Hello. I usually like chipotle but after this incident I will be looking at their customer service way differently at 2741 Sw Military Dr San Antonio Texas *******-1031. So I put the wrong address for my pickup order and I had to travel 30 minutes out to the spot. Obviously my fault, but with the way Chipotle is supposed to be treating and handling customers I expected them to remake my order when I asked politely. That was not the case. I was told by the manager " I can remake the order but I would be losing the funds for that order. Here's a number to call for a refund." Chipotle is basically saying that their money ( the multi millionaire company) comes first and not their customers. This location 2741 Sw Military Dr San Antonio Texas *******-1031 did not set a great example of customer service. Bad experience. It may be little to YOU but I was HUNGRY and was not satisfied, mostly my fault but what's so bad about remaking it?
I think $3.00 for drinks sounds outrageous so I wouldn't eat there again unless they lower the price.
Everytime I go to the Greece NY Chipotle. They are ready to close early. On this date, again no credit cards and exact change only. I asked the employee a question and he ignored me. Stay away from this location. They have no way to file a complaint on Thier web site. Maybe the Greece chamber of commerce.

There were no napkins to clean up the sticky table or the drink that spilled because the lids were cracked. I had to go behind the counter to get napkins and a bag. The potheads didn't notice because they were too busy chatting. It's been like this every time for months every time and at every location. I'm done! Sell your stock.
Recommend that you go to another location. Short staff. Orders are only taken through the app. Orders can take up to 30 minutes to complete. Current staff is trying to keep up but can't.

Ordered on the mobile app, I received rice and bean and 2 small bites of meat. Use to be a bowl will last you 2 meals, half now half for later. Now I finished the bowl and have to go make a sandwich. But anyway, not going to dwell on it, but Chipotle has almost hit bottom.

Only 2 workers on Friday evening, location is now digital only (lost its unique ambiance in doing so) took over 3hrs to get delivered via doordash thru the chipolte app because when tracking order, driver had to wait 1&1/2hrs.

Very nice and bright place, cheerful customer service, try beef and chicken burrito and burrito bowl, both tastes great! The corn chip is a blast! Definitely will come again

You can't communicate with your drivers that are assigned through DoorDash. The store makes your driver ask for any sides of dressing even if you are ON THE PHONE WITH THEM. Pure stupidity.
And the PEPPER chat has to be the 2nd most annoying feature Chipotle has to offer. The first most definitely is the ROBOT witch that refuses to let you speak with anyone in the store.

I've had trouble with one location in particular, but I've never been impressed with any location I've visited. I order lunch for pickup from Chipotle and 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong, late, cold, or just doesn't taste good. There is just a serious lack of quality control at the stores. The serving sizes are never the same. The pickup orders are never on the shelf, which means I have to wait and wait and wait for the cashier to realize I'm there and ask what I need. When I tell them I have a pickup, they act annoyed because they have to go to the back to get it. Today, I ordered a veggie bowl since I am a vegetarian. I got my food back to work and opened the lid to discover a pound of steak piled high in the bowl. Overall, Chipotle's issues aren't unique to one location. Corporate does not care how their stores operate and will not work to improve the issues.

Had a law over in Baltimore after a long flight. Stopped at Chipotle for a bowl. When we asked about our $20.00 steak bowl and why it was so much the cashier had a terrible attitude explaining it to us. We didn't know that extra meat cost as much as a meal. We could of gone to a sit down wait on us place. It made me so mad! Then the steak was grisly. I guess this is why other Chipotle close.
