I placed an order over 3 weeks ago & the order status is still the same (processing). I emailed customer service twice for a tracking # & they never emailed me back. I get that English probably isn't their 1st language, but if you're going to sell in the U.S., at least have someone at your company who understands basic English. My credit card was charged immediately after I placed the order. I buy a lot of things online & any decent company would not charge your credit card until the order has shipped. That's not the case with this company. I was very reluctant to order from an overseas company, and wish I went with my gut instincts. Stay far away from this garbage company that sells inferior products.
