Seriously i ordered with the mistake everyone seems to have made looking at the site not google for reviews I was sent a your order is on its way now they cant find my order and charged my credit card differently then the price I checked out at
The quality absolutely sucks. They trick you with images of better items and then send you garbage quality replicas. This is actually criminal. I should've checked their reviews before spending my money, never again.
I placed an order over 3 weeks ago & the order status is still the same (processing). I emailed customer service twice for a tracking # & they never emailed me back. I get that English probably isn't their 1st language, but if you're going to sell in the U.S., at least have someone at your company who understands basic English. My credit card was charged immediately after I placed the order. I buy a lot of things online & any decent company would not charge your credit card until the order has shipped. That's not the case with this company. I was very reluctant to order from an overseas company, and wish I went with my gut instincts. Stay far away from this garbage company that sells inferior products.

I've been emailing and messaging over and over again. What in the world am I to do when the clothes I've ordered go out of season? Nothing. Accept it.

I received my clothes quite quite late, despite the express shipping. Regardless, upon receiving the products, they were all good except for the skirt which seems a size larger than what I ordered.
They send the wrong items and expect you to be OK with that. Paid 33 Euros and they suggest to pay me back 10 dollars. NO Don't Think so! Quality is also very poor. Not even sure how people can give back good feedback. Very strange.
They are completely unresponsive and their returns email address is dead, you cannot send anything back. The clothes can actually be found on YesStyle for cheaper, and they are all from TaoBao anyway, if you use the english version of that site you can get the original sellers. Horrible company and terrible customer service. Don't do it.
It took them more than 30 days to deliver it to me. They did not give me a tracking number after I emailed them and they send me 2 weeks later. When it came to my place, I was super excited since I waited for so long but they shipped me a wrong order. Their customer service sucks. I don't recommend them at all. The quality of their product is not the greatest as well.
If I could give negative 5 rating, I would. The clothes does not look at like advertised, and despite listing a return policy on the website, they do not accept returns. This company is a fraud. I assure you, do not waste your money.
I would recommend not ordering from this company. I emailed ahead of time to make sure the dress I planned on ordering would arrive in time and they said they can guarantee it as long as I paid for the express shipping which is $15 extra. It arrived more than a week late from the day it should have arrived and I wasn't able to wear it to the dance. But not that I would have anyways. The material was cheap as hell and see-through. I messaged them over 2 weeks ago and several times in between for a full refund including the fake "express shipping" but they have not responded once. Terrible quality clothes and some of the worst customer service. I want my money back
I ordered a dress and shirt from this company. When it arrived the shirt was missing and the dress did not resemble the picture. I have contacted their customer service multiple times and they can only to offer me a four dollar refund on a $50 purchase. They made no offer to refund the money for the missing shirt that never arrived.
By far the worst company I ever ordered anything from! They say my gift should be here within 8 to 25 days. Well I ordered it on February 12th. It is now March 17th and I still have yet to receive this wayyy over priced gift!
This store scams their customers. They will send you an item that looks totally different from the picture and won't refund your money. Customer service only sends you a robo message basically saying that you aren't getting your money back if you complain.
Choies sent me the incorrect dress and now wants to charge me $20 to return it. Then I will get a $10 credit.
The dress was $35.
So a $35 charge + $20 shipping return then I get a $10 credit, for their mistake! Crooks! It's disgusting
I still havent received my package After 35 days. It isnt even in My country. They write the same false e-mails all the time " the package is in your country". I try to get a refound but they wont give me.

Very very bad services! They reply very lat and when they reply, they send you standard texts that mostly have nothing to do with your concerne! Have to send lot of emails and still not a serious reply! Paid 100$ for a dress that I have to send back! I was expecting a better service for this price!
Really like that all items a hot trend. A large assortment fashion clothing. Many discounts and promotions. Delivery always in time. Good online shopping experience.

I foolsihly bought clothing online - it arrived without any information such as how to return it and was of such poor quality that naturally I did want to return it. They did not send me an email confirming my purchase and as it arrived a few weeks later I couldn't remember who I had bought it from as there was nothing in the package to reveal which company I'd used to purchase it. Finally trawelled through my history and found the website. Had to research the email address to request a refund and saw that there was a return form you had to complete which required an order number. I had not been given an order number having never recived any official correspondence by email or post. Sent the return form by email - no response. Chased it up and the email bounced back saying the address was not in use. Found alternative emails to use and same thing. Don't know what to do as can see they are registered in Hong Kong so not sure a complaint to consumer watchdog will do anything.
I almost ordered from them but something went wrong on the PayPal screen. When they emailed me to come back and checkout my cart, there were several misspellings. I should always check site reviews first! After reading these reviews so glad I didn't give them any money. Don't be fooled bu the "legit" looking website this is a complete and total scam!
I ordered 2 shirts, one was see through and thin to the point where I can't wear it at all, and the other one said "one size fits all" no. It could fit my 10 year old sister and that's it. DO NOT BUY! Unless you are very tiny and like overpriced extremely cheap quality items.
It is a Chinese site that makes their own cheap versions of these clothing. Don't waste your money like I did
