrible service! Takes weeks to receive your order IF they decide to ship it... I've paid over $80 for merchandise NOT received and have tried numerous times to contact "customer service" but no response ever! I just want my money back! Don't trust this site, it's a scam! Very disappointing!
14 days for a simple scrub set to be sent out. God knows how long till I rec it as there is no tracking number. 4 emails all unanswered. Phone says no service for 5 days. Wow. How do they stay in business.

Ordered from this outfit a second time and am regretting it. Placed an approximately $50 order and paid for it on 3/21. Orders that are shipped out to the customer do not include a tracking number. I did receive notification from the business that my order had shipped -- eight days after it was placed, but it is a guessing game after that without a tracking number. I have sent at least five messages and my husband has tried to reach them on the phone several other times. No response whatsoever. So now the transaction is in dispute. Will never deal with this place again.
I placed two orders with Jens Scrubs on 4/23/16 I spoke with customer service on 4/28/16 & the agent informed me that my order had shipped on 4/27/16. It is now 5/6/16 I have not received my order. No one can be reached on the customer care number nor does anyone return your call. I am just going to take legal action to get my money back. Please stay away from this company!
I ordered over $100 of scrubs on 4/7/2016. Credit card was credited the same day. Order is still saying "Awaiting fulfillment". I have made numerous attempts to contact company without success over the past 2 weeks. Stephanie did email me back on 4/21 and stated that they had an email issue but email was back up and running. Stated that my emails were only a blank page. I resubmitted the emails but still have not gotten a reply. I attempted to call today but unable to get anyone. I disputed transaction with credit card company. Hopefully, this will take care of problem. I will go to another more reliable site online.

I have used this company to order scrubs a few times within the last year. The first couple of times they were great! I literally received my order within 5 days of ordering and only paid $4 for shipping. I recently placed 2 more orders during their buy one get one 50% off sale and have not received either order. I'm mad at myself that I didn't read the reviews first before I ordered from this site. I did receive my order, however I need to return it and I am having a hard time getting a hold of anyone to get a return slip to return my item. This business is very shady and reading the reviews proves that many others are having trouble with them too. This site needs to be shut down with how many times they've screwed over their customers. Despicable.
