Chrono24

Looking for an Eberhard watch, I had little luck on eBay but found lots of them on Chrono24. Once I decided on which watch to buy (a 1995 Eberhard Chrono Tazio Nuvolari), I did my homework, investigating the seller (a German jeweler located in Heilbronn). Everything checked out and I began communicating with them through the Chrono24 messaging system. I ultimately made a payment through PayPal and received my watch with accompanying authentication papers. The watch was in mint condition, as advertised. My only ding on Chrono24 was that the PayPal payment was not natural... I had to call the jeweler to complete the transaction through PayPal.

I have bought a Rolex oyster perpetual with a trusted dealer Timekeepersvault in the States, paid 3000€ for the watch and customs of 600 €. Unfortunately the watch is not in a proper condition, certified by THE Rolex dealer in Vienna. Repairing the watch in order to have it in an excellent condition, as the dealer stated, would cost 1545 €. The period of 14 days where you can return the watch has expired, so Chrono24 says it is not their responsibility anymore, but how can it not be? They have certified a dealer with Trusted dealer, I have chosen Trusted Checkout in order to be protected in cases like these. The support Team of Chrono24 is not reacting to emails. It is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I will set legal steps and would never buy with them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone!

FRAUD ALERT!
For any purchases in the US territory, these people ask you to transfer US Dollars to an account in Luxembourg, ING (worst bank in Europe), then the money gets automatically converted into Euros and if the currency fluctuates from within the space of time the money gets to arrive to Europe, you get asked for the difference. Then if you ask for a refund, you get charged an extra fee. Basically, this is how Chrono24 make their money, HIDDEN FEES.
Today I lost $600 with Chrono24.
I am in California, merchant is in NY, Chrono24 representatives are in the US, however I had to send the payment to their bank in Luxembourg? And charging unexpected hidden fees? Is this legal?
Definitely filing a legal complain through my lawyer.

Back in December I ordered a Rolex Oysterquartz and paid over $4,000 for the watch. Unfortunately, the seller sent it to another address and was unsuccessful in getting the package picked up and returned by the USPS. Needless to say, I was forced to file a police report, provide RING camera footage for the day of delivery showing that nothing was delivered, an affidavit and a letter from the USPS. After 5 months of waiting, I received an email from Chrono24 stating that I had signed and accepted the resolution of paying the seller for the watch that I never received…when I called them to say that I had NEVER agreed nor signed anything of the kind, they said that it was a decision made by them and I had no say whatsoever on what they decided. I have already retained an attorney and will be suing them for all of the money list as well as attorney fees.

It's an outrage! They wanted to set me up! Chrono 24 is a disgusting service because they just believe in the seller's rating and don't care about the customers at all! I ordered a watch for $17,000, it came already fogged up from moisture and my manager Haydee pinned the blame on me! The seller demanded payment for ruining the watch, and when I sent irrefutable proof, the seller just stopped contacting me. The thing is, before sending each watch, the seller has to do an inspection and record everything in photos and video. Of course no proof was provided to me or to Chrono 24, but as it turned out, Chrono 24 and my manager Haydee did not even think to ask for proof from the seller, which makes the platform a disgusting place to buy expensive watches. Not once did they apologize to me, the manager who is assigned to me - Haydee talked to me as if I was definitely guilty of ruining the watch! Even after the seller stopped contacting me. I think all of this is unacceptable. I pay a tidy sum for a watch and another percentage for Chrono 24's work and in return I get a faulty watch and just horrible service! I spent my energy, time, nerves and received no apology or compensation.

I was a bit skeptical about buying a Rolex watch online, however, after learning from a number of people that Chrono24 is one of the top watch selling websites in the World, and how they can be trusted, I decided to give it a try. I must say that it was very easy to navigate, search and find a watch I was looking for. It was also easy to communicate with the seller to ask specific questions, and best of all, to receive very prompt replies, within minutes. I also appreciated the quality of information available on the watches I was considering, and ultimately purchased. I was especially confident in using their website, especially with the levels of protections they have to protect me and my credit card information, as well as the seller. I would also add that there standards of doing business with reputable businesses must be high. The seller was very good and his communications also gave me a high level of confidence and comfort in knowing I was dealing with a reputable person. I highly recommend anyone considering the purchase of a new luxury watch, to consider using the Chrono24 site to search inventory, ask questions of sellers and when making your purchase and in expecting a very fast delivery! I would return to Chrono24 to buy watches in the future and, again, recommend others to consider them. A good first customer experience. Thank you Chrono24!

The watch was never delivered by UPS, not even a notification at my gate
Weeks later UPS informed me by email that I have to pay an additional 85 dollars to
Retrieve my package! I am not paying any additional fees to my agreed Invoice
An I do not want the watch anymore. Please inform Affirm to stop charging me for
