Chrono24

I have dealt through Chrono24 for a couple of transactions now, one of which ended up as a cancellation on my part. They were very accommodating and helpful and, quite frankly, made a potentially difficult transaction very easy and secure. The other transaction was a completed purchase of a new item. There were some issues unrelated to them (US Customs), and they followed up throughout the transaction to make sure that all was going as it should. I am fortunate that I did not experience some of the issues that other reviewers have had, so of course I would have less negative feedback to share and leave a good review.

I wouldn't consider using any other company to make a purchase such as a fine watch as I felt protected and felt assured that the transaction was proceeding as it should, safely, securely and in a timely manner. I would feel more confident purchasing a new watch than a new one based on some of the feedback but my experiences were good.

I only wish they would allow you to use Discover and the Affirm rates are usurious despite having an above 800 credit rating.

I went on Google to find a new company to add to my watch collection and I found these guys and ended up purchasing a Rolex saved about 15% from where I can buy it anywhere else. Thank you fellas.

I wanted to buy an expensive (from my perspective - thousands of dollars) used Watch but was nervous about getting ripped off. Well you hear the stories, don't you? "What kind of moron would send thousands of dollars to someone they'd never met for something they'd never seen?" Anyway, I liked that Chrono24 provided transparency to who they were and how they operated. There was a ton of info available on the process used to make a purchase. I especially liked the use of the escrow with the seller to facilitate the purchase safely, and the 14 day 'return for any reason' clause. These were essential for me to take the purchase step! Having read the Chrono24 info I reviewed them through various independent blogs, articles, and other reviews. By and large the reviews were very good. Where they weren't so good it seemed to me that often times the buyer had made an error, perhaps misunderstanding the buying process for example. Nowhere did I read that Chrono24 facilitated the sale of fake watches or anything like that. And where relevant (not too often) people seemed happy with the returns process. I got enough confidence in the service and protection provided by Chrono24 to make a significant purchase and I have no regrets. I would, without hesitation, use them again.

Never buy a watch from a private seller. Trusted Checkout doesnt cover if you buy from a private seller. I bought a Rolex it was fake. Seller said he would take it back. I shipped it back and he said it was not the watch he had sent. Smart trick. So now my money is at Chrono24 and they dont even answer to evidence from the Danish police. They keep my 7500,- Euro and say they want me to winn a trail against this private seller from Holland. This is imossible and Chrono24 knows that. I wonder how much money Chrono24 cash inn this way.
