I will never use this site again. After receiving an item that was too small, I contacted customer service to inquire about returning it. They told me to check with my postal service to see what the cost would be to return shipment, which was, of course, more than what I paid for the item itself. Their customer service agreed to issue me a partial refund (and I could keep the too-small item) and told me it would transfer to my bank within 15 business days. It's been a month now with no refund issued, despite several attempts to contact customer service, and of course I'm now past the timeframe to even return the item for a full refund. Horrible.

After 3 weeks of waiting I received my "floral romper" it is a completely different color from the picture for starters. The item is extremely see through and so revealing that I wouldn't even feel comfortable wearing it around the house. Clearly this was a stolen image online and these people had no clue what they were doing. I contacted the company but have not gotten a reply. I will post my review on every site until they contact me about my money back. It's ridiculous that these companies have not been shut down.

I will never buy from Choies again. Be aware that if you purchase items from this store, you are basically stuck with it, and here is why...
I ordered a couple of items that arrived later than the estimated delivery date, and due to poor quality of the items (you can literally see through the materials!), I had no use to it. While trying to return the items, I connected with the customer service, who instructed me to ship items back to China (!) with shipping costs being higher than the order itself. Choies returned the order money, but I am currently stuck with no items and paid shipping costs that the company refuses to return back due to their policy of "no return on shipping costs", although they clearly instruct you to do it, so you can get your money back for the order:-( Lesson learned for future, that's for sure!

I ordered a pair of leather boots from this sketchy business and I received in mail boots made out of plastic and barely resembling the original from the photos on the Choies website. After a long period of back and forth emailing I got a refund but never a refund of 92$ that cost me to ship back to them the terrible copy of boots they sent me! Terrible experience. Never buy from them or anyone in China as sketchy business like this close and reopen all the time under a different name.

I've placed another order with Choies, now, and I must say that I'm less than impressed with shipping speed on the products. Granted, I am in the US, and shipping from China will naturally take longer than ordering domestic. I do believe they are working on improving this, however, which I look forward to seeing! I still love the products, and I still recommend ordering a size up from what you normally would.

Choies is a great and easy to navigate website with amazing quality clothes and accessories. Their price range makes it easy and affordable for almost anyone to buy. A bonus is definitely their free shipping WORLDWIDE, and they deliver a lot faster than most stores on the web! Choies is not just for women but they also have a mens section. Their site is very user friendly and everything is organised into categories which makes it a gold mine when shopping for certain items! You can tell the site is well maintained and there is nothing out of place. When you create an account, you can even make a wishlist, they also have options to track orders and view your current orders which is awesome for customers! I would definitely recommended Choies to anyone who is online shopping and looking for cheap prices and great quality items."

I recently ordered a high leg gladiator flat sandals for $90 from Choies. When I received the package I was horrified by what I saw. These one is not real leather, no buckle on the last straps, so wide, no elastic, no metal accents on side of them, just poor faux leather and they look very cheap and they are not wearable. The online store choies has the worst customer services. I am trying to get a refund and they are just trying to trick me with store credits of $30 or $20 refund. I am very sad, I lost my money! I am disappointed."

Choies is one of the best online stores I know. The clothes are beautiful and trendy and there is a fantastic variety of styles. Dresses, skirts, shorts, jeans, t-shirts, tops, shirts, vests, jackets, jumpsuits... You can find it all! The fabrics are of good quality and the sizes are true to reality. The prices are really good for the quality of the clothes. I live in Portugal and it took about 20 days from the purchase day until the delivery at my place, which I think is a pretty reasonable time. Choies often offers discounts and free shipping, so I totally recommend this shop. I absolutely love Choies!
