I have not yet received my parcel. It's been a month since order date

Skirts were of terrible quality, and not as described. The silhouette of the skirt was also strange, the skirt was stiff in the oddest of ways. To top it off, the return policy is very unfriendly, requiring customers to pay for the shipping. If this was due to change of mind I could understand, but to charge the customer return shipping because of a subpar quality product seems to be just turning away customers.

I was honestly worried about ordering clothes from Chicwish but all the ratings were good so decided to give it a go. So pleased with my purchase, bought 2 long skirts which I get loads of nice comments when I wear them and a lovely jumper which the material is so soft, I was so impressed by the quality. I will definitely be buying from them again. Also delivery was reasonably quick.

My items ordered were delivered on time. Well packaged. I loved my purchases! Beautiful and excellent quality

Une très belle expérience sur ChicWish. J'ai acheté 2 hauts et 2 jupes. Le tissus est de très belle qualité, les couoes sont au top. Il y a de belles finitions franchement je recommande vivement.

Despite I paid fast shipping, it took more than 10 days to fulfill my order, I ended up canceling it.
They have cool products, unique and elegant but we live in Amazon Same Day delivery era, but their support policy isn't impressive.

I ordered a clutch and a dress way before holidays but the package with the clutch was delivered to some other address and not my address and they claim that the package was delivered. The delivery proof pictures are of not my mail box or house. I had to contact them mutliple time to resolve this issue and get my refund. The other package came way late.

Design was beautiful. Hope you use better fabrics. Not super polyester.

I am happy with the overall style of the cardigan but it took a long time to arrive and i needed to sew some threads as some areas were very poorly finished.

I instantly liked the silver sequin skirt with the fluffy ballet cardigan and was delighted to get a discount off these two items. However, on checking the site a few days later realised how long my order was going to take! I contacted chicwish and they refunded my payment a few days later.

Delivery not on time (8-12 days). I placed order almost a month, planning for Christmas but up to now I haven't received yet.

I ordered for a party, assuming I'd receive it in a week or so but it took nearly 3 weeks to get to me and tbh was very cheap looking and inexpensivly made. I wanted to try ChicWish, now i've tried them, I won't order again

Clothes are expected so that's good. However they took 3 weeks to arrive so not so good

Both items with poor stitching awaiting reply from company and prepaid return labels for FULL REFUND

I didn't like the quality of the clothing and had to send everything back paying a fee

I love this skirt. It is very well made and so pretty. My only problem is that I didn't listen to the people who said it runs big, so I need to return it for a smaller size. You won't be disappointed in purchasing this skirt!

Clothing took several weeks to arrive. Quality disappointing. I've tried to do a return but a difficult website. Will never buy from them again. Avoid.
