Had issues with the website and trying to get the shopping cart and the order is placed. That seem to resolve itself and got everything on the order. Then only one piece of the shipment shipped. I received nothing to indication that the other was on backorder what the situation was. I had to call customer service to be told that they thought they deliver was completed. Once they looked further into it in the issued a refund. Everything worked out just not very convenient.
I Ordered two weeks ago and I still have not received the scrubs. I have never had a problem with this company. My department have even made a bulk order before. No problem. I have just filed a paypal dispute. I hope that I will get a refund soon.
I tried to exchange a lab jacket for a smaller size. They proceeded to send me back the exact same lab jacket. I found it easier to go to the store to purchase one. When they refunded my money they took $20 of my refund to pay for returning the lab jacket. I have called and emailed them to discuss this and they are not responding
Shopping with Jen's is so easy. The website is easy to navigate and they have a huge number of brands and styles. I require a "tall" length in pants and Jen's is the one place I can consistently buy them in the brand that I like. Delivery is fast too!
Please read all the reviews - I am having the same problem. I placed an order, my money was deducted from my bank account, and I never received my order. I have called several times and wrote several e-mails. None of which have been returned. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and researching how I can get my money back from this fraudulent company.
I ordered on 6/21. On 6/28 the order was still awaiting fulfillment prior to being shipped. I called in to check and the operator said it was being shipped that morning. Seems like a long process to get your order.
I ordered and my credit card was charged on 04/05/2016 but have not received my order yet. I can not get through to anyone at Jens scrubs. Have ordered before and was satisfied with the order. Frustrated!
I ordered the same scrubs from a different company several days after I ordered from Jens Scrubs. I already got the other ones but am still waiting on the ones from jens. It seems like this happens a lot and I will likely buy from other companies in the future.
I ordered scrubs for my Stanford Inters on March 3. We are still waiting for them. I have emailed and emailed Jens since March. Our Inters all have their scrubs they ordered from someone else. All but 1, the one from Jens. This is very unprofessional. I have gotten messages saying they are on the way sorry about that. But its June 15 and No scrubs.
Like other reviewers, my first order with this company was flawless. However, my second order is a whole different story. I placed an order on March 25,2016. Was notified April 7,2016 that my order had shipped (but with no tracking number). By April 17, I still hadn't received my order so I sent them an email-no response. I tried calling them but its impossible to get a human on the line, so they make you leave a voicemail. I left one, and had gotten no response back. I tried calling them at all different hours throughout the day, but every time I would get the voicemail. So now I am left with no option but to dispute this charge and get my money back. So my advice to you, stay away. They offer nice discounts, but whats the point if you'll never receive the items you purchased?

Placed an order and it sat in "awaiting fulfillment" a week. I started calling and emailing daily with no response. FINALLY got a voicemail after 7 days that said it had been shipped earlier that day and would arrive in 2-3 business days. That was 9 days ago. I ordered the same size scrub bottoms as the a pair that i currently own that fit me perfect. Same brand, wonderwink, same size XXS, but the 5 pairs that came, are literally all different. They are all labeled XXS but they clearly are not the same size. Some are wider, longer then the next. Very disappointing. I had to return everything!
I ordered some scrubs on April 1st, and my bank account was charged the 4th and my order said it was shipped. I waited and waited but no package came, emailed them several times and finally got a response on May 1st which said my package should have been delivered but they would resend it out. My experience with Jen's Scrubs is just like everyone else. I placed a order weeks ago and I am still waiting! No return calls or emails.
I feel they only send out a few orders so they don't look like a complete scam.
Even if I eventually get my order I will never order from them again. I filed a fraudulant claim with my bank and a claim with the BBB in hopes this will stop Jen's Scrubs from running a terrble business.
I placed my two orders on February 26th 2016. In few weeks I received a part of the order. But NEVER received my pair of pants. I emaied to customer service at least eight times, called five. The problem is not solved despite they promised to send the pants. NO PANTS< NO MONEY. They are just ignoring me. Today is May 22nd, 2016. Very dishonest, huge disappointment.

I placed an order with Jen's Scrubs on March 27th, 2016. After two weeks having not received my package. I was beginning to become concerned about the whereabouts of my order. I began trying to contact this company April 13th. I called on numerous occasions and I was never able to get anyone on the phone. I sent e-mails along with leaving voicemail's for weeks and weeks up until today May 3rd, 2016. I wrote another e-mail this morning stating that I no longer desired the items that I ordered due to this terrible experience and I was refunded within minutes of my e-mail. Of course only because I stated I would take legal action against them if this problem was not resolved immediately. This is a despicable excuse for a "company". I advise everyone to avoid Jen's Scrubs at all costs. Such a disaster and I will never give them my business again.
Sure JEN I would love to allow your customer service team to "take care" of my order I never received from March 19 that never said it was on back order! BUT no one ever responses to emails and the phone number that is listed DOESNT WORK! What kind of customer service allows an order to never be received, but takes your money! This site is a joke! At this point they should send my scrubs and refund my money, but I would just be happy with the refund! Since when is stealing ok?! I will NEVER order from this site again and neither will anyone I know! So please JEN let me know how to actually get in touch with someone from your company!

Ordered wrong color. Called to have return label sent and reorder correct color. I called on friday afternoon and hoped to take box to ups on way to airport. No return label arrived and company not open until Monday. Now out of town for several weeks. Able to have return label resent on Monday. Disappointed that label not received Ftidsy. So all on jold until I return.
