I gave it two stars because the quality is good and the wishlist was helpful. But I ordered it on cyber monday thinking, For sure it will come in in time for Christmas if I order it on cyber monday. But I "chatted" the person about the 17th if it would come in time for Christmas, and the chat consisted of emailing me back within 24 hours and sometime within that time the order changed and the person "Dan," just said it'd been dispatched and to wait a few days. A few days would have been fine, but it was coming from China and didn't get here until today. It didn't even tell me when it was SUPPOSED to arrive, let alone they shipped it so late. I ended up wrapping a picture I printed of it. The quality of the item is good, but the chat and the timing and tracking were horrible.

I ordered two skirts early so they would arrive in time for Christmas and the shipping said they would be there in 10-12 days, well in time for Christmas. When I hadn't received one of the skirts by a couple days before Christmas I emailed customer support and they said the item would shipped as soon as it was in stock. When I ordered it it said it was in stock and the fact that it was out of stock wasn't communicated until I reached out. Now the item is shipped but the person I was giving it to isn't here any more.

This has been the WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE, and it was my first with ChicWish. My order was extremely delayed - customer service was slow to respond and was very odd. Starting an email with, "I would like to assure you that I am a real person assisting you, not a robot" doesn't make me feel good about the company I'm dealing with at all and this was the fist line of most emails after I would reach out to Customer Service. First shipment had 2 items of 7; then weeks later 4 more items arrived. I received a defective dress (zipper messed up) and was told I have to ship it back at my expense! I'm still missing a skirt and have reached out without any response! Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Ordered placed 29th November which was for the Christmas Holiday, today is the 30th December and still no sign of the package and tracking doesn't even show its in my area! I emailed Chicwish and they advised tracking would be updated when it was to be delivered. No real comfort. Very very disappointed, as even if they arrive now its too late for the Holiday season. Plus I keep getting loads of emails offering me discounts, yet I still have not even had anything from them, so extremely unlikely to order anything else!

I received 3/4 pieces I ordered 10 days after the original intended delivery date. In that package I was told that my other piece would be mailed separately but there was no separate tracking so I had no idea where it was or if it had been shipped. I did reach out to the company and they said they were waiting for it to be restocked. That information should have been proactively given to me. I still have no seperate tracking nor do I have an estimate date of when I might receive it.
