I assumed that I would receive my package before Christmas but it has still not arrived. I won't order from this company ever again.
Ordered my outfit in November and paid for express shipping for an event at the begging of December. It did not arrive until the 27 long past the event. Extremely disappointed.
Bought my item to wear for a xmas party. Ordered it on Dec 3rd and dis not get my items until after xmas.
It has been over 20 days and I have not received my order! It was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and I still have not received it so as of now your delivery promise is terrible.
I love the skirt. The top was a little off on my expectations. While it fit well with the skirt, the top didn't fit well around the shoulders and it didn't stay in place. I feel that the skirt needed a belt to go with that top.
The lining is showing at the hem, and I did not know until I tried it on and of course had taken tag off and now I can't return it. Not pleased.
This store is a scam. Check out their website and notice they don't provide an actual email or phone number to contact them. That's for a reason… They'll pretend like they are "short on material" and won't send you what you paid for. Shop at your own risk.
Expected items before new year and now looking for a refund.
Items took an age to arrive and the quality of clothing and the fit are so poor that I feel unable to wear them.
Extremely disappointed, will never order from an unknown online company again and feel like I've been taken advantage of.
My skirt was tight and the waist but pooped out like a ball gown. And not in a good way. Fit was very weird. Like wearing a cage
Dress is overall nice. But a belt was missing from the package. I had to buy a belt separately as it wasn't looking good without a belt.
Orders in November and paid the extra for the clothes to come within 5-7 working days. Kept emailing - the customer service silverdrew was always very supportive and quick to reply - but the items still didn't come until it was too late. Whilst the clothes are very nice I feel let down that it took so long.
I have placed order 30 days before Christmas and still waiting on the shipment. It is coming in parts and follow up is very frustrating.
Ordered a cardigan in November size s/m expecting it to be just the right size as I am uk size 12 and for it to arrive within a couple of weeks as per the delivery noted. The cardigan which was a Christmas one arrived very late, on 23rd Dec and was huge! Would have easily fitted a size 22 and was miles too big for me.
The returns process however was simple and free so am hoping the refund will arrive promptly. A real shame as the pattern and quality of the cardigan was great but the sizing was not.
This company has the absolute worst "customer service". The robot Dan never addresses the issue and simply parrots a canned phrase such as "give it 3 - 5 days". My card was charged on the day I placed an order for a gift card and still shows "in progress" 3 1/2 weeks later. I am trying to get a refund but have my doubts that I'll ever reach a real person.
