Having worked for a few years in the online sales world I really appreciate simplicity, clarity, and efficiency. Chrono24 has so far shown me all of those. I've been using the service for some time but only just made my first purchase through them and can't wait to do it again, and again, and again. The only slightly negative encounter was the inability to use a Mastercard when purchasing but I understand the many reasonings why some credit cards aren't accepted and that isn't enough for me to drop my positive five star review any. Even when I'm not purchasing one of my favorite things to do is scroll through and peruse chrono24!

I've purchased multiple watches on Chrono24. The prices have been very good. I've never had any issues. The watches have been as advertised (new-in-box). The sellers have so far been very good. They ship the product immediately and its packaging is good.

This was my third purchase through Chrono24 that like the 2 prior ones, went through smoothly and efficiently. I really enjoy the peace of mind that Chrono24 secures your funds in escrow until delivery and purchase satisfaction and confirmed. The dealer vetting process seems to be very effective, since every dealer on Chrono24 that I have dealt with has been very professional, accurate and timely.
I also love how Chrono24 keeps a registry of your watches and keeps you informed of each watch's value history.
The only improvement I can suggest is providing an authentication service in the United States, or even better - to authenticate each watch as part of the purchase process.
They always have unique pieces that you didn't know you had to have. I've purchased several from C24 and have been happy with every one! Vendors are responsive, as is the staff. Would highly recommend!

Carrier just left an expensive item outside my door without my signature
Do not under any circumstances use this scam service for the purchase of anything outside of the US. The "Chrono24 Certificate of Purchase" is worthless. Be prepared for for X number of delays and additional payments needing to be paid to DHL just to get delivered whatever it is you might have ordered...Amounting to hundreds of extra dollars and weeks of delay. STAY AWAY.
The ordered watch never came, and was lost.
I asked the dealer for updated tracking information, to track the watch, and/or to send a new watch.
The dealer did not act upon either of my requests.
I had to ask Chrono24 (multiple times) to cancel my order; I hope to get the money refunded to me shortly.
My first experience with Chrono24 and it was very good. Everything happened as they said it would with no problems or delays. Will do more business with them in the future.

Buying a watch over the internet, and spending thousands is not easy at first, but Chrono24 has always delivered. It takes a leap of faith to buy a 5 digit watch sight unseen, but the escrow feature and the link to the vendor's website, as well as the direct line of communication to the actual vendor, put me at ease. The watch I received was exactly the one I expected to receive. I gained confidence in the Chrono24 program through personal experience.
Everything as promised, no delays, smooth as silk, no qualms with repeating if another watch gets my attention.
