I recently went to my local Cartier salon and was given a travel pouch, but no pillow. This worked perfect for my needs.
I had trouble with making a payment to Chrono24. The merchant wouldn't accept the charge, they told me it was from my banks side. I called my bank and they advised me that the charge is being cleared from the bank's side and that the merchant is the one not excepting the charges. I tried paying with three different bank accounts. I also wasn't aware that you only have 6 attempts within a 24-h period until you're blocked and have to wait until the time cycle have passed.

You will have to verify your identity for large dollar amounts (submit a picture of your government ID, etc.) but this is to be expected when making a >$10k purchase online. Responsive customer service team. Probably will not be buying from ADs anymore as Chrono24 inventory is much better.
It was all very smooth. The way you have to use Paypal is a little cumbersome i. E. cutting an pasting an email address and having the money sent to that person - but otherwise a great experience!

I was searching for an out of production Omega Planet Ocean. I did a search on Crono24 and they had several listed. Ended up buying from a watch dealer in Japan. I had never purchased a watch from overseas before. The price was great and the dealer was great. They answered all my questions and gave me 3 days to decide on the purchase. After I paid they shipped promptly and the watch was better than described and packaged perfectly. The paperwork was done professionally which allowed the customs process to go smoothly. Overall great experience.

This is in regards to the "Request Availability Information" button. As a buyer, if I click on this button, I want to be reassured the dealer has the item in his/her possession and can ship as soon as my payment clears or Chrono24 notifies the dealer it has received the money into the escrow account. Instead, the very next communication I receive from Chrono24 is the dealer is putting together an offer for the item. Which is exactly the same as clicking on the "Buy" button.
The purchasing process surpassed my expectations. Customer service was excellent and really appreciated that Chrono24 oversees and monitors the entire process.
From what I see and my experience with Chron24 I can say that they have all the bases covered. I have not found a watch selling business that does it better. There was an unintentional hiccup between the seller and and myself. The seller instantly offered a solution and all three parties agreed to the remedy. Chrono24 was right there with oversight. It is nice to know that they are there to get involved if need be. In my specific case the glitch was taken care by the seller and myself without Chrono24 intervention. They were right there monitoring and commenting on the conversation and remediation to the problem. I would comfortably use Chrono24 again
