Had a lot of trouble processing a return both on mobile and desktop. It required multiple emails back and forth to support, which, of course, support took an entire day to get back to me each time. I was grateful they got back to me, though. I just can't believe there was no warning about return issues on the website or the chat bot. It was a known issue. Why not extend the return window so people don't flood your return system a few weeks after black Friday sales?
This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I ordered this skirt to wear to my mother's homecoming service and paid the extra money for express shipping the exact day she passed. The skirt showed up a month later after her homegoing. I was extremely disappointed at the long shipping time. This was the first and last shopping experience with ChicWish for me.
The skirt was very dramatic ban a little small. Went well with black top and black boots. Came when it said it would.
The quality is not very good. The skirt looked super nice in the commercial, but in reality it is disappointing. Returning items will be charged
I'm always wary of buying clothes online for fear of not knowing the quality and size of what I'm buying. But I was really impressed with my ChicWish purchase. The clothes look great, feel great and I've received lots of compliments for their unique style. I would recommend this supplier for online clothing purchases.
Ordered a Christmas cardigan in November didn't receive it until after Christmas Day. Will be great for next year but didn't expect it to take a month to arrive.

Took me several times to try to get a claim. Continually got error messages. Emailed for. Help and only got a try again sometimes our site is getting updates.
One of two shipments was not delivered by the carrier and it is impossible to contact them to arrange delivery. It should be taken to local post office if not home. I will be requesting a refund. The items in the first shipment were great but I won't be ordering again if I paid for items that don't arrive.
I thought I loved my " wrap" round cardigan until I found that I couldn't wrap it round as there's no opening in the side to thread the tie through. I just tied it in the front but am going to have to try and make a hole myself because otherwise I love it!

I was very pleased and impressed with the cost and quality of the clothing. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The colors and materials are lovely and classy.
The earrings arrived with one of them broken so I requested another pair and when that arrived one of them was damaged.
The ballet cardigan is supposed to have an opening in the seam to thread the opposite belt through. It did not have this so I had to alter the garment myself to make it work.
Purchased a dress weeks before a family photo session. After a few days the item still had not shipped and there was no notification as to why. I reached out and was told it was restocking and would take 10+ days before shipping. I was really bummed about this and got a refund. I wish they had informed me of this right away.
I ended up finding the exact same Chicwish dress brand new with tags second hand. I usually wear a medium and this dress was a large. When I received it, it fit like an extra small! Will never buy anything from this store again.
My most recent purchase experience with ChicWish was not a stellar as my previous ones. (1) The order was split shipped, and I could not get an accurate status update on the outstanding items. (2) One of the skirts I ordered was significantly undersized. I ordered a small, which is the size I always order from ChicWish. I would estimate that I would need to have ordered a large if the skirt was to fit. I was hoping for it to be part of my Christmas outfit, so that was disappointing. It also took nearly a month to arrive (ordered 11/27), so I was left scrambling for a replacement.
Order arrived on time, good quality. Lots of positive comments and new referrals to ChicWish web site
