Bought a Chanel J12 H2428 Which came with a crushed and broken wooden box which was demolished. Watch is scratched so they say since it's used it can come with scratches even though the add says no scratches and in new condition. DO NOT TRUST THESE CLOWNS. Do yourself a favor and try someone with integrity and is honest. These guys will make every excuse in the book for their client. I have screenshot add says comes with original box and papers neither of which I received.

The site has been useful in aggregating disparate listings, when something sells, it should be kept somewhere with last listing price to be included in searches. Among a few o5her suggestions.

I´ve bought some watches using Chrono 24. The service has been great, they answer quickly and try to do their best to solve any issues that may occur in the process.
Chrono 24 is a great way to both buy and sell authentic watches. After having also listed some to sell, I was amazed at the security protocols they have in place.
Site is easy to use, very happy with purchases. FAQs are not very helpful, and a better explanation of what happens after ordering would be nice, especially with international orders.
How badly do you want that watch my man? I purchased an expensive new timepiece through Chrono24. The box it came in was for one of the manufacturer's lower-end models, which I've purchased before. No warranty information was included. I contacted the seller who told me I had to wait 2 months for the manufacturer to send it to me. At that point, I should have just canceled my credit card payment. The warranty may or may not show up. The watch may or may not be stolen or fake. It's not a pleasant feeling, to put it mildly, after dropping hard-earned cash on this purchase. The point is, if you were to buy a watch through Chrono24 and discover *everything in the Seller's ad was BS, do you imagine you could just call Chrono24 to sort it out? LOL. I was under the impression - and this may be my own fault - that Chrono24 performed some level of quality control while the payment is in escrow. Well, while I'm sure others have had good experiences buying through Chrono24, my experience suggests there are many other options that provide vastly superior customer protection and satisfaction. There's only so much Chrono24 can - or will - do before you realize it's a big world out there and you're on your own my man.
This company was accessible, very helpful in problem resolution. When I called with a problem, they got back to me very quickly and resolved it, with excellent follow up.

Purchased a new Grand Seiko SBGN029 from a Japanese dealer. Everything went smoothly and delivery was quick from Japan to US via UPS. I would definitely deal with Chrono24 again if the price is competitive for the watch I want.
Did absolutely nothing to assist with resolution of a scratched Cartier watch which the dutch seller had described as mint and whose photos did not show a 5mm scratch on the face- stay clear

I live in California and just purchased a Harry Winston watch from a seller in Germany. The sale went through Chrono24 and payment had to be Wired directly to the seller. The watch arrived and was NOT 100% authentic Harry Winston like the seller represented. The movement is fake and in bad condition. Harry Winston refused to service or work on it because it was "heavily modified". The seller represented the watch to be in "very good condition". There were scratches on the dial, case and on the fake movement that were not present in his photos on Chrono24. The Power Reserve Indicator does not work. The date Pusher does not work either. It is a total Frankenstein watch. I have heard from the seller once, and he will not do anything. The biggest surprise is Chrono24 will do NOTHING! They tell me to work it out with the seller and it is not their problem. Be aware CHRONO24 is risky. If you have a problem, you are on your own. At this point I have turned it over to my Attorney to look over this transaction. It is sad I am stuck with a $8,000 timepiece that is worth a fraction of that. I am coming after you Chrono24. Good luck...

Made it easy to search a multitude of watches. Made me feel comfortable making a purchase like this online with out seeing the watch. Will definitely be buying more watches from this site!
